Everyone is reading the Supreme Court’s Roundup decision as a fight about glyphosate. Much of MAHA called it a betrayal. The more I studied the opinion, the more I concluded it is not really about glyphosate at all.
The justices did not weigh epidemiology. They did not rule on whether glyphosate causes cancer. They did not pick IARC or EPA as the better science. They answered a narrow legal question with enormous consequences.
The question: when EPA approves a pesticide label under FIFRA, can a state jury later decide the manufacturer should have warned more strongly? The Court’s answer was largely no. EPA-approved labels now preempt most state failure-to-warn claims.
Why does that reach beyond Roundup? State failure-to-warn lawsuits have been one of the few mechanisms that surface emerging risk. Tobacco. Asbestos. Lead paint. PFAS. Discovery forced disclosure. Experts testified under oath. Regulators defended their conclusions in open court.
That pathway just narrowed dramatically. When an EPA label preempts the claim, EPA becomes the gatekeeper for deciding when evolving science justifies a new warning. That authority no longer rests with juries hearing new evidence. It rests with one federal agency.
So here is the real question, and it is a constitutional one: Can Congress create a system in which a single federal agency becomes the exclusive gatekeeper for whether evolving scientific evidence ever reaches an American jury?
This is hard to square with two decisions constitutional conservatives celebrated. Dobbs returned power to the states. Loper Bright said courts, not agencies, interpret statutes. Here, an agency’s determination became the basis for closing the courthouse door.
Note who stood where. The Biden administration did not embrace the broad preemption argument. The Trump administration did. Ironically, the Biden position sat closer to conservative legal principles: preserve juries, respect state common law, do not expand the administrative state.
The decision assumes EPA will revisit labels as science evolves. Look at the record. Glyphosate entered review in 2009. EPA reaffirmed “not likely carcinogenic” in 2020. The Ninth Circuit faulted that analysis. EPA withdrew it. More than fifteen years in, still no final determination.
Meanwhile the science moved past cancer. Researchers are now studying endocrine disruption, the gut microbiome, metabolic disease, reproductive and developmental toxicity, neuroinflammation, and cumulative exposure to many chemicals at once. The questions themselves have changed.
Freeze the courts to EPA’s pace and you freeze more than yesterday’s conclusions. You freeze yesterday’s understanding of which questions even deserve investigation. That is a dangerous place for science and for public health.
One more point. If EPA’s science now forecloses jury claims, EPA’s independence is no longer just a regulatory issue. It is a civil-justice issue. The FDA has faced years of scrutiny over capture and the revolving door. EPA has largely escaped it. This decision should end that.
This case is not really about glyphosate. It is about who decides when science has changed, and whether Americans keep access to the courts when new evidence emerges.
In a nutshell, the court’s decision puts all power to regulate (more than just) glyphosate in one agency — the EPA. This obviously risks the EPA becoming yet another captured agency. ABN
I believe this is an excerpt from a longer vid.. Honest Ash comments occasionally and provides slides that illustrate what Baron is saying. I appreciate the brevity as Baron posts first-rate content, but often speaks for a long time, which I rarely have the time for. I am sure readers of this site appreciate how crowd-sourcing has broken this case wide open in well under a year. If we had had the chance to do something like this when JFK was killed, results would have come quickly. Crowd-sourcing relies on many minds thinking but also many insiders who know important details. I am sure there will be many more cases investigated in this way. ABN
The covid mRNA vax appears to have been a well-planned and executed biowarfare attack on Western civilization. Many today still can’t see it. Some are still taking the boosters (17.5% in USA). Repeated boosters contradict elementary vaccinology as they harm the immune system by turning off natural immunity while also training adaptive immunity to ignore the covid virus. This explains both the rise in cancers and other maladies and repeat bouts of covid itself. The covid vax plus covid itself show how huge populations can be manipulated and controlled through words, images, fake science, and emotion. ABN
As DMSO’s therapeutic properties address the root causes of a wide range of diseases, in addition to them alleviating challenging neurological disorders, they also address many challenging disorders of the reproductive tract faced by both men and women, that, once again, medicine consistently falls short in addressing, and since publishing this series, I’ve received an astonishing number of stories from readers whose issues resolved thanks to DMSO which match what’s reported in the literature (e.g., infertility, menstrual issues including cramps or longstanding complications from childbirth). Recently, I finished compiling all of the studies and reader reports (that can be read here), which shows DMSO heals:
•Prostate issues such as BPH (which many readers reported improving), prostate stones, prostatitis (including many cases that did not respond to conventional therapies), and prostate cancer—particularly when used in conjunction with another off-patent therapy (along with mitigating complications from cancer).
