A former top scientist from Harvard University has defected to China – giving the country an edge in the global race to develop the world’s first AI super-soldier.
Charles Lieber, the former chair of Harvard’s chemistry department, has resurfaced as the founding director of Shenzhen’s Institute for Brain Research Advanced Interfaces and Neurotechnologies, also known as i-BRAIN.
Lieber was convicted in 2021 of lying to the feds about his ties to China and retired from Harvard in 2023.
Scientists in the military wing of the Chinese Communist Party have been working on brain-computer interfaces — Lieber is one of the world’s leading researchers in the field — to boost mental agility and situational awareness to engineer super soldiers.
The Ivy League scientist was convicted in 2021 of lying to the feds about his ties to the Thousand Talents Program, a Chinese state scheme to poach foreign researchers. He was promised $750,000 a year to set up a research lab in China while he was at Harvard, and hid funds he received from the Internal Revenue Service.
A former director of a secret US government psychic program claims every person has the hidden ability to tap into what he describes as the infinite consciousness of the universe.
Dale Graff, who led the CIA’s Project Stargate, a secret US military program that trained individuals to mentally perceive distant locations from the early 1970s until 1995, a technique known as remote viewing- the alleged psychic ability to perceive hidden, distant, or future information, places, or objects using only the mind, without physical senses.
‘We all have the potential to develop and use our natural psi ability,’ Graff said.
Psi refers to alleged psychic abilities such as sensing distant places, anticipating future events, or accessing information beyond traditional senses.
‘The keys lie in accepting the possibility of your psi nature, following a consistent approach to exercising that talent, and seeking ways to apply,’ he added.
Despite remote viewing being discontinued by the US government, Graff remains a passionate advocate for what he describes as the benefits of developing psychic awareness.
‘I discovered that by exploring our psychic realm, we automatically become more creative and intuitive. We sense deeper aspects of our psyche. As we uncover our psychic talents, we can help others in ways that would not be possible otherwise,’ he wrote.
He is leaving out covert violent attacks against rivals, especially when they are young. Attacks range from low dose poisoning to lobotomies to murder. I am not sure if Dan is aware of the scale of these attacks, but am confident he is smart enough to figure it out. Covert attacks by an army of infiltrators are extremely difficult to prove or even notice. This is especially true when attacks are directed against young people before their careers begin. The White House has broken their silence on the disturbing string of deaths and disappearances involving scientists with knowledge of America’s biggest secrets.
During Wednesday’s briefing at the White House, Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt was asked for the first time about the ten people linked to space or nuclear secrets who have mysteriously died or vanished without a trace since 2023.
When asked if the Trump Administration was aware of the incidents and if the US intelligence community was already investigating whether they were connected, Leavitt did not have a definitive answer for reporters.
Among the most prominent voices dissatisfied with the government’s response to the alleged national security threat has been Tennessee Congressman Tim Burchett, who has claimed McCasland was deeply tied to the country’s secret UFO programs.
Burchett previously told the Daily Mail he had been demanding answers regarding the search for the retired general and others, but had received no answers from the US intelligence community – including the so-called ‘alphabet agencies’ such as the FBI.
‘I’ve been constantly ran down different rabbit holes with them, so I don’t have any need to talk to them at all,’ the congressman said in March.

President Trump’s latest two messages via Truth Social present an interesting geopolitical approach with multiple enmeshed aspects.
First, some background context is needed. Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent and USTR Jamieson Greer are in Paris to meet with Chinese government officials ahead of a scheduled meeting between Chairman Xi Jinping and President Trump.
The main objective of the pre-summit assembly before President Trump goes to Beijing, is to hammer out the actionable agreement details that can be signed off by Xi and Trump. Bessent and Greer are looking to put a deal together with their Chinese counterparts so that Trump and Xi can announce mutually beneficial outcomes during their summit.
Second, President Trump has already indicated the March 31/April 1 meeting with Xi will be all business. The traditional pomp and splendor will not be present, and Trump will only be visiting Beijing – no sidelines.
Third, Secretary Rubio will be accompanying Trump on this trip to Beijing, which might seem ordinary were it not for the fact that in 2020 China sanctioned and banned Rubio from entering China for criticizing Xinjiang and Hong Kong.
Fourth, there are rumors that President Trump is going to announce a significant weapons deal with Taiwan at some point immediately following the trip. If those rumors are true, it would be a top priority for the Chinese advance team in Paris to stop that from happening.
Regardless of what happens in the next few weeks, President Trump will be meeting with Chairman Xi with full Eagle eye confrontation toward the returning dragon stare. There will be no panda mask on this trip whatsoever; this face to face is an apex predator showdown, while the world watches intently.Everything President Trump does between now and his arrival in Beijing, should be contemplated through this adversarial position. There’s a lot of talk about the Marines taking Kharg Island.
But the truth is the USS Tripoli, an America-class amphibious assault ship that carries the embarked 31st MEU, can’t get anywhere near the island—the Strait of Hormuz is closed.
