90% Reduction: Scientists Discover Natural Molecule That Eradicates Plaques and Cavities
3,3′-Diindolylmethane (DIM) decreased the Streptococcus mutans biofilm, a leading contributor to plaque and cavities, by 90%.
A significant portion of the global population experiences persistent issues with dental plaque and cavities or will face them at some time. While toothpaste, mouthwash, and routine dental visits help in prevention, there’s always room for improvement.
Researchers from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, in collaboration with teams from Sichuan University and the National University of Singapore, have identified that 3,3′-Diindolylmethane (DIM) – a naturally occurring molecule also referred to as bisindole – can reduce biofilms responsible for plaque and cavities by a remarkable 90%.
The molecule is also found to have anti-carcinogenic properties.
Their findings were recently published in the journal Antibiotics.

UPDATE: I just finished watching this. It’s very good. Important for understanding how and why USA (and the West) have declined so rapidly. A major factor has been un-American or anti-American manipulation of education. Dodd is an interesting speaker of a cordial and rational dialect that we rarely hear anymore. As for the term un-American, Dodd uses it unabashedly. Notice that the term has been deliberately soiled by mind-control. New York Times Guide to Fall Vaccine Shots Is ‘Disinformation’
Nirav Shah, M.D., J.D., principal deputy director of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, told The New York Times children 6 months and older should get the COVID-19 vaccine this fall, adding, “Do you want to see your grandpa … [and] grandma? Are you really sure you’re not going to give COVID to them?”
This anti-science vax ‘reasoning’ is based on what I call default tautologies or default linguistic tautologies or default language bundles. These tautologies are all but hard-wired assumptions about reality and language that are being obscenely misused in these vax ‘arguments.’ Default psycholinguistic bundles can also be entirely unique to persons. As such they comprise the stuff of the Buddhist ‘small self’ which we are counseled not to cling to. Clinging or attachment in Buddhism means clinging to these tautological bundles of self or of the culture around us or entities within that culture such as the NYT or CDC. Delusion in Buddhism means clinging to error, wrong views, wrong thoughts, wrong speech. One good thing about covid anti-science is it helped many people see how pervasive and pernicious delusion is, how it arises in the self as well as in culture. The rollout of free social media was the most revolutionary development in information dissemination since the printing press.
When the regime realised just how revolutionary it was, they got to work spending years fighting for control through lobbying and financial manipulation. While much of this pressure is informal, through networks and backchannels, the ADL is the institutional, public face of this political racketeering network.
By 2020, their control of the major social media platforms was almost entirely secure. By forcing Facebook to change their terms of service according to his liking after a crushing advertiser boycott, Jonathan Greenblatt demonstrated that he had assumed the role of the final arbiter of speech on the internet.

On ‘freedom of speech but not reach’
Exactly right. This same militaristic logic has also been used in destroying individuals in America in a decades-long infiltration and takeover of major American institutions. Besides reputation destruction, educational misdirection, jail-bait traps, and more, many talented American and European young men and boys have been physically disabled in clandestine attacks. This has caused natural leaders to fail to live up to their natural potential, thus demoralizing those who know them. As one informant said to me, ‘They will still be leaders but they will lead people in wrong directions. We want to make examples of people like that, discredit them entirely.’ The online versions of this strategy, now backed by AI, on the one hand may be more effective but on the other may alert far more people to what is being done to the West. When individuals are physically attacked and harmed (poison, psychosurgery, aural damage, etc), it’s hard for most to figure out what happened. When huge swaths of the population are muted or silenced it’s easier to see. What I am saying here is the kind of speech they want out of reach because they know it is true. The basis of American civilization is free speech. No free speech = no American civilization. Sometimes when dealing with someone you can see they have bad motives and may even mean to harm you. At the same time, you see something else in them, something higher and better
You let them harm you. Not out of masochism or self sacrifice but for some other reason at least partly informed by the something good in them you saw
I believe this comes from a higher drama happening over and above us, a drama we can only sense and whose details we may never know
After many years, it may make sense
What knowledge we may have of these dramas as they come to us and go away is beyond language, beyond even poetry, more real than the fleeting realities of common cognition
For me, these dramas appear on the edge of my awareness where they intrigue me for a long time
Maybe the dramas that contain a sense of both good and bad motives are the ones that stand out for me
Wisconsin cops arrest man, 26, over brutal attack of female college student who was sexually assaulted and strangled after being ‘snatched off the street by a stranger’
Wisconsin Police arrested a 26-year-old man in connection with a brutal attack on a University of Wisconsin student who was beaten, sexually assaulted and strangled on Sunday.
Brandon A. Thompson, a local resident, was arrested on charges of first-degree sexual assault, first-degree reckless injury and strangulation, according to Madison police.
Thompson was arrested at about 12:20 am Wednesday and booked into the Dane County Jail at around 7am, according to jail records.
The student had been found with life-threatening injuries at about 3:20 am Sunday in between two houses in Madison, Wisconsin.
The female student was reportedly ‘snatched off the street by a stranger and dragged between two houses’ – where a neighbor heard her cries for help.
