Why didn’t John Ratcliffe do what Tulsi Gabbard just did?
The occam’s razor answer is, he wasn’t looking.
Ratcliffe is part of the IC apparatus that structurally retains the guardrails allowing the IC to exist as the strongest, non statutory, part of our government.
Ratcliffe like Devin Nunes believes in the system. They see the world threat through the prism of the IC system that tells them where, when and why to be fearful. They are not bad men, they just believe the worldview presented because it has always been thus.
But now is not then. Our ‘this’ is no longer ‘thus’. Now we have President Trump, the embodiment of kryptonite to the superstate.
Now it the era when great boldness is needed. Brutal honesty is required. A combination of humility and arrogance is needed. Totally different skillsets.
Ratcliffe (Boomer) believes in the system, but he is simultaneously open to allowing Tulsi (GenX) to do her thing and show him the dangers he doesn’t see.
EXAMPLE: Tulsi took the national intelligence council (NIC) out of the CIA. Tulsi could not do that without Ratcliffe agreement. Now, Ratcliffe is watching her work, seeing what it brings to the surface, seeing a DNI -funnily an office he held- through an entirely new prism.
Ratcliffe operated the DNI in the same way that all prior DNI’s operated it. Tulsi is operating the DNI in a completely different way. I have written about the possibilities of the DNI office, the unknown power when the office was created.
Now I am watching Tulsi Gabbard test my theories in real time, and it is beyond cool.
Again, this response may not make sense to most. You really have to spend too much time understanding the IC system and the silos they operate to ‘get it.’
Ratcliffe did what he thought was possible within the confines of the DNI position. Tulsi is changing the definition of the DNI position, expanding the wings of power it holds, and doing what is possible.
This expanded power was legislatively authorized in the Patriot Act and subsequent creation of the DNI. Her use of it is why the SSCI now want to change the legislation that created the DNI.

I am filing this under ‘Buddhism’ as well as ‘religion’ because many Buddhists, including me, also believe in miracles and paranormal phenomena.
All words, concepts and religions have overlapping meanings and describe overlapping realities.
Buddhism, as I understand it, is very open to this side of human thought and existence.
Philosophically, the Buddhist term emptiness does not at all mean ‘nothingness’ or ‘you don’t exist’.
It means all sensory and mental data is transient, like lightning, like dew, and may be wondered over, admired, even sought, but is not nailable to any wall of definite meaning. ABN

Many of us knew about everything she said long ago, some of it almost at the time it happened (or before in many cases, because it was obvious a special prosecutor would be the best way to derail Trump, for example).
The question now is will Bondi do her job.
I am seeing a general consensus among conspiracy theorists that Bondi probably will not do much if anything. I’d rather not predict.
This could become the most significant court case in US history. The crime is treason.
Though many of us have known about this for a long time, there are still many tens of millions of Americans who believed the other side.
The effect of this material on them will be the most important outcome of whatever happens going forward.
Whether perps are convicted of treason or their crimes are merely made public for all to see, and cannot be denied, USA will never be the same again in a good way.
These crimes against Trump and USA reveal the true, raw nature of American political power.

This may be why they were trying to get rid of Gabbard a few weeks ago.
This may be coming out now because it will bury the Epstein story.
It also may be that Epstein is connected to the treasonous conspiracy Gabbard is revealing, or his story can be woven into it to display even worse government and elite malfeasance.
If something like that is in the offing, we may see a massive sea change in how the public views government and the criminal gangs which have infested it.
Gabbard is publicly confirming what conspiracy theorists have been saying all along.
She is also stamping this information with the imprimatur of the DNI, no small matter.
Can Bondi handle this? Will she bury it or has this been a part of the administration’s legal plans all along?
Has Trump been ‘mishandling’ the Epstein story as a way of bringing it front and center to the public’s attention?

Trump is being evasive but we do not know why.
The ‘ridiculous amount of publicity’ is due not to Epstein but to citizens wondering who really controls USA.
Epstein is a symbol of Jewish Supremist infiltration and clandestine control over USA politics.
Trump appears to be using a redirection technique by focusing on Epstein.
It’s a technique he uses quite often. But it’s not working well on this issue.
The technique worked OK with blaming Musk’s behavior on the EV mandate removal.
But that was just two men fighting and no one cares very much, so the redirection technique worked.
Who controls USA is not a question that can be easily redirected back to Epstein.
Epstein is a symbol, a tangible example, of JS control of USA.

