How to deal with an employer coercing you to take the covid vaccine


Step 1: Get a lawyer. Find like minded people in your workplace, pool your money and retain a lawyer. Make it know to your employer you have a lawyer on retainer.

Step 2: Ask the person who is coercing you to submit to the vaccine if you have informed consent. It is well known everyone has a right to informed consent. Here is a link explaining your rights as a patient. If they are trying to inject you with a substance, you become the patient and have every right to ask questions before submitting to their demands.

Step 3: Ask for the ingredient list for THE PFIZER-BIONTECH COVID-19 VACCINE. Tell them you want to know what you are injecting in to my body. Here is the fact sheet and the package insert for the current Pfizer vaccine that has supposedly been FDA approved. There is no ingredients listed here.

Step 4: SHOW them THE PFIZER-BIONTECH COVID-19 VACCINE is still under EMERGENCY USE AUTHORIZATION and can not be mandated. The vaccine that was FDA approved is called Comirnaty. It is all in the first paragraph of this FDA statement.

Step 5: Show them the vaccine the FDA approved (Comirnaty) is not available in the USA. I twill not be available until clinical trials are completed(2023). Here is the Biologics License Application (BLA) for Comirnaty from the FDA. Comirnaty vaccine is still under study(clinical trials). The things they are still studying are myocarditis, pericarditis subclinical myocarditis, Pregnancy and Infant Outcomes, immunogenicity. The results of several studies are not due until 2023-2024.

Step 6: Show them the international agreement signed by the United States. Nuremburg Code:

This means that the person involved should have legal capacity to give consent; should be so situated as to be able to exercise free power of choice, without the intervention of any element of force, fraud, deceit, duress, overreaching, or other ulterior form of constraint or coercion; and should have sufficient knowledge and comprehension of the elements of the subject matter involved as to enable him to make an understanding and enlightened decision. (Tell them you are feeling coerced and uninformed without the ingredient list)

Part 6: The degree of risk to be taken should never exceed that determined by the humanitarian importance of the problem to be solved by the experiment. (Show them the the VAERS data, )

Part 10: During the course of the experiment the scientist in charge must be prepared to terminate the experiment at any stage, if he has probable cause to believe, in the exercise of the good faith, superior skill and careful judgment required of him, that a continuation of the experiment is likely to result in injury, disability, or death to the experimental subject. (Tell the to shut down their experiment)

Step 6: If all this fails to make them reconsider their stance, ask for a termination letter. Do not quit. Take them termination letter with you when you apply for unemployment. Contact your lawyer on retainment and sue the fuck out of them for wrongful termination and violating your informed consent rights.
