The Most Ridiculous Lawfare Narrative Pushed by Special Counsel Jack Smith Portends the Weakness of the Mar-a-Lago Case
I did not think it would be possible for those who deploy Lawfare to ever exceed the scale of fakery around Witness #8, Rachel Jeantel. However, there is an irony in this latest Lawfare deployment being pushed by Jonathan Karl and ABC news; because it was also ABC News, via Matt Gutman, who originally pushed the completely fabricated Trayvon Martin ‘ear witness’.
Before getting to the details of the construct, I must point out two issues. First, this specific narrative, as pushed by a supposed leak from Special Counsel Jack Smith’s prosecution unit, just highlights the insane weakness of the Mar-a-Lago document case and how much they will rely on legal fraud and pretense to maintain it. This is where Judge Cannon will hopefully play a major role.
Second, I must emphasize that Lawfare in its most obvious construct is not a legal approach per se’, it is the intentional manipulation of the legal system to create the optics around information that is intended to be used by media to influence public opinion.
Just like Rachel Jeantel was never any form of witness to the events around Travon Martin and George Zimmerman, so too is this latest deployment entirely fabricated – ABC News pushing both.
As the story is pushed by ABC News, again based on leaks from Special Counsel Jack Smith, supposedly former President Trump’s Chief of Staff has told prosecutors that he does not remember any effort by President Trump about a standing objective to declassify documents.

The transparent fabrication of the story is crystal clear. Whether ABC is playing a role of willful blind idiocy in their effort to support Jack Smith, or whether this is entirely fabricated by the news organization itself is unknown. What is stunningly clear is that ABC is pushing a storyline that is entirely false, fake and fabricated.
Everyone -including every media outlet, pundit and journalist- knows that for four solid years President Trump intended to, tried to, and demanded the declassification of, tens of thousands of documents. There are thousands of pundit hours and hundreds of articles written about the fight between President Trump and various agencies of government to declassify and release documents. This is not a debatable issue.

A Catholic school district in Massachusetts has ruled that its 5,000 students must use the names and pronouns they used at birth, in the latest clash between the church and radical gender ideology.
The ruling from the Diocese of Worcester and approved by Bishop Robert McManus is set to affect 21 schools in and around the central Massachusetts city and start when students got back to class for the fall semester.
Under the new guidelines, students must conduct themselves in a manner ‘consistent with their biological sex,’ including the bathrooms they use and the sports teams on which they compete.
David Perda, superintendent of Catholic Schools for the diocese, said some schools already had rules in place but that ‘individual situations’ had ‘underscored a need for a single policy which clearly states church teaching.’
Rising methane could be a sign that Earth’s climate is part-way through a ‘termination-level transition’
Since 2006, the amount of heat-trapping methane in Earth’s atmosphere has been rising fast and, unlike the rise in carbon dioxide (CO₂), methane’s recent increase seems to be driven by biological emissions, not the burning of fossil fuels. This might just be ordinary variability – a result of natural climate cycles such as El Niño. Or it may signal that a great transition in Earth’s climate has begun.
Molecule for molecule, methane is a much more potent greenhouse gas than CO₂ but it lasts slightly less than a decade in the atmosphere compared with centuries for CO₂. Methane emissions threaten humanity’s ability to limit warming to relatively safe levels. Even more troubling, the rate at which methane is increasing in the atmosphere has accelerated recently. Something like this has happened before: sudden surges in methane marked the transitions from cold ice ages to warm interglacial climates.
Methane was about 0.7 parts per million (ppm) of the air before humans began burning fossil fuels. Now it is over 1.9 ppm and rising fast. Roughly three-fifths of emissions come from fossil fuel use, farming, landfills and waste. The remainder is from natural sources, especially vegetation rotting in tropical and northern wetlands.