To even try and enter the Persian Gulf is the kind of suicidal venture former Marine Commandant, General David Berger, warned about in his 2019 Commandants Planning Guidance, where he noted that “our Nation’s ability to project power and influence beyond its shores is increasingly challenged by long-range precision fires; expanding air, surface, and sub-surface threats; and the continued degradation of our amphibious and auxiliary ship readiness. The ability to project and maneuver from strategic distances will likely be detected and contested from the point of embarkation during a major contingency…it would be illogical to continue to concentrate our forces on a few large ships. The adversary will quickly recognize that striking while concentrated (aboard ship) is the preferred option.”
And yet here we are, seven years later, a prisoner of legacy doctrine and systems.
If Marines are to attempt to take Kharg Island, it will have to be an assault launched from ashore, not from the sea. Marines and their Osprey tilt-rotor aircraft will need to deploy to Kuwait or Bahrain, both of which are currently under attack from Iranian missiles and drones, and from their attempt an air assault.
If this sounds familiar, it’s because in May 1975, US Marines carried out a similar vertical envelopment on Koh Tang island in the Gulf of Thailand. Conceived as a rescue mission to free US merchant marine sailors taken prisoner by the Khmer Rouge, the Marines instead found no prisoners, but lots of dug in Khmer Rouge fighters who ended up shooting down three of the eleven helicopters used in the initial landing, and heavily damaging five others. In the end, 38 Marines and US Air Force personnel were killed, and another 50 killed before the Marines had to be extracted under heavy fire. In the confusion of the final evacuation, three Marines were left on the island, and were subsequently captured and executed by the Khmer Rouge.
Any attempt to land Marines on Kharg Island will end in a disaster that would make Koh Tang island look like child’s play.
General David Berger knew this.

Around 100 women were kept as slaves on a human egg farm in Georgia where they were fed hormones and treated like cattle.
Their horrifying ordeal has been revealed by three Thai women who were freed from the clutches of the ‘egg mafia’ on January 30 after being exploited for half a year, tabloid Bild reports.
The woman said they were held captive on a ‘human farm’ in the eastern European country of Georgia by a criminal organisation led by Chinese criminals, who sold their eggs on the black market.
They were lured in by a job offer on Facebook, promising them a salary between 11,500 and 17,000 euros (£9,600 to £14,100) to work as surrogates for Georgian couples who could not have children.
The trio travelled to Georgia in August 2024 alongside ten other Thai women.
Consider this level of evil and add harvesting organs from wounded soldiers in Ukraine (thus killing them) or human trafficking across the USA border or fentanyl killing over 100,000 people in USA per year. Then consider how little the bad guys actually get for their foul deeds. Then compare what a military operation run inside USA and the West might reap the perps — total control of the entire West, something we appear to be living with right now. But how would you do that? Rep. Nancy Mace delivered an astonishing speech on the floor of the House Monday night where she said she had uncovered a ring of men who engaged in serial rape and sex trafficking while filming their victims.
The South Carolina Republican brought a series of props to the well of the House including handcuffs, cameras, a safe, and a drinking glass to illustrate her case, as she spoke for more than half an hour on the floor about the explosive allegations.
Mace said the glass served as a representation of how she says she was raped after blacking out when served two small vodka sodas.
She identified the alleged perpetrators by name – even giving the towns they live in – on the House floor during extended speaking time that had been yielded to her by the congressional Republican leadership.
Mace describes a video of her being raped after having been given drugs. That’s a bad thing all around. I sympathize 100% and also would like to direct readers attention to the fact that millions of white people are drugged and lobotomized in a similar fashion across the West. Incapacitating our strongest young people is a major factor in why the West has become so passive and weak. A trained ghoul can perform a lobotomy in a few minutes using a hypodermic needle filled with ethanol, which is but one method. These are military attacks designed to weaken the West. If you can comprehend a group of bozos raping women after giving them roofies, as Mace describes, you can also comprehend a clandestine military force living inside the West doing psychosurgeries. In Military thought experiment Part 1, I described how a force of 10,000 military operatives could conquer a nation of 100 million within a few generations and without most people even noticing.
Key factors in the success of that operation were ruthlessness, deceit, long-term planning, plausible deniability, and the use of “subtle weapons” such as poison. physical maiming, propaganda, educational misdirection, medical malpractice, and character assassination.
Plausible deniability for each and every attack (including the overall attack) is of paramount importance for the success of such an operation. Each individual attack must be deniable or excusable as a mistake if discovered, and best of all never be discovered. Of course, no one but the inner circle must know of the ultimate plan: to conquer a nation of 100 million with just 10,000 operatives.
Has China’s Communist Party already done a similar attack against the rest of the world? Is Covid-19 but the first open onslaught?
Strong similarities with the plot described in Part 1 are plausible deniability, ruthlessness, and use of a “subtle” biological weapon, Covid-19.
Other similarities are the prominent uses propaganda, IP theft, strict control of operatives stationed in USA, educational misdirection, and character assassination.
