COVID-19 Excess Deaths in Peru’s 25 States in 2020: Nationwide Trends, Confounding Factors, and Correlations With the Extent of Ivermectin Treatment by State

Conclusions

The natural experiment that was put into motion with the authorization of IVM use for COVID-19 in Peru in May 2020, as analyzed using data on excess deaths by locality and by state from Peruvian national health sources, resulted in strong evidence for the drug’s effectiveness. Several potential confounding factors, including effects of a social isolation mandate imposed in May 2020, variations in the genetic makeup of the SARS-CoV-2 virus, and differences in seropositivity rates and population densities across the 25 states, were considered but did not appear to have significantly influenced these outcomes.

Covid showed with great clarity that clinical trials are every bit as good as peer-reviewed. During a pandemic, clinical trials are many orders of magnitude better than waiting for peer reviews because time is so important. Moreover, covid showed how deeply compromised by money, greed, hubris, cowardice and stupidity even peer-reviewed medical trials can be. If enough of us absorb this information and apply it judiciously to climate change, reasons for war, and many other policies, we will form a decent brake on the excesses of elitist power and control. More on Lahaina

He asks the right questions but in cases like this why default to the tone that conspiracy theories are weird? Why do we even refer to this mind-control reference point which has held sway since JFK’s assassination? I did it myself just below. Conspiracy theories are just other possible explanations than those imposed by the MainStream Mind-Control Complex (MSMCC). And since JFK, they have often proved to be right, including many of the JFK ones. ABN

Two Princeton, MIT Scientists Say EPA Climate Regulations Based on a ‘Hoax’

Physicist, meteorologist testify that the climate agenda is ‘disastrous’ for America

Two prominent climate scientists have taken on the Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA) new rules to cut CO2 emissions in electricity generation, arguing in testimony that the regulations “will be disastrous for the country, for no scientifically justifiable reason.”

Citing extensive data to support their case, William Happer, professor emeritus in physics at Princeton University, and Richard Lindzen, professor emeritus of atmospheric science at Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), argued that the claims used by the EPA to justify the new regulations are not based on scientific facts but rather political opinions and speculative models that have consistently proven to be wrong.

“The unscientific method of analysis, relying on consensus, peer review, government opinion, models that do not work, cherry-picking data and omitting voluminous contradictory data, is commonly employed in these studies and by the EPA in the Proposed Rule,” Mr. Happer and Mr. Lindzen stated. “None of the studies provides scientific knowledge, and thus none provides any scientific support for the Proposed Rule.”

‘Anarcho-tyranny’ defined

Too many conservatives fail to see that the crime is the point. It’s not a side effect of leftist governance: it’s an essential feature. Sam Francis called it “anarcho-tyranny”: a descent into managed lawlessness. Crime is a tool to impose a particular kind of social order.

In basic terms, the tax-producing (white) middle classes are hemmed in and controlled by means of high taxes, prejudicial laws, political correctness and endemic crime. This is now the default mode of governance throughout much of the West and especially in cities like London or New York or Paris.

When you step out onto the street to protest the unprecedented shuttering of small businesses during a pandemic, the riot police arrive in full force and beat seven bells out of you, even though you’ve always paid your taxes, worked hard and are only exercised your foundational political rights as a citizen. Low-level criminals, on the other hand, especially from minorities, are free to riot and loot and murder in the name of “racial justice”. Any ordinary member of the public who intervenes to stop the madness, if they aren’t beaten to death on the spot, is then subject to the full force of the law in retribution for daring to challenge this new order.

Important to understand this concept. Anarcho-tyranny is a good term. It really is what we are seeing throughout the West. ABN

Nobel Prize winner Dr. John F. Clauser signs the Clintel World Climate Declaration

John F. Clauser, winner of the 2022 Nobel Prize in Physics for his work on quantum mechanics, has decided to sign the World Climate Declaration of Clintel with its central message “there is no climate emergency”. Clauser is the second Nobel Laureate to sign the  declaration, Dr. Ivar Giaever was the first. The number of scientists and experts signing the World Climate Declaration is growing rapidly and now approaching 1600 people.

