Intentional Interference – Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley Takes No Action to Advance Solicitor General Nominee Dean Sauer

The Trump administration is experiencing an unprecedented move by federal judges who are overstepping their constitutional limits and ordering Temporary Restraining Orders (TROs) against President Trump.  The judicial activism is in support of ongoing Lawfare operations within the deepest ranks of the administrative state.

Remember, Lawfare in its purest form is not designed to win the final legal battle. Instead, it is a construct to use the law to create obstacles that will eventually fall under higher judicial review; but the larger intent is to impede the presidency, stall the inevitable, and maintain morale for the political activists and their media support systems.  Lawfare is a political construct intended to manipulate public opinion.

In the Dellinger v Bessent case, where President Trump has fired Hampton Dellinger at Treasury, a three-judge District of Columbia, Circuit Court, have intervened and maintained a TRO against President Trump blocking him from removing Dellinger from his position as Special Counsel of the Office of Special Counsel, at the Treasury Dept. [CASE pdf HERE]

U.S. District Judge Amy Berman Jackson in Washington, D.C. issued a temporary restraining order on February 12, restoring Dellinger to his position pending a further, preliminary order.  The District of Columbia U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals threw out the administration’s appeal in a 2-1 decision on Saturday, saying it was premature, given that Jackson’s order was only temporary.

Judge Florence Pan and Judge J Michelle Childs, both activist robed women, ruled to maintain the TRO and deny injunctive appellate relief.  Judge Gregory Katsas dissented from the Lawfare decision saying while TRO’s are not usually appealable, in this instance the TRO violates the Article II constitutional power of the President to conduct his official duties.  [Dissent Outlined Below]  Katsas would have granted the government’s stay.

Regardless of the DC Circuit Court decision, Acting Solicitor General Sarah Harris has now filed an “APPLICATION TO VACATE THE ORDER ISSUED BY THE UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT FOR THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA AND REQUEST FOR AN IMMEDIATE ADMINISTRATIVE STAY” with the Supreme Court. [pdf HERE] The application by Acting SG Harris relies heavily on the dissenting opinion of Judge Katsas.

Before getting to the dissent opinion which frames the application to the Supreme Court, it is worth noting that President Trump’s Solicitor General nominee, Dean Sauer, is still in limbo.  In fact, the Senate Judiciary Committee has taken NO ACTION since receiving the nomination from President Trump on January 20, 2025.  SEE HERE and SEE HERE

Considering that President Trump is under a Lawfare assault that will inevitably lead all the cases to the United States Supreme Court, Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley has taken no action toward the confirmation of Solicitor General Dean Sauer.

This is not accidental.

The U.S. Solicitor General is the fourth highest ranking member within the Dept of Justice. The task of the Office of the Solicitor General (OSG) is to supervise and conduct government litigation in the United States Supreme Court. All Supreme Court litigation is channeled through the Office of the Solicitor General and is actively conducted by the Office. The United States government is involved in approximately two-thirds of all the cases the U.S. Supreme Court decides each year.

Senator Chuck Grassley well understands the importance of Solicitor General Sauer during this critical time.  However, Senator Grassley is also in direct opposition to President Trump on the issue of tariffs.

Chuck Grassley receives major funding for his personal wealth from Big Ag and multinational lobbyists.  Grassley is intentionally slow walking the OSG nomination in order to impede President Trump and support the Lawfare efforts against him.

Grassley, like most of the republican Senators in the upper chamber, are ideologically and financially opposed to President Trump agenda.  MAGA supporters need to understand exactly what is happening in the background.

Geopolitics — Evan X

Here’s a thread on how I look at geopolitics.

State actors rarely act ideologically.

Everyone was blinded by Zionist ideology, obscuring their ability to look at the landscape objectively.

States always act to maximise security, power, influence, or a combination of all.

Ideological states do not survive.

Think of USSR.

Power is always priority.

Everything takes a backseat when it comes to survival.

Military strength, economic influence, political stability are the key determinants of power.

If a state doesn’t have any of the above, they have no leverage in diplomatic relations.

US drops website wording on not supporting Taiwan independence

Taipei – The U.S. State Department has removed a statement on its website that it does not support Taiwan independence, among changes that the island’s government praised on Sunday as supporting Taiwan.

The fact sheet on Taiwan retains Washington’s opposition to unilateral change from either Taiwan or from China, which claims the democratically governed island as its own.

But as well as dropping the phrase “we do not support Taiwan independence,” the page has added a reference to Taiwan’s cooperation with a Pentagon technology and semiconductor development project and says the U.S. will support Taiwan’s membership in international organizations “where applicable.”

The United States, like most countries, has no formal diplomatic ties with Taiwan but is its strongest international backer, bound by law to provide the island with the means to defend itself.

“We oppose any unilateral changes to the status quo from either side,” the State Department website reads in the update posted on Thursday. “We expect cross-Strait differences to be resolved by peaceful means, free from coercion, in a manner acceptable to the people on both sides of the (Taiwan) Strait.”

Kevin McKernan compares cancer treatments with ivermectin, fenbendazole, cannabinoids, and psilocybin

Conclusion

Psilocybin has overlapping mechanisms with Fenbendazole, Ivermectin, and Cannabinoids in p53 activation, immune modulation, metabolic disruption, and possibly cytoskeletal remodeling. While direct microtubule inhibition is uncertain, serotonin signaling, apoptosis, and immune regulation suggest a potential role in cancer therapy.