I am skeptical but it is Napolitano saying it, so worth knowing. The core issue is not Epstein files or lists or even videos but control of USA by Mossad/ Israel/ Jewish Supremists. Something NPR editors may not understand
I like talk radio. I want to listen to NPR. Many of your topics are good. But almost all of them are heavily slanted left, anti-Trump, anti-conservative, pro-Ukraine War, etc. I want to hear your side but I also want to hear the other side. It is bad media, bad for USA, and super-boring radio to feature only one side of an issue as if there is no other side at all. Indeed, most issues have several sides all worthy of discussion. Your shows would gain listeners and respect if you provided real balance. ABN
UPDATE: A good example of how bad NPR can be happened a few days ago. I was driving and a show came on NPR about how American evangelicals were supporting Trump in large numbers. One commentator was some journo who has been reporting on religion in USA for forty years; the other was some college professor of religious studies. I forget who the host was. The entire program entailed describing how evangelicals had a psychological need to be accepted and heard and that’s why they support Trump. If I am remembering correctly the speakers implied if not stated outright that evangelicals had that need because they were uneducated and lacked sophistication. I found the program extremely irritating because all three of the supposedly educated and sophisticated speakers never once considered that evangelicals might like Trump’s policies because they are good policies. My sense of those three speakers is they themselves are small-minded, incurious, and selfish in how they waste airtime by telling only one side of a potentially great story. Such a waste. It was a very good topic. Next time, get some people who are able to sympathize with evangelicals and who understand Trump’s policies as they are and not as NPR frames them all the time. To be clear, I am 100% willing to listen to all positions on all topics, including what amounts to NPR propaganda, but I really really want to hear all sides. Forty years he’s been a religion journo and many years she’s been a college religion prof and they both just cooed at each other over NPR lefty banalities the entire time. The host was no better. ABN

Psilocybin desynchronizes the human brain
Abstract
A single dose of psilocybin, a psychedelic that acutely causes distortions of space–time perception and ego dissolution, produces rapid and persistent therapeutic effects in human clinical trials1,2,3,4. In animal models, psilocybin induces neuroplasticity in cortex and hippocampus5,6,7,8. It remains unclear how human brain network changes relate to subjective and lasting effects of psychedelics. Here we tracked individual-specific brain changes with longitudinal precision functional mapping (roughly 18 magnetic resonance imaging visits per participant). Healthy adults were tracked before, during and for 3 weeks after high-dose psilocybin (25 mg) and methylphenidate (40 mg), and brought back for an additional psilocybin dose 6–12 months later. Psilocybin massively disrupted functional connectivity (FC) in cortex and subcortex, acutely causing more than threefold greater change than methylphenidate. These FC changes were driven by brain desynchronization across spatial scales (areal, global), which dissolved network distinctions by reducing correlations within and anticorrelations between networks. Psilocybin-driven FC changes were strongest in the default mode network, which is connected to the anterior hippocampus and is thought to create our sense of space, time and self. Individual differences in FC changes were strongly linked to the subjective psychedelic experience. Performing a perceptual task reduced psilocybin-driven FC changes. Psilocybin caused persistent decrease in FC between the anterior hippocampus and default mode network, lasting for weeks. Persistent reduction of hippocampal-default mode network connectivity may represent a neuroanatomical and mechanistic correlate of the proplasticity and therapeutic effects of psychedelics.
It is my understanding that the Buddha and/or the Buddhist tradition was and always has been well aware of psilocybin and probably other psychedelics and herbal drugs, like opium and cannabis.
In light of this, it is significant that the Fifth Precept for lay Buddhists proscribes only alcohol, and it does this very specifically by mentioning two types of alcoholic beverages (fermented and distilled) and nothing else. The Fifth Precept does not mention any other drugs.
As modern Buddhists, we can see that this conforms with what many of us have experienced with psychedelics and cannabis, among other ‘recreational’ drugs. Of course those drugs can be harmful but they can also do people a lot of good. Alcohol use, on the other hand, too often leads to very dangerous and spiritually stultifying mental conditions that do no one any good.
I have no problem with Buddhist teachers extrapolating the meaning of the Fifth Precept to include other drugs and sensory indulgences, but also believe that paying attention to the original meaning and its socio-environmental context (when people knew lots about plants) is important to keep in mind.

Evidence Trump is compromised
Trump is either living in a bubble of Jewish Supremist handlers and cannot see the writing on the wall or he is compromised.
It is all but certain that whatever evidence the FBI had has been destroyed or distorted. I am still a Trump supporter because even if he is compromised, he can still do much good and he is president.
Someone should ask Lutnick if he is a JS.
If Trump is controlled in this way, we will see other signs. It is possible he is in a JS pickle and is doing all he can under those conditions.
Another possibility is Trump is doing what he often does by letting his enemies destroy themselves.

Why motorcyclists weave
The other reasons you might se a motorcyclist weaving is to buff the sides of their tires or just to have some fun. A rider weaving almost never is asking you to get out of the way.