Clauser has publicly distanced himself from climate alarmism and this year he also joined the Board of Directors of the CO2 Coalition. In the announcement by the CO2 Coalition, Clauser was quoted in the following way:

“The popular narrative about climate change reflects a dangerous corruption of science that threatens the world’s economy and the well-being of billions of people. Misguided climate science has metastasized into massive shock-journalistic pseudoscience. In turn, the pseudoscience has become a scapegoat for a wide variety of other unrelated ills. It has been promoted and extended by similarly misguided business marketing agents, politicians, journalists, government agencies, and environmentalists. In my opinion, there is no real climate crisis. There is, however, a very real problem with providing a decent standard of living to the world’s large population and an associated energy crisis. The latter is being unnecessarily exacerbated by what, in my opinion, is incorrect climate science.”

Lahaina

There are credible explanations for the buildings to burn to the ground while the trees are still standing—cheap construction and watery trees and it has happened elsewhere. The boats in the water could be burning due to sparks carried from the fires on land, but how to explain the circle around Lahaina and the intensity of the fires? I most definitely am a conspiracy theorist and this makes me wonder. It’s not proved that DEW weapons or some other kind of arson is the deep cause, but this does need to be explained. Not explained away, like covid anti-science, but truthfully and openly explained. ABN

Eight GOP Candidates Meet Debate Qualifications – President Trump Unlikely to Attend

According to most media presentations of the performance, eight GOP candidates have qualified for the debate though some have not yet signed the required private corporate RNC loyalty pledge.

The debate qualifications are:

(1) Must have at least 40,000 unique donors, with at least 200 unique donors from each state. (2) Must reach at least 1% in three national polls that meet the RNC’s requirements or at least 1% in two national polls and in two polls from separate early voting states. (3) Must sign the RNC’s “Beat Biden pledge” – a commitment to back the eventual Republican nominee.

The candidates who have met the first two qualifiers are, Donald Trump, Ron DeSantis, Nikki Haley, Tim Scott, Vivek Ramaswamy, Doug Burgum, Chris Christie and somehow Mike Pence.

Trump, Christie and Pence have not signed the loyalty pledge.

Presumably donor threshold verification is a part of the RNC requirement to share donor information with the corporation in order to be considered a “Republican.”  It’s a little funny, in a revealing sense, that collecting donor information is a priority – but ballot harvesting, not-so-much.  Go figure.

• The DNC wants power. The RNC wants money.
• The DNC uses money to get power. The RNC use power to get money.
• The ideology of the DNC drives their corporate donor activity. The ideology of the corporate donors drives the RNC.

This is the essential difference in their corporate business models.  Other than that, on a policy perspective -much like the candidates within the corporation- they are the same. One big uniparty club; each subsidiary, DNC or RNC club division, with their own priorities.

Mars rover finds signs of seasonal floods

The prodigious evidence for water on Mars has eliminated scientific debate about whether Mars had a watery past. It clearly did. But it has left us with an awkward question: What exactly did that past look like? Some results argue that there were long-lived oceans and lakes on Mars. Others argue that the water largely consisted of ice-covered bodies that only allowed water to burst out onto the surface on occasions.

The picture is further confused by the fact that some or all of these may have been true at different times or in different locations. Creating a clear picture would help shape our understanding of an environment that might have been far more conducive to life than anything that exists on present-day Mars.

A new paper describes evidence that at least one part of Mars went through many wet/dry cycles, which may be critical for the natural production of molecules essential to life on Earth—though they don’t necessarily mean conditions in which life itself could thrive.

The results come courtesy of Curiosity, the older of the two operational rovers on the planet, which is exploring a site called Gale Crater. About 3,000 Martian days into its exploration, the rover was at a site that dates to roughly 3.6 billion years ago, during Mars’ relatively wet Hesperian period. And it came across what would be familiar to gamers as a hex grid: hundreds of hexagonal shaped rock deposits in the area of a few centimeters across and at least 10 centimeters deep.

Sam Bankman-Fried Heading to Prison After Intimidating Key Witness Using Leaks to New York Times

Let’s see… We will trade you one SBF incarceration in exchange for one DJT incarceration and call it fair.

After a US judge in New York tells Sam Bankman-Fried he does not have unlimited first amendment rights, Judge Lewis Kaplan revoked bail and sent SBF to jail for using leaks to the media to intimidate a key federal witness against him – his former girlfriend.

Setting the stage for…

A US judge in DC telling President Donald John Trump he does not have unlimited first amendment rights; establishing the groundwork for sending DJT to jail for using his political platform to intimate Mike Pence, a key federal witness against him – his former Vice President.

Both of these things happened.  A narrative coincidence, I’m sure.