I’m not always right. Sometimes events change and intersections take place on the path toward the predicted outcome. However, when ancillary events -mostly driven by human intervention in an effort to avoid what’s coming- do not cross the directional path, we arrive at the predicted destination.
At the end of May CTH shared the motive behind a series of events we should see unfold on the Twitter platform. By the time we arrived in June, there was enough actual data to solidify a timeline {GO DEEP}. Shortly after, the New York Times published leaked revenue side documents allowing us to calculate an accurate burn rate {Go Deep} for the situation around Elon Musk. Through this accurate financial prism, everything that Elon Musk has done lines up in sequence {Go Deep}.
Cliff Notes Version: Musk has a deficit burn rate of around $250 to $300 million per month. Musk runs out of working capital in Sept/Oct, depending on how quickly Yaccarino was/is able to enhance revenue.
Regardless of revenue, and because she just can’t generate it fast enough, approximately, seven weeks from now Musk has to secure another roughly $5 billion, to give himself enough breathing room to continue operations.
Musk has lost the $30 billion he put in. The current estimates are that Twitter is now worth between $12 to $15 billion. There is debt of $12.5 billion from the initial purchase structure still in place. The asset is worth its debt, not much more.
With a current debt service of $100+ million per month, adding another $50 million/month ($5 billion loan) is tenuous at best. And that’s IF he can secure that investment loan. Musk has admitted he is personally limited in leverage using Tesla. He is approaching an inflexion point. 1 million subscribers paying $8/month is pittance ($8 million).
Recently X-Corp: (1) Linda Yaccarino introduced the novel concept of speech that was “lawful but awful” and must be suppressed. (2) Their desire to remove the block function. (3) Restrictions on visibility, “freedom of speech, not freedom of reach.” (4) and hired back a platform censorship team. All of these measures are designed to make “safe spaces” for advertisers to return. In essence, they are all revenue decisions.
People inside tech, and even people inside the X-Corp organization, who initially did not think my analysis was accurate, are now starting to admit it is the most likely scenario.
This arc of directional travel is not going to change, especially with Musk needing to go back into the capital markets for more working cash. Everything we are seeing is a result of this financial dynamic and the desperation is starting to show.
…Now, here’s my warning…
I am pretty certain about the prior timeline. There’s about 7 weeks left (+/-) before the critical crisis point hits, depending on events that may slightly delay or speed up the timing. Put his motives, intents and disposition off the table for a moment. Accept things in their most common construct. This situation makes Musk vulnerable.
There is only one deal, one specific version of agreement, that I can think of – that would generate the capital he needs. An agreement to leverage his platform along with META, Insta, Alpha/Goog, etc to influence the 2024 election. Agreeing to join that effort, more vociferously than previous, will get him the capital he needs…
…. so, watch out.
The only apolitical platform currently operating in the U.S. social media sphere is Tik Tok. The inability of the US govt to control the platform, is a large part of the reason why U.S. govt interests on both sides want it removed and black-listed. Pro MAGA voices have a big footprint on Tik Tok.

Dr. Richard Baron, president and CEO of the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM) is a client of Weber Shandwick, investigative journalist Paul D. Thacker reported on Wednesday.
In late 2021, Baron publicly pushed for doctors who spread “misinformation” about COVID-19 and the vaccines to lose their license and certification. Baron said then that “putting out flagrant misinformation is unethical and dangerous during a pandemic.”
Weber, the world’s second-largest PR firm, has branded its team as “misinformation and disinformation” experts and says it provides clients with services to help manage any perceived threats posed by spreaders of such information.
The firm has organized conference panels on “medical misinformation” in which Baron participated.
This is a perfect example of deadly sleazy use of the term misinformation. Misinformation and disinformation are useful terms if used properly. In this case, calling yourself a ‘misinformation and disinformation expert’ is itself mind-control through disinformation. Princeton, MIT Scientists Say EPA Climate Regulations Based on a ‘Hoax’

Two prominent climate scientists have taken on new rules from the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) on cutting carbon dioxide (CO2) emissions in electricity generation, arguing in testimony that the regulations “will be disastrous for the country, for no scientifically justifiable reason.”
Citing extensive data (pdf) to support their case, William Happer, professor emeritus in physics at Princeton University, and Richard Lindzen, professor emeritus of atmospheric science at Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), argued that the claims used by the EPA to justify the new regulations aren’t based on scientific facts but rather political opinions and speculative models that have consistently proven to be wrong.
“The unscientific method of analysis, relying on consensus, peer review, government opinion, models that do not work, cherry-picking data and omitting voluminous contradictory data, is commonly employed in these studies and by the EPA in the Proposed Rule,” Mr. Happer and Mr. Lindzen wrote. “None of the studies provides scientific knowledge, and thus none provides any scientific support for the Proposed Rule.
“All of the models that predict catastrophic global warming fail the key test of the scientific method: they grossly overpredict the warming versus actual data. The scientific method proves there is no risk that fossil fuels and carbon dioxide will cause catastrophic warming and extreme weather.”

Stop Scientific Censorship Via the Backdoor — Hold Journals Accountable
Scientific censorship (in all its myriad forms) is a threat to free-speech, free-thought and for our ability to apply the scientific method to understand our world.
Two of the greatest tools that humanity has developed (telecommunications and the scientific method) are now being manipulated to suppress “inconvenient” data and shape a narrative that does not serve our quest for objective fact finding and truth. Anonymous targeting of high-impact studies to produce retractions is censorship – and is a backdoor method by publishers to control information and provide a veneer of legitimacy to their actions.
Integrity, transparency and self-correction are at the heart of ethical and moral publishing (in all forms), but it is vital and central to science, medicine and engineering publications. If we let one type of censorship blossom in our publication system without calling out the perpetrators, we are allowing for the wholesale control and debasement of a critical tool that provides objective facts to a wider community. Ivermectin, hydroxychloroquine, chlorine dioxide, vaccine-injury and many other studies have been blocked, censored, or retracted via non-transparent and questionable methods in journals.

I am not a scholar of this topic but have read a few detailed essays on it. Far as I know, at the time, it was widely believed among Jews in Atlanta that Frank was guilty of murdering Mary Phagan, a thirteen-year-old employee. Somewhat weirdly, the ADL was founded in reaction to Frank’s murder conviction, which they claimed was antisemitic. Now, Greenblatt has to bring it all up again 108 years later. Whatever, today ADL seems bent on censoring as much American speech as it can get its hands on. In my view, ADL is not a good look for the American Jewish community, which is very powerful on its own and does not need the constant heckling of others served up far too often by the ADL.