•Testicular injuries (e.g., protecting them from radiation or blood loss due to torsions), epididymitis improving fertility (and providing a means to create a safe reversible male birth control) and scrotal injuries.
•Erectile dysfunction, genital infections (e.g., warts or herpes), Peyronie’s disease, priapisms (blood stuck in the penis producing erections over 4 hours, which, after 24 hours often permanently damage the penis), pelvic floor dysfunction, and sexual dysfunction resulting from other genitourinary issues (e.g., prostatitis).
Chemically strengthened glass fractures into chips with hackle-barbed, acutely pointed edges. These barbed edges act like microscopic fishhooks, readily snagging on fabric—especially knit fabrics.
A jersey knit is not a flat surface but a three-dimensional structure of interlocked yarn loops. Each loop forms an arch that stands slightly proud of the fabric plane, leaving an open void beneath it. The glass barbs penetrate these voids and catch on the yarn arches.
This mechanical attachment is greatly enhanced when the jersey knit is stretched. Under tension, the loops open, allowing the barbs to embed more deeply into the voids. As the fabric relaxes, the loops contract and tighten around the barbs, trapping the glass fragments inside the knit structure.
In short, glass fragments that contact the jersey knit at the moment of maximum stretch become mechanically locked in place once the fabric returns to its resting state.
MINNEAPOLIS — An alleged leader of the largest pandemic-era fraud scheme in the country has been arrested overseas after being on the run for more than four years, according to federal officials.
Abdikerm Eidleh, 42, was taken into custody Thursday in Mogadishu, Somalia, in a daytime raid coordinated by both the FBI and Somali intelligence agencies. He was indicted in September 2022 as part of the sweeping $250 million Feeding Our Future fraud investigation.
“This is a big fish,” Daniel Rosen, U.S. Attorney for Minnesota, told CBS News. “Eidleh was a key leader and was responsible for bribing and recruiting business to steal from the American taxpayer.”
Rosen said Eidleh was “second in command” to Aimee Bock, the convicted ringleader of the scheme, who was just sentenced to more than 40 years in prison.
TYLER ROBINSON TRIAL: Just a reminder that Judge Tony Graf, who is presiding in the Tyler Robinson show trial, was sworn in as the brand new Utah 4th District Court Judge on August 4th, 2025—on or about the same day that decorated FBI agent Mehtab Syed was quietly & mysteriously dismissed as the head of the SLC FBI field office and replaced by Robert Bohls.
Tyler’s case is the first for Graf, and also the first for Robert Bohls.
Graf previously worked as a special assistant for the US Attorney in Washington DC. Bohls also used to liaise with the US Attorney in DC as the head of the National Cyber Investigative Joint Task Force (and as former Assistant Special Agent In Charge of the DC field office) until coming to SLC.
Graf was specially selected by Governor Spencer Cox. The same Spencer Cox who ordered the crime scene to be torn up & paved over.
And the same Spencer Cox who is still hiding the fact that Tyler Robinson turned himself in about 2 hours before Cox’s press conference the evening of September 11th where Cox pretended that the manhunt was still underway. Bohls was also at that press conference and went along with the ruse.
Does judge Graf know that, too? What does he know?
A .5 gram charge of PETN in a micro shaped charge would fit inside a function RØDE transmitter.
When detonated it would have a extremely direction explosive force which would create a clean circular wound with massive internal damage.
The recoil from this blast would be powerful enough to launch shrapnel with enough force for 1 to 3 cm of penetration of vulnerable areas like the neck.
The jersey knit shirt would withstand the recoil of the remaining portion of the RØDE case.
