‘International Dhammakranti Retreat 2009’ begins in Gulbarga

GULBARGA: The seven-day “International Dhammakranti Retreat 2009” began at Siddharth Buddha Vihar on the outskirts of Gulbarga on Sunday.

Buddhist preachers from various countries, including the United Kingdom, Japan, and Taiwan, will deliver lectures and discourses on various aspects of Buddhism and the contribution of B.R. Ambedkar and others for spreading Buddhism.
