A 1966 ban on development in a disputed tribal area left many Navajo living in third-world conditions -- or forced them out entirely. When the freeze ended, many residents didn't know where to begin.

Interesting story, but a bit too much of a cryin'-in-my-beer tone. There was that condition, now there is this condition. Doesn't have to be so much about money problems and a lack of modern conveniences. ABN