Study Finds ‘Cannabinoids Hold Significant Potential for Preventing and Treating Brain Diseases’

Conducted by researchers from Qingdao University, the study highlights the impact of cannabinoids on neuroinflammation, oxidative stress, apoptosis, autophagy, and neurogenesis.

According to the study, cannabinoid receptors (CBRs) mediate these functions through several inflammatory pathways, including nuclear factor-κB (NF-κB), NOD-like receptor protein 3 (NLRP3) inflammasome, mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAPK), protein kinase B (Akt), and cAMP-dependent protein kinase (PKA). A key focus of the research is microglia, the primary immune cells in the CNS responsible for mediating neuroinflammation. By influencing these pathways, cannabinoids may help regulate immune responses and cellular health in the brain.

The study also presents a table summarizing the role of cannabinoids in various brain diseases, emphasizing their protective effects in neurological conditions. The authors propose that cannabinoids could be useful in preventing and treating disorders related to ferroptosis, lactate metabolism, and mitophagy—three biological processes associated with neurodegeneration.

The study concludes:

Medical use of cannabinoids has protective effects in preventing and treating brain diseases; however, excessive and repeated use can be detrimental to the CNS. We propose that cannabinoids hold significant potential for preventing and treating brain diseases, including ferroptosis, lactate metabolism, and mitophagy, providing new insights for further research on cannabinoids.

From what I have been reading over the years, these findings are corroborated by many other researchers. The main takeaway I see is very low dose usage of cannabinoids is beneficial but high doses are not. If cannabis is keeping you away from alcohol or other worse drugs, it would be a good thing. Cannabis does seem to help prevent alcoholism, which is one of the worst addictions. The Buddha strongly advised against the ‘irresponsible use of alcohol’ by laypeople. It’s the fifth precept of the Five Precepts of Buddhism. It is telling that the Buddha did not mention other intoxicants, only alcohol. I say this because too many today interpret the fifth precept as being against all kinds of intoxicants when only alcohol is denoted. Obviously, many other intoxicants are not good either, but I do see plenty of room for judicious use of some psychedelics and/or cannabis for some people sometimes. Both of these drugs were well-known in the Buddha’s day and he would have mentioned them if he had wanted to. ABN

Beta-testing full surveillance state coming soon

__________

I definitely see the bad but some good may come of this. NSA has the data on the parasite which has infested our country. Used properly, they can target all of it simultaneously and remove it. This could happen with a big splash or be done quietly with almost no one noticing. Either way, the result would be a much cleaner and more efficient nation with much less violence. Time will tell. Allowing Ivermectin to be Available Over the Counter in Pennsylvania — Senator Doug Mastriano

I am pleased to announce that I will be introducing legislation to allow ivermectin, a proven antiparasitic medication, to be sold over the counter (OTC) in Pennsylvania. This important proposal aims to enhance access to this safe and effective treatment for various parasitic conditions, empowering residents to manage their health more efficiently.

Ivermectin is an FDA-approved medication primarily used for treating infections such as river blindness, strongyloidiasis, scabies, and lice. With a long history of safe use, this legislation is designed to have a positive impact on public health, especially in underserved and rural communities.

Key benefits of this proposal include:

Increasing Access to Critical Medication: Residents will have faster access to ivermectin, reducing wait times and lessening dependency on healthcare providers for conditions that do not require extensive consultation. This is particularly beneficial for those in rural areas facing healthcare barriers.

Proven Safety and Effectiveness: Ivermectin has been extensively studied and shown to have minimal side effects when used as directed, making its topical formulations safe and easy to apply.

Supporting Public Health: Allowing OTC access could help control the spread of parasitic diseases like scabies, while also reducing the burden on healthcare systems by decreasing unnecessary emergency visits for manageable conditions.

Encouraging Health Autonomy: By removing the prescription requirement, individuals can take charge of their health regarding preventative care for minor conditions. Pennsylvania joins a growing movement, with states like Tennessee already passing similar legislation and others considering it. Countries including South Africa, Australia, and Mexico have successfully implemented OTC access to ivermectin as well.

It is time for Pennsylvania to make this necessary change. With proven efficacy and a strong safety record, enabling over-the-counter access to ivermectin will significantly benefit our communities.

Note: Ivermectin used to be OTC in France, but was made prescription-only in early January 2020, before covid was widely known about. This is one of many suspicious details surrounding and presaging the plandemic. Removing an easy cure just before the plandemic was declared, looks very much like a setup for the vax as bioweapon. Some months after that, ivermectin was resolutely banned in the West, excoriated and mocked, y’all. Looking back on those days and those deadly, absurd policies, it is hard to believe covid itself plus the vaxxes, plus the forced hospitalizations and lethal treatments were not sinister acts of war against the people of the West (in particular). Others also suffered but the main target was clearly the West. ABN

DOGE zeroes out the National Endowment for Democracy

The DOGE team has now taken the step, reported earlier this week, of freezing government payments to the National Endowment for Democracy, a private organization that in 2023 received a $315 million appropriation from Congress, paid via the State Department. That is big news in Washington because the NED, a nongovernmental organization that depends on federal funds, has survived numerous attempts over the years to close it down and up to now has maintained a bipartisan consensus to keep it in business. The move to cut off the organization’s funding suggests that its bipartisan support has at last broken down.

The order from DOGE to freeze further disbursements to the NED has paralyzed the organization, according to news reports. “It’s been a bloodbath,” one NED staffer said. “We have not been able to meet payroll and pay basic overhead expenses.” It sounds as if what happened to USAID last week has now happened to the NED.
