The United States Department of Justice has released a formal Office of Legal Counsel memorandum opinion clarifying that law-abiding Americans may carry constitutionally protected firearms into publicly accessible post offices for self-defense without violating federal criminal law. The opinion, dated August 12, 2026, and authored by Principal Deputy Assistant Attorney General Lanora C. Pettit, interprets 18 U.S.C. § 930(a), the longstanding prohibition on possessing firearms or other dangerous weapons in federal facilities, as not reaching ordinary self-defense carry in post offices open to the public.
Section 930(a) makes it a federal crime to knowingly possess a firearm in a federal facility, defined as a building or portion thereof owned or leased by the federal government where federal employees regularly perform official duties. Post offices clearly qualify under this definition. However, subsection (d)(3) creates an explicit exception for the “lawful carrying of firearms or other dangerous weapons in a Federal facility incident to hunting or other lawful purposes.”
The OLC concludes that self-defense constitutes a paradigmatic “lawful purpose.” Critically, the opinion holds that no special nexus is required between the reason a person enters the post office and the reason for carrying the firearm. Simply entering a public post office while lawfully armed for self-defense falls within the statutory exception.
From what I read, miscarriages went way up after administration of the covid vax to pregnant women in USA, where it was officially encouraged. Infertility in USA has also gone way up due to the mRNA damaging ovaries. The only exception to these horrible results I have seen is the state of Israel, which has statistically shown the opposite. After a controversial leak investigation, which included New York DOJ subpoenas to collaborating journalists, it appears the Dept of War has identified the source of the Airforce One security compromise, former Secretary of the Airforce, Frank Kendall.
Disgraced former Biden appointee and staunch activist democrat Frank Kendall has now lost his security clearance, and his nongovernmental career as a contractor, consultant and lobbyist within the area of military procurement. Kendall can no longer hold any sensitive position in the private sector that touches on Pentagon programs.

UPDATE: I have watched about 3/4 of this video. It provides a detailed and well-presented overview of the glaring absence of proper and legally required medical and security preplanning. An EMT on the scene was actually turned away by Kirk’s ‘security’ team; there were no ambulances for the large crowd (~3,000 ppl); there was no reassessment of the security plan as the crowd grew, and more. Obviously, this looks like a classic setup before suiciding someone. The case against Robinson is a joke. By now, the real perpetrators apparently see no way out, save murder Robinson and claim case closed. An Afghan man arrested for allegedly killing a British woman and then stuffing her body inside a suitcase said he had become angry with her because she was trying to get him to join a ‘strict’ Christian group.
The body of Elisabeth Jane Ross, 38, who was also known as Lisa, was discovered inside the suitcase by a homeless man in an abandoned carpark in the Kypseli district of Athens on July 18.
Greek police arrested a 26-year-old man on Sunday night with graphic details emerging about the crime and the testimony his wife provided that led to his capture.
And police sources revealed that the man – who had converted to Christianity – told his wife that he had argued with Ms Ross because she wanted him to join her ‘stricter’ Christian group.
Ms Ross, 38, who was from Edinburgh, had been a regular visitor to Greece over the past seven years volunteering with NGOs helping refugees, homeless people and other vulnerable groups.
It has emerged that Ms Ross had previously volunteered with the One Heart organisation when in Greece which specialises in providing medical support to refugees, particularly those from Afghanistan or Iran.

A very large downside of all of the Abrahamic religious sects is their adamancy about ‘belief’ and their adamancy about their interpretations of scripture. Belief is always dubious in general and in its particulars. Few if any humans can be sure of any of it. Religions which do not recognize this obvious philosophical condition tend to become rigid, even fanatical. The psychologies engendered by Abrahamic beliefs are neither intellectually open and honest nor wholesome. They are not ethically or rationally sound. Buddhists can always get along with Christians or any Abrahamic sect, but the reverse is not always possible. I have a Christian friend, a good friend, who honestly believes Jesus loves me so much I will go to hell for all eternity if I don’t love Him back. This friend is a good person and has backed away from his rigid framing of Christianity, but still, it’s still in there. Overall, Abrahamic rigidity blinds adherents by preventing psychological and spiritual development. This lack of development within all of the Abrahamics is right now contributing to the rapid downfall of the West because: 1) the Christians cannot embrace the possibility and thus defend themselves against the invasion and infiltration of other Abrahamics who hate them; and 2) the other Abrahamics rigidly believe it is God’s Will that they must infiltrate, conquer and destroy the West. Virtually all of them are delighted to be part of the downfall of the West; it is their rigid belief that that is God’s Will. Guys, all of that that is bronze age nonsense. Virtually all Western atheists who have left Christianity, even hate Christianity, typically retain a crazy species of adamancy because that is the basic mindset inculcated in them from their experiences of the world around them. A Mexican drug lord ordered a hitman to kill a beauty influencer because she had broken up with his son, authorities have claimed.
Valeria Marquez was live streaming to her followers from inside her beauty salon, Blossom the Beauty Lounge, in Zapopan, the western Mexican state of Jalisco, when a motorbike-riding gunman opened fire last May.
Prosecutors are now accusing Ramon Angel Alvarez Ayala, a senior figure in the Cartel Jalisco Nueva Generacion (CJNG) – considered to be one of Mexico‘s most powerful criminal organisations, of ordering her murder, as well as a local mayor’s.
Ayala – more commonly known as ‘El R1’ – was captured in a special forces operation on Thursday after a car chase in Jalisco, which saw a member of his security team killed.
Omar Garcia Harfuch, the federal security secretary, has gone on to further claim that El R1’s son, Francisco Alvarez, who had been in a relationship with Marquez, phoned his father to organise the hit after their relationship ended.
The cartel leader allegedly ordered the hitman to enter Marquez’s salon, posing as a delivery driver, where he then asked for the 23-year-old TikToker and aesthetician to confirm her identity.

The Security Assistance Group (SAG) is a unit of NATO command operated in Germany that specifically focuses on the military training and development in support of Ukraine. The U.S. is transitioning out of SAG leadership and handing the responsibility to Europe or Canada.
EUROPE – Another NATO member will eventually take over running the Security Assistance Group, according to a U.S official and three people familiar with the plan, which has played a central role in equipping and training Ukrainian troops since the full-scale Russian invasion began. But the removal of U.S. leadership from a pivotal program on the continent reinforces the extent to which America is distancing itself from European partners.
The move will mean the U.S. no longer helps shape what Ukraine’s future military will look like. It follows a swath of changes the Trump administration has made to the decades-old alliance. The Pentagon has reduced the number of American officers running commands in Europe and canceled some rotations. Officials are reassessing troops stationed on the continent and warning countries they won’t receive assistance unless their defense spending increases.
“A European or Canadian officer taking command … would be yet another example of allies taking on greater responsibility,” said a NATO official, who like others, was granted anonymity to discuss the unannounced plan.

NATO advocates are framing the transition as an example of the USA abdicating military leadership to European counterparts who support Ukraine. However, the role of the USA in the Strategic Assistance Group was always supposed to be temporary, with Europe ultimately taking responsibility.

Speaking to NATO defense ministers in Brussels last month, Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth said U.S. allies “must step up.”
