Putting It Together – The Forced Metadata Demand Inside the Jack Smith Court Order – They Are Showing Us the Govt Battlespace for 2024 and What We Will Face
Yesterday, we noted the warrant demand from Special Counsel Jack Smith to Twitter, that included the demand for all information on Donald Trump’s account that relates to his followers and supporters. {LINK} However, the element for this focus is the granular demand for user metadata, and the bigger picture for 2024.
Within the warrant:
The U.S. government requested and received the metadata for accounts connected to, and in alignment with, President Donald J. Trump.
That’s billions of billions of datapoints on millions of American citizens, their locations, their devices, their ip addresses and ultimately their real identities and connected activity as attributed to -and connected with- their connected social media accounts. Essentially, turning Donald J. Trump into the center of a surveillance virus.
People then say – how could the Jack Smith special counsel possibly comb through all of those users and all of that connected metadata? The answer is Artificial Intelligence; but the serious concern comes when you combine the metadata, AI organization and the previous announcements from DHS.

The transformation has happened so fast that I don’t think people have yet grasped it:
- The official definition of “antisemitism” before October 7, 2023 was “hating Jews for no reason.”
- The post-7/10 definition of “antisemitism” is “saying Jews should stop killing babies.”

There Is No “White Lung” Outbreak

…The condition is being characterized as walking pneumonia, or “white lung”; an infection of the lung that progresses silently, causing pneumonia and lung injury, without any of the usual outward symptoms, such as coughing, fever, et cetera. The responsible pathogen has been, at least tentatively, identified as mycoplasma pneumoniae. The “142 cases” being reported are actually the sum of similar such syndromes – a collection of symptoms – with which primarily children have presented to hospitals, since August this year.
That minor fact has been largely omitted from the breathless fearmongering that is suddenly being splashed across Twitter feeds and news headlines. 142 cases, over three months, adds up to about a case and a half per day. That is not what an outbreak of a new, potentially pandemic infectious disease looks like.
Furthermore, the responsible pathogen being mycoplasma raises several more questions. Mycoplasma is a commensal bacterium; it is a natural, occasional inhabitant of our human microbiome. With a functional immune system keeping it in check, it’s no more dangerous than any of the multitude of other bacteria that naturally reside there.

I like O’Keefe and support most of his work. This episode, however, is very repetitive with no real content save the ambiguous threat of China doing something with a biolab in California and maybe in some other places. I do believe the issue is worth following up on but James is cheapening his brand with this 26 min video which is petty and even kind of cruel to Sepulveda who reveals little to his undercover ‘date’ who completely fools him. Not worth doing that for so little then exposing it to the world. There is an overarching ethics that if you are going to play with someone’s heart on three dates that he should at least provide some real goods before embarrassing him in public and he should at least be a little bit sleazy himself, which Sepulveda does not appear to be. Philippines notifies WHO it rejects the amendments to International Health Regulations “in toto”
On Tuesday, the House of Representatives (“HOR”) of the Republic of the Philippines passed a resolution to reject the World Health Organisation’s (“WHO’s”) amendments to the International Health Regulations (“IHR”) adopted by the World Health Assembly (“WHA”) on 27 May 2022. Additionally, the resolution rejected proposed amendments that are “currently being negotiated in secret” by the WHA and due for adoption by member states in May 2024.
Immediately following the passing of this resolution, Representative S. Dan Fernandez, who submitted the resolution to the HOR and is also the Chairman of the Public Order and Safety Committee, notified WHO in writing that the Philippines House of Representatives rejects the IHR amendments adopted in 2022.

House Rep. Reveals ‘At Least 200’ Undercover Fed Operatives Set Up Trump Trap on January 6
According to U.S. Rep. Clay Higgins (R-LA), there were “at least 200” undercover federal agents among the crowd on January 6. The lawmaker further stated that some of the operatives were “dressed as Trump supporters” and were inside the Capitol prior to the breach.
“The FBI was not just participating in the January 6th acts from within. I suspect they had over 200 agents embedded in the crowd, including agents or, as they would call it, human assets inside the Capitol dressed as Trump supporters before the doors were opened,” Higgins told Newsmax presenter Chris Salcedo.
Agents efficiently entered online chat groups, forums, and social media platforms where demonstrations against COVID regulations and objections to the 2020 election were discussed, according to Higgins.
“And when you track the text threads and the communications within those groups and find the origins of suggestions of potential violence or an active occupation of the Capitol on January 6th, you’ll find that those messages were led by members of the groups that ended up to be the FBI agents that had infiltrated the group,” Higgins said.
“So the FBI’s involvement was deep, not just on J6, but on the days and weeks and months prior.”
