Fasting progression

I am not sure how accurate this chart is but it is probably decent ballpark. I also do not know what kind of fast it refers to. I typically drink some juice, organic beet seems best, but many people do only water. If you do fast, be sure to break it slowly and carefully with mild healthy foods you are well used to. ABN

Moldova’s pro-Western Sandu claims election win after meddling allegations

CHISINAU, Nov 3 (Reuters) – Moldova’s pro-Western incumbent Maia Sandu claimed victory at Sunday’s closely-fought presidential election, defeating Alexandr Stoianoglo, her rival backed by the traditionally pro-Russian Socialist Party.

With 98% of the ballots counted, Sandu led Stoianoglo with 54.35%, the Central Election Commission said at the end of an election and campaign that were marred by persistent allegations of interference denied by Russia.

The victory for the 52-year-old ex-World Bank adviser, who has accelerated the nation’s push to leave Moscow’s orbit and join the European Union, is seen by her supporters as an endorsement of the resolutely pro-Western course she has tacked.

But Stoianoglo’s dominance across swathes of the country suggests her party faces a stiff challenge at key parliamentary elections next summer that will decide the composition of the government.

Brain plasticity and ‘critical periods’ for learning

Neurodevelopment: Unlocking the brain

This is an interesting article on brain plasticity and “critical periods” for learning some skills (e.g. stereo-vision, language acquisition, etc.). It seems there may be ways to reset or reopen critical periods through chemical or behavioral interventions.

Vision therapy, which aims to correct adult amblyopia and other eye conditions, already has shown that basic visual skills can be relearned and some visual problems corrected by proper training.

Incidentally, FIML practice retrains us to listen, speak, and think differently. In doing this, FIML may be reopening a critical period for language/semiotic processing or even for the fundamental organization of consciousness itself. Once acquired, FIML skills have far-reaching effects on virtually all aspects of human social and psychological awareness.

If Buddhist practice is thought of in a light like this (that new cognitive skills are learned as some old ones are unlearned), it may remove some of the mystical aspects of how people understand the Dharma while also making Buddhist teachings more appealing to people with science training or an affinity for objective science.

Japan Issues Red Alert Over ‘Shocking’ Surge in Deadly Diseases Among Covid-Vaxxed

Scientists in Japan have issued a chilling warning after uncovering direct links between Covid mRNA “vaccines” and “shocking” surges in dozens of deadly diseases.

Japanese researchers have issued a red alert to warn the public that Covid mRNA injections are now “affecting every possible aspect of human pathology.”

The nation’s leading scientists are raising the alarm after linking Covid mRNA shots to soaring cases of deadly diseases that are being recorded all around the world.

Investigations by Japan’s leading experts have now linked the mRNA injections to staggering surges in over two hundred dangerous and deadly diseases.

The findings were laid out in a 93-minute press conference with leading scientists and a top Japanese government lawmaker,

Professor Emeritus Masanori Fukushima of Kyoto University warns that the breadth of the harms is “unprecedented” for medical treatments.

“A systematic review of the literature has unveiled some shocking information,” Fukushima told reporters.

“Thousands of papers have reported side effects after vaccination, affecting every possible aspect of human pathology, from ophthalmology to psychiatry,” he said.

A complete list of ADRENOCHROME and other FEAR BASED DRUGS in music, movies and TV

Here is a complete list of ADRENOCHROME and other FEAR BASED DRUGS in music, movies and TV.
🎵🍿📺

Since the 1950s, Hollywood has known about adrenochrome. 🩸

Get ready for a detailed and well researched 🧵

It all starts with Aldous Huxley’s The Doors of Perception, which was the first mention of Adrenochrome to reach the public. Published in 1954 and influenced by Dr. Humphry Osmond.

Humphry Osmond was one of the main adrenochrome researchers funded by the Scottish Rite.

Aldous Huxley is the epicenter of where movies, music and TV will eventually all get their first inspirations of adrenochrome.

Initial early voting data shows strong support for Trump

DATA: While it is not my intent to interpret the data too much, I must say the current status of the EARLY VOTE looks good; very good for President Trump.

♦ IN PERSON EARLY VOTE ♦ – More than 38 million U.S. voters have gone in-person to vote, according to the latest data from the University of Florida’s Election Lab. Four years ago, that number was just over 35 million.  Main Point: 2024 “In Person” early voting has already exceeded the 2020 result.

♦ TOTAL EARLY VOTE ♦ – In 2020 30% of “Total” early voters (in person and mail in) were Republican, almost 45% were Democrats. That gap has narrowed substantially. So far, 36% of “Total” early voters are Republican, and 38% have been Democrats. [*Note: while the numbers will grow, the percentages are not likely to change.]  Main Point: A 15-point Democrat advantage has been dropped to 2%.

Here comes a jaw-dropping statistic….

♦ YOUNG VOTERS ♦ According to the Center for Information & Research on Civic Learning and Engagement (CIRCLE), 70% of young Americans aged 18-25 voted early in 2020. Currently, only 8% of those aged 18-25 are voting early.  For some reason there has been a massive drop in early voting amid those aged 18-25.  If this detached trend carries into Tuesday, well, it’s game over for Harris everywhere.