The audio from this blast would be very similar to the frequencies detected originating from under the tent.
The force of the blast would be strong enough to snap the necklace and send it on the trajectory we witnessed.
The bulk of the case would be reduced to tiny fragments from the blast.
We would expect to see a small amount of light grey smoke and a shock wave from the blast but not fire and or burns on the shirt.
This is a previously unseen and unpublished picture of Charlie Kirk being carried to the SUV. Notice the marks under his right nipple. Notice, perhaps more importantly, the absence of marks in a rectangle formation.
TPUSA insiders still have time to come forward, but it’s running out.
This day isn’t going to end well for you. I promise.
This appears to be damning evidence of the shaped charge having exploded under Charlie Kirk’s shirt. The photo does not show what happened above his nipple where the RODE mic, which held the shaped charge, was when it exploded. The explosion apparently went wrong. The mic should not have exploded into the fragments we see in the SUV which carried Charlie to the hospital. A properly functioning PETN shaped charge should have caused a small hole in Charlie’s chest resembling a bullet hole. This hole may have been present above his nipple. Damage below his nipple and away from the shaped charge would have been caused by a detonation wave and/or fragments from the Rode mic. This photo may break the case because the perps will know it is deeply incriminating, and this may lead one of them to confess. ABN
Israel is turning on its last important ally in an act of suicidal hubris.
Israel is sabotaging the negotiations with Iran and alienating its last important ally by refusing to halt its attacks on Lebanon and withdraw from its occupation of the south. It is determined to reignite a regional conflagration that could see Iran perpetually close the Strait of Hormuz and plunge the global economy into a global depression. And it continues its genocide in Gaza.
Israel is contaminated by racism and genocidal violence. It is blinded by a repugnant moral superiority. It is corrupted by a class of Zionist billionaires in the U.S. who use their wealth to bend foreign policy to serve Israeli interests. It is equipped with a nuclear arsenal Israeli officials have repeatedlythreatened to use.
It is a menace to the region. It is a menace to itself. And it is a menace to us.
…Israel’s vision of a “Greater Israel,” designed to ensure Israel’s military dominance throughout the Middle East, depends on harnessing the wealth and military power of the U.S.
Over two-thirds of the major arms and munitions Israel imports — without which it could not carry out its genocide of the Palestinians, turn southern Lebanon into a moonscape and bomb Iran, Syria and Qatar — are manufactured and provided by the U.S. And because the Israel lobby, for decades, has owned Congress, because its Zionists allies police and control the media, because it is able to siphon tens of billions of U.S. taxpayer dollars to sustain its military adventurism, Israel is blind to its own limitations. It is willing to inflict harm on its allies, including the U.S., in service to itself.
…Israelis, intoxicated by the fantasy of being the chosen people, do not have friends. They do not have allies. They have those they use and those they slaughter.
The game is up. The Israeli domination of the U.S. political system is coming to an end. Israel’s inability to read U.S. and global opinion — or its own population, where over 90 percent believe Israel lost its war against Iran — along with its stubborn belief that its old levers of power can still work, illustrate a leadership that has rendered itself deaf, dumb and blind. It can and will do a lot of damage. It can and will inflict more death and suffering. But it is cannibalizing itself.
Hedges refers to ‘the obtuse administration of Donald Trump’ and blames much of what is happening on Trump and his admin. He could be right. Many will agree. I see another possibility, which is Trump has given Israel what they wanted and also enough rope to hang themselves. If policy is judged by its outcome, so far Trump’s policy has allowed Israel to show ‘It is a menace to the region. It is a menace to itself. And it is a menace to us.’ I am a pragmatic conservative who understands we are living in an oligarchy and have been for at least 100 years and probably since forever. Weighing Hedges views against that, leaves me in an agnostic state, a position I am very comfortable with because almost everything, including politics, is so full of unknowns, I see no other tenable position. Hedges doesn’t know what Trump and his faction are thinking or doing and neither do I. No one knows anything for certain. And not just in this case but in virtually all cases. This is a main reason, I see zero reason to get excited or inflamed over almost anything. That said, the world is a fascinating place and I remain fully interested in all of it. ABN
