Not satisfied with crushing free speech for adults; UK law enforcement is now targeting our children

The concept of a “non-crime hate” incidence in the UK began in 2014.  It has always been chilling in its ambiguity and scope.

People who perceive themselves to be victims do not have to justify or provide evidence of their belief that someone else is guilty of “non-crime hate.”  Police officers or staff are not permitted to directly challenge the so-called victim’s perception and evidence of the hostility is not required.

“That guarantees the maximal level of investigation and documentation of speech incidents. The chilling effect on free speech is glacial,” Jonathan Turley writes.

And now these Orwellian rules which violate our rights are being used on children in playgrounds.  “The impact on both parents and children will obviously be immense,” Turley says.  “It adds a coercive element to speech laws.”

A nine-year-old child is among the youngsters being probed by police over hate incidents … Officers recorded incidents against the child, who called a fellow primary school pupil a “retard,” and against two schoolgirls who said another student smelled “like fish.” The youngsters were among multiple cases of children being recorded as having committed non-crime hate incidents (NCHIs), The Times discovered through freedom of information requests to police forces.

Bombshell break in case of Scarsdale couple who vanished in Georgia 44 years ago after cops pull car from pond

The skeletal remains of two bodies — and a trove of jewelry including a Rolex watch and diamond ring — were pulled from a submerged car that likely belonged to the Scarsdale couple who vanished 44 years ago, authorities and family said Wednesday.

The bombshell findings come as Georgia authorities were finally able to pull the vehicle from a pond after it was first discovered Friday near the Holiday Inn where Charles and Catherine Romer were staying before their disappearance in April 1980.

Human remains in the car “conclusively show the bodies of two people were in the vehicle,” a Glynn County, Ga., police spokesperson said in an email to The Post.

Outline of DOGE Approach and Legislative Branch Defenses Starts to Become Visible

There are four general aspects to the larger Trump legacy term that are starting to become very visible.  This is the era when political change starts to become visible in real terms.  We are all in the front row, on the cusp of a historic moment.

♦ The four generalized fronts are: (1) The economic front, which will be both domestic (Main St) and foreign (multinationals) as executed. (2) The IC/Justice front, which is inherently domestic. (3) The Legislative Branch front, this is where DOGE (Dept of Government Efficiency) comes into play; and lastly (4) The Dept of State confrontation with allies and enemies on all three other fronts.

Within #3, the legislative branch battle against the executive, this is where the spending issue, the purse strings, the power center dynamic over taxpayer distribution will be fought through the Dept of Government Efficiency, or DOGE led by Elon Musk, Vivek Ramaswamy and a few key allies in both the House and Senate.

Because the nature of the DOGE battle is centered around money, the root issue is ultimately who controls the power within Washington DC.  Control the money and you control the power.  Inside this battle over spending the historic dynamic of the UniParty will be visible.  Remember, Democrats want power, Republicans want money.

Mitch McConnell and Chuck Schumer have already started to position their defenses against DOGE and Trump {SEE HERE}.  The committee chairs and vice-chairs are selected to keep the power of control of spending away from DOGE/Trump.  Republican Chair Susan Collins, appointed by Thune/McConnell will not willingly let DOGE/Trump interfere in the way the Senate assigns funds. Ultimately this distribution is their power center.

DOGE is reported to be looking carefully at the Impoundment Control Act, challenging the system that places limits on a president’s ability to unilaterally withhold funding. According to Politico, Musk and Ramaswamy “believe the Supreme Court, which has three justices nominated by Trump, would be favorable to them.” The bottom line is the Executive v Legislative battle, where President Trump is going to try and reduce the size of government while congress keeps spending to maintain it.

In commonly held wisdom, traditional conservatives have always said government was spending too much, and reducing spending will limit the scale and reach of government.  However, those same traditional “conservative” voices who call for spending cuts are the same people who previously called for ‘Obamacare repeal’, and when given the chance to do it – they disappeared.  The Republican wing of the UniParty is full of those false conservatives, that’s why I call them DeceptiCONS.

One of the key people from inside the republican ranks on the upper chamber, is Senator Jodi Ernst.  Currently she is positioning herself for influence and assist with DOGE; however, Ernst is not an honest broker when it comes to actually delivering a result.  Like many of her colleagues, Ted Cruz, James Lankford and Mike Lee as examples, they talk a good game, write good op-eds, appear on Fox News, send strongly worded letters, and then do nothing.

Trump’s transition team planning for all political appointees to receive sweeping security clearances on first day

Donald Trump’s transition team is planning for all political appointees to receive sweeping security clearances on the first day and only face FBI background checks after the incoming administration takes over the bureau and its own officials are installed in key positions, according to people familiar with the matter.

The move appears to mean that Trump’s team will continue to skirt FBI vetting and may not receive classified briefings until Trump is sworn in on 20 January and unilaterally grant sweeping security clearances across the administration.

Trump’s team has regarded the FBI background check process with contempt for months, a product of their deep distrust of the bureau ever since officials turned over transition records to the Russia investigation during the first Trump presidency, the people said.

But delaying FBI vetting could also bring ancillary PR benefits for the Trump team if some political appointees run into problems during a background check, which could upend their Senate confirmation process, or if they struggle to obtain security clearances once in the White House.

