The link above goes to a short highlights video which then switches to a longer conversation. I have watched a big part of it and it is very lively and interesting. ABN

UPDATE: Love these guys but one Big Thing is missing: Mercouris, Luongo, Christoforou, Ritter, Barnes, and others in this set of people who talk to each other about Ukraine and geopolitics never bring in the plandemic and the plandemic response nearly as much as it deserves. In the above wide-ranging talk, all manner of angles and possible outcomes are discussed but not the “poison death shots,” not that the goal for them is inoculation of the entire planet, not that someone almost certainly deliberately poisoned the world. A great show would be some or all of these guys with the addition of Michael Yeadon, Robert Malone, Geert Vanden Bossche, Vladimir Zelenko, Meryl Nass, Robert Kennedy, Peter McCullough, etc. A major feature of geopolitics today is people generally only dare to take on one or two “conspiracy angles” when we really need to take on all of them, including 9/11. There are other articles with similar videos in today’s Daily Mail. I watched three of the vids at the link and found they confirm the First Noble Truth in ways we can relate to today. They also show the value of having a stable ethical practice like the Noble Eightfold Path.

FIML practice can be described as a modern pair-work take on Buddhist mindfulness and concentration. FIML provides an objective way to clearly see yourself in real life while also helping your partner to do the same.

This world is rife with delusion. Many people lose their lives to it. Others crack up very badly. I make no judgement of anyone. Contemplating our own mistakes and excesses as well as those of others can be a sort of Buddhist Contemplation of the First Noble Truth, the truth of suffering. ABN

Poland refuses to accept or pay for additional shipments of the coronavirus vaccine

Poland’s health minister on Tuesday said the EU member refuses to accept or pay for additional shipments of the coronavirus vaccine as the country still has millions of unused doses.

Poland, where just half of the population of 38 million people is fully vaccinated, said its decision could lead to a tricky legal situation, as the future doses were ordered by the European Commission.

“Late last week, we invoked the hardship clause and informed at once the European Commission and the main vaccine maker (Pfizer) that we refuse to receive the doses and also refuse to make payments,” Health Minister Adam Niedzielski told the news channel TVN24.

Julian Assange: Order issued for Wikileaks founder’s extradition to the United States to face spying charges

Julian Assange’s extradition to the United States moved one step closer today with a London court issuing an order for his transfer to the country to face charges of espionage.

The WikiLeak’s founder is wanted in America over the publication of hundreds of thousands of leaked documents relating to the Afghanistan and Iraq wars.

Mr Assange has been trying to halt the extradition through the courts for years and a district judge banned the handover in January 2021, saying that he was at real risk of suicide if he went to America.

However, the US was allowed to appeal the decision and the High Court ruled in their favour. Last month, the UK’s highest court, the Supreme Court, confirmed that Mr Assange’s team could not appeal the decision to extradite him to the United States.

…The basic idea is to destroy all of the economies in the western world and then issue this new Central Bank Digital Currency (also known as a CBDC) as the savior. But this savior comes with new control measures. ESG (environmental, social, and governance) measures will restrict your purchases to approved companies and items. It will have a digital system that will shut off your money unless you have been properly vaccinated or whatever else the new banking authorities deem necessary for your compliance. You will only be able to travel if you are approved. Covid was the trial run.

Children my not be given these COVID injections/vaccines because:

(a) children have an abundant population of innate B cells that are capable of rapidly producing innate/ natural antibodies (Abs), mostly of IgM isotype, and that are highly adaptable to a broad and diversified spectrum of antigens or pathogenic agents 1 . Innate Abs can facilitate cell-mediated killing of host cells infected with Coronaviruses (CoVs), including all SC-2 variants2 , independently of previous immune priming by antigen/ pathogen encounters.

Psilocybin breaks rigid patterns in the depressed brain, study shows

Psilocybin, the active compound in magic mushrooms, can ‘open up’ the brains of people with depression, helping patients to overcome rigid thought patterns and negative fixations, new research suggests.

A study led by the Imperial Centre for Psychedelic Research has shown that psilocybin therapy increases brain connectivity in people living with depression, even weeks after the treatment. The psychedelic acts in a way that conventional antidepressants do not, suggesting that psilocybin could be an effective, viable alternative to treating depression.   

“These findings are important because for the first time we find that psilocybin works differently from conventional antidepressants, making the brain more flexible and fluid, and less entrenched in the negative thinking patterns associated with depression,” says Professor David Nutt, head of the Imperial Centre for Psychedelic Research.
