“It is our opinion that the entire legal system in Arizona may be compromised. From the State Bar attacking the law license of Brian Blehm, to the entire judicial system of Arizona dismissing election integrity cases, this appears to be a coordinated effort to intimidate and block any BOS [board of supervisor] elected official attempting to verify our election system via hand counts, or any election integrity transparency at all,” he said. “All cases being blocked and shut down via ‘lawfare’ in the courts and by county attorneys … All avenues of redress are being shut down.”
The report contained six main findings. It was based on 637 pages of evidence, consisting primarily of transcripts of meetings of the Pinal County supervisors, emails, reports, and articles.
US is moving toward letting AI weapons autonomously decide to kill humans
The Pentagon is actively pursuing the deployment of large groups of AI-enabled drones, as revealed in a notice published earlier this year, Business Insider reported.
In an August speech, US Deputy Secretary of Defense Kathleen Hicks highlighted that the use of technology like AI-controlled drone swarms could help the US counterbalance China’s People’s Liberation Army’s (PLA) numerical advantage in both weapons and personnel.
“We’ll counter the PLA’s mass with mass of our own, but ours will be harder to plan for, harder to hit, harder to beat,” she said, Reuters reported.
Air Force Secretary Frank Kendall informed The Times that AI drones must possess the capability to make lethal decisions, all the while remaining under human supervision.
“Individual decisions versus not doing individual decisions is the difference between winning and losing — and you’re not going to lose,” he said.
“I don’t think people we would be up against would do that, and it would give them a huge advantage if we put that limitation on ourselves.”

NYPD cops leave force in alarming rate — over 2,500 turned in badges so far in 2023
New York’s Finest continue to bolt from the job at an alarming rate, according to new data obtained by The Post — and some cops worry the exodus will only get worse because the city plans to cancel the next five Police Academy classes, shrinking the nation’s largest police force to the smallest its been in decades.
A total of 2,516 NYPD cops have left so far this year, the fourth highest number in the past decade and 43% more than the 1,750 who hightailed it in 2018, before the pandemic and crime spikes hit the city, NYPD pension data show.
The number of cops quitting before they reach the 20 years required to receive their full pensions also skyrocketed from 509 in 2020 to 1,040 so far this year — an alarming 104% increase, the data show.
The years of departures and lack of replacements are now taking a toll, forcing the cops who remain on the job to work “inhumane amounts of forced overtime,” Police Benevolent Association President Patrick Hendry said.

There is video evidence from 2014 that the US military is in possession of technology that most would describe as Alien. Objects that fly with some sort of gravity propulsion with unbelievable speed and maneuverability, shielded by a vacuum layer that can potentially penetrate anything.

Synthetic yeast project unveils cells with 50% artificial DNA
A 17-year project to craft a synthetic genome for yeast cells has reached a watershed. Researchers revealed this week in 10 new papers that they have created designer versions of all yeast chromosomes and incorporated almost half of them into cells that can survive and reproduce. “It’s a milestone we have been working on for a long time,” says geneticist Jef Boeke of NYU Langone Health, director of the project.
“It’s a very impressive body of work,” says synthetic biologist Sanjay Vashee of the J. Craig Venter Institute, who wasn’t connected to any of the studies.
Researchers have tinkered with the genomes of yeast and many other organisms using editing technologies such as CRISPR. But building a new version from the ground up opens the way to making bigger changes to an organism’s genome and delving deeper into its organization, function, and evolution.