The FED knows the Trump economic plan leads to almost immediate dynamic growth

Go big picture.  The FED will slow rate drops not because politics per se’, but rather it is a tacit admission they know the MAGAeconomy is going to explode – red hot.

Trump’s policies create actual deflation.  We’ve seen it before.  We know it first-hand.  Goods prices will drop. Food prices will drop. Gasoline prices will drop.  The dollar will skyrocket.  Service prices will go up, but only because demand increases.

As President Trump imports American wealth back into the USA, we benefit.  The multinationals, and their pretending financial media have to pretend not to know this; but you can see it in reactionary data.

The FED knows the Trump economic plan leads to almost immediate dynamic growth.  Yes, they suck, but they suck because they pretend not to know how good President Trump is for the USA economy.  Nothing more.

Trump Transition Team Signs Modified White House Agreement, Without Govt Technology to Conduct Surveillance

The President Trump transition team has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to start the process of transferring control of the federal government.  The landing teams from each of the cabinets will now begin to engage with their exiting counterparts.

There were many articles written about the delays in signing the agreements.  However, President Trump waited until he has his cabinet fully assembled before signing the first part that permits the landing teams to engage.  The second part with government provided offices and technology is NOT being accepted.

President Trump’s Chief of Staff, Susie Wiles, announced the Trump transition team has refused to sign an MOU with the Government Services Administration (GSA), and will not be using cell phones, computers, offices or “any technology” provided by the GSA.  This is a smart move to avoid the Deep State surveillance situation that was faced in the first term

In the first Trump administration, the GSA had wiretaps, office bugs, and gave all the electronic communication information from the Trump transition to the FBI, IC and later Robert Mueller. In essence, the GSA spied on the Trump team, then gave all the data to the operatives who were in place to target them.  The Trump team is not making this mistake again.

The lethality of Russia’s Oreshnik missile system comes from its fuel and mobile launchers, not its range or hypersonic speed — Gilbert Doctorow

…range is not the distinguishing feature of the Oreshnik just as hypersonic speed ( in this case 10 Mach) is not its distinguishing feature.  Its fuel and launchers are the distinguishing feature.

The Sarmat is a liquid fuel missile that is launched from silos on land.  These silos are hardened so as to protect against even a direct hit by a nuclear weapon, but their location is surely known to the adversary. The Oreshnik, by contrast, is a solid fuel rocket that is launched from mobile launchers that can be moved around and hidden under camouflage as required. Therefore, its possible destruction in a preemptive first strike by some adversary is far more problematic.

In the present-day context of the war in Ukraine, even without explosives on board, the Oreshnik has the force at impact to destroy everything below it to a depth of 200 meters. This means that the bunkers used in Kiev and elsewhere in Ukraine by US and NATO officers coordinating the military operations, and also the bunkers now protecting Mr. Zelensky and his war criminal confederates are entirely vulnerable to Russian attack at the time of Moscow’s choosing.

As regards Western Europe, the generally quoted warning time from launch of the Oreshnik in mainland Russia to impact in Berlin is 11 minutes.  However, if launched from the Russian enclave of Kaliningrad, the flight time is reduced to about 4 minutes.  This has surely unnerved Mr. Scholz and his little band of would-be warriors in Germany. Sooner or later the same arithmetic will be understood by Cold Warriors in Paris and Brussels.  None of them will know what hit them if the Russians go on the offensive and attack Europe with the Oreshnik in response to the various provocations surely being hatched in NATO meetings this week.

Surgeon explains constant terror in Gaza and how IDF drones target children

I have never mentioned this on this site but I was repeatedly and violently attacked by Jewish supremists when I was a child, young adult and adult. I grew up in a sociologically above-average suburb in USA. I am probably alive today only because I had a good many Jewish friends, most of whom were unaware stuff like that was happening, though some were and participated. I believe some of those friends saved my life. The attacks were very serious, including cerebral maiming, sensory damage, poison, and of course all the other soft antagonisms like educational misdirection, backstabbing, cock-blocking, sadistic teachers, and more. I have written about this elsewhere but prefer to keep that separate from this site. The attacks we are seeing in Gaza, some of which are described by Nizam Mamode in the video above are the culmination of a Jewish supremacy strategy of destroying an entire people by disabling their children. In Gaza today they are outright killing the children, and murder is part of the strategy. But maiming and disabling, addling children’s brains historically has been a major tactic. Disabling a young person weakens their entire community while also being less obvious to others, either those within the community or outside of it. This is why so many Palestinian youngsters have been randomly imprisoned, where I suspect many are lobotomized, or why so many are shot in the legs or shot in the eyes or head with rubber bullets. The wounds do not kill and are thus overlooked by most observers but they do cause profound social and psychological damage that almost no one can recover from and few comprehend. Based on my considerable experience and research, attacks on children and young adults have been happening throughout the West since WW2. So even if you grew up in a nice community in USA or Europe, if you had a brother who went nuts, or a child, or father, you would be right to at least suspect they have been attacked in this manner. It is typically strong males who are attacked in this way. It does not matter that they never did anything wrong or pissed anyone off because the randomness of these attacks is part of the overall strategy to destroy whole communities. Jewish supremacy affects the whole world. It has infested the US government and appears to control it completely. ABN