An attack of the magnitude of Covid-19 would not have been done without well-formed plans for a variety potential followup attacks.
As evidence mounts that Covid-19 may cause long-lasting debilitation even in mild cases, the acutely critical nature of our present predicament should be obvious and alarming.
From a military standpoint, notice the value of plausible deniability, ruthlessness, and “subtle” or asymmetric weaponry:
The plausible deniability of the covid attack has left us paralyzed. Squabbling over school openings, masks, and who is to blame for missteps are keeping us from facing reality. I hope our president and military leaders are not being fooled as much as the public. I can understand why informing the public of how serious the situation is might do more harm than good.
The ruthlessness of the attack comprises the lion’s share of its effectiveness because most people cannot imagine such a thing.
The use of a “subtle” weapon like covid has stretched the umbrella of plausible deniability for over a half-year and counting.
Some questions and concerns for military planners:
Clearly economic pressure from us is not going to win the day, though it will contribute. China has itself deliberately ruined Hong Kong, while cementing deals with Russia and Iran with an eye, probably, to moving their financial capital from Hong Kong to Shanghai. Their deals with Russia show the foolishness of our entangling ourselves in the “collusion delusion” for three years rather than forming a valuable alliance with Russia, as wise heads had advised.
How will we protect ourselves against a second or third bioweapon attack? Vaccines take a long time to develop. If China has already vaccinated its people against their followup bioweapons, what will we do? How long will we wait before reacting? How long will we be fooled by yet another creeping plague of plausible deniability?
Notice that few Westerners even noticed that China was engaged in clandestine military operations to destroy them. Even worse, the West educated, financed, and provided technology, even military technology, to the CCP, often for free.
This shows that secrecy and ruthlessness when played in concert with guile and long-term divide-and-conquer strategies are extremely effective means to weaken and overpower even very powerful adversaries.
By promoting Western allies though bribes and favoritism, over several decades China undermined the West while laying the groundwork for a full-scale bioweapon attack. When the time was right for the attack—when they knew they had lost the trade war—they were already in position to launch the largest military assault the world has ever seen.
Note 07/25/20: Why we can be reasonably certain China manufactured Covid-19 and released it deliberately
There are two important facts about contagious deadly viruses that show with reasonable certainty that China manufactured Covid-19 and released it deliberately, thus knowingly poisoning the world.
Deadly viruses rarely jump species. When they do, the new host almost always dies or recovers and there is no contagion beyond the one or two individuals who were initially infected.
Viruses rarely become highly contagious quickly, thus the odds that covid came naturally from bats and quickly became highly contagious are small.
Stated another way, two improbable events happening in rapid succession like that are unlikely to be naturally occurring.
What is more likely is China’s Communist Party made or acquired the bioweapon Covid-19 and released it on the world.*
Note 08/01/20: It was best strategy to allow the virus to spread early and widely in China itself.
A point often missed in analyses of the pandemic is once the virus spread outside of China, a worldwide pandemic that would also include all of China was inevitable. Thus, it was good military strategy to allow it to spread within China early and widely. The quicker and wider the initial spreading the more certain the pandemic would affect the whole world, and especially USA. This strategy would also cause China to be hit first and thus able to recover soonest.
Furthermore, this strategy provided China with some plausible deniability. Additionally, from their point of view, killing off even several million of their weakest people would not be considered an important loss.
*Another point regarding Note 07/25/20 above: the SARS epidemic of 2002-04 killed only about 800 people worldwide. It probably did jump from civets to bats to humans (unless it was a trial run for covid19) and if so illustrates the rarity of a virus becoming highly contagious soon after jumping to a new host species.
UPDATE 09/18/22: As of today, we now know that an Omicron-type of virus appeared in China in 2017-2018 and circulated widely in China and surrounding regions, thus conferring covid immunity to large portions of those populations. The same virus also circulated worldwide before late 2019, similarly conferring immunity in other parts of the world though to a lesser extent.
As of today, we now know that the Western response to covid has been so harmful, unscientific, and wrong that it appears to have been a deliberate act of war against Western peoples. Who may have done this we still do not know, but this fact alone is strong evidence for a powerful, secret cabal that manipulates all Western nations simultaneously. This Western response to a large degree provides some kind of plausible deniability to China. A possible explanation is actors in China and the West colluded to release covid. Supporting evidence is China did covid theater in early 2020 with people falling dead in the streets and the West bought it. The West also bought Chinese lockdowns and panic.
Be that as it may, in the West today we see an abundance of evidence that the vaccines, which weirdly cause our bodies to make the most deadly part of the virus, are causing more harm than good and that the harm they cause may continue for decades and even persist into future generations. An important thing to remember when discussing this kind of military thought experiment is almost everything is kept secret. The violence is hidden through the use of poisons and other such weapons. The leadership is not known. The strategy is never announced. Notice that today we do not even know who controls the office of the president of USA, why we are on the verge of WW3, why our economy is being so badly mismanaged and more. ABN
