Braintree man was accused of disrupting Buddhist event
BRAINTREE — Charges against Brian P. Donovan, who police said disrupted a festival at the Vietnamese Buddhist Center across the street from his home by leaning on his car’s horn, have been dismissed.
Quincy District Court Judge Diane Moriarty dismissed charges of being disorderly and resisting arrest last month, assessing Donovan $200 in court costs.
