NOW COMES the Plaintiffs, Mankind, by and through its first representatives, Adam and Eve, and for their Complaint against the Defendant, the Covenant of Eden, allege and state as follows:
PRELIMINARY STATEMENT
This action arises from the formation, imposition, and enforcement of an a priori covenant governing the conditions of human existence. Plaintiffs seek declaratory and equitable relief from a covenant alleged to be structurally unsound, epistemically recursive, and defective at inception, and further alleged to have been imposed without consideration, without meaningful consent, and under materially incomplete disclosure of its operative penalties.
Plaintiffs neither affirm nor deny the authority of the covenant’s author per se, but instead place at issue the legal and moral soundness of the covenant’s architecture as imposed upon innocent agents incapable of informed assent. Nothing herein shall be construed as a surrender, waiver, or abandonment of any claim of possession, stewardship, or ownership of the planet Earth, nor as recognition that the Defendant, by virtue of the covenant or any prior interaction thereunder, holds lawful title to, or exclusive dominion over, the Earth. This Complaint addresses defects inherent in the covenant itself, independent of any subsequent inducement, temptation, or third-party interference.

I’ve been watching the saga of Amelia from the far side of the Atlantic in a state of utter bemusement.
For those who don’t know the first act of the saga, the British government had some collection of flacks create a video game for British kids, which was designed to elicit “racist” (that is, patriotic and un-woke) statements from them — at which point the kids who fell for it would be reported to the police for, erm, reeducation. (I wish I was making this up.)
Amelia was a cartoon figure who was supposed to mouth allegedly racist slogans, and they gave her violet hair because they thought that would annoy right-wingers, who make jokes about women with dyed hair.
Ponder the immeasurable stupidity of the flacks who put nationalist and patriotic slogans in the mouth of the kind of cute female figure who would have most teenage boys reaching into their trousers on the spot. Of course these same teenage boys instantly hijacked her and turned her into a mascot, just as they did with Kek back in the day. Of course these same teenage boys, being far more computer-skilled than government flacks, started doing LLM-generated videos of Amelia speaking out in favor of nationalist and patriotic ideas.

The individual who anonymously posted on 4Chan the morning of Epstein’s death, August 10, 2019 claiming he witnessed weird happenings at the prison before Epstein’s death has been identified in the Epstein files.
Roberto Grijalva, an officer at the Metropolitan Correctional Center in New York has been identified as the anonymous prison employee who posted on 4Chan claiming Epstein left his cell Friday evening shackled in a medical wheelchair while at the same time an unauthorized trip van arrived at the prison, which he believes took Epstein away the night BEFORE news broke of his death.
The day after Epstein’s death, U.S. Attorney Geoffrey Berman of the SDNY opened a Grand Jury proceeding and subpoenaed 4Chan, Apple, AT&T and Citibank for records aiming to uncover Grijalva’s identity following the anonymous 4Chan post.
Grijalva’s name is not redacted on his bank records included in the SDNY subpoena response from Citibank for his 4Chan post, and ties to the same Prison Officer Roberto Grijalva whose statements were released as part of the prison’s investigation into Epstein’s death.
This is HUGE. We now have validation the 4Chan post from 8/10/2019 is a legitimate eyewitness account from an MCC prison officer that Epstein may have been switched out before news broke of his alleged suicide.

This post and these images are not meant to dox anyone. It’s already public. The point is this info supports the view that Epstein is alive and well because they switched him out. Many of us have believed this was the most likely explanation for Epstein’s disappearance. I recall posting on this more than a few times.
Killing him would have demoralized his mafia. Spiriting him out of prison would have delighted and emboldened them. Seems prison controls were easily compromised and the switch not difficult. Epstein’s main crime was the blackmail and bribery operation he ran, with little doubt, for a gang of Jewish Supremists. This is not to downplay the traumas suffered by Epstein’s victims but to emphasize that even in their abject degradation they were but tools, toys for Epstein’s larger design — total control of USA and the West. Epstein displays classic Jewish good manners and soft chutzpah (Jewish deceit, confidence, braggadocio). He looks and sounds like a reasonable. personable, mildly intelligent man. On the Jewish spectrum, his manners and mannerisms, and tone of voice, are the opposite of Ben Shapiro. If you met Epstein and he wanted to gull you, you would fall for it. I can easily see how prince Andrew fell for him; and how Epstein coaxed and allowed his sorry worst side to crawl out.
After finishing the interview, I did other stuff and did not give it much thought. When I went to bed and turned out the light, before long I felt I was in the presence of the Devil or the Devil was inside me wriggling. It was a unique experience, for the presence of whatever that was, was palpable in the region of my upper abdomen. Within a few long seconds I knew it was the result of watching Epstein and wondered if I were in spiritual danger.

My guess is Trump will let this sort of commotion build before cracking down again. Public emotion and receptivity is important. KOBK game theory is primarily a military game theory. It covers the psychology, morality, aims, and methods of players who are involved in any sort of power struggle. Its main premise is that players in KOBK conflicts, by definition, do not know for certain how powerful they are vis-a-vis their adversaries or how powerful their adversaries are. Moreover they do not know for certain the aims, motivations, and/or methods of their adversaries.
These conditions force all adversaries to kill-or-be-killed. They must kill their adversary or be killed by them. Kill does not necessarily mean death. It just means to render their adversary provably powerless. Joe Biden was ousted as a presidential candidate against his will. In the KOBK sense, he was ‘killed’.
KOBK has useful explanatory application in interpersonal relations, group dynamics, history, politics, and geopolitics. It is always a primary factor in warfare.
Its usefulness can be seen in the world today. KOBK is the underlying motivator of US foreign policy. It is the underlying motivator of Israeli foreign policy. Understanding the deep KOBK imperatives of USA and Israel helps us also understand the deep KOBK imperatives acting on all other nations in the world.
Most of Europe has been ‘killed’ by USA which controls virtually all of it. Japan has been ‘killed’ by USA. To many, it seems Israel has ‘killed’ USA since all of our foreign policy serves Israel more than USA.
Most people can sense a KOBK underlayer in life but hardly ever go there. Divorces sometimes explode into KOBK battles. But most of the time most of us understand we are much better off getting along with others by practicing normal or ordinary human morality.
The main problem with how most people think about morality is they fail to understand that powerful people do not have the luxury to practice ordinary human morality. Powerful people practice KOBK. They live in a world of alliances, armistices, truces, conspiracies, guarded cooperation and open warfare.
Consider the state of our world today. We are on the brink of WW3. BRICS has become a considerable alliance.
A very powerful and secret group is hiding somewhere inside USA, Europe and Israel, vying for world domination. We do not know exactly who they are.
But we can know them from their apparently ‘reckless’ or ‘incompetent’ behavior, which is anything but reckless or incompetent. It is KOBK behavior. They are vying for control of the planet.

No report from China or on China can be believed without doubt, but this one sounds credible. This is an example of raw Kill-Or-Be-Killed (KOBK) Game Theory occurring within China. Xi Jinping has no way to be sure his enemies have all been neutralized; nor does he even have a clear sense of who his enemies are. So psychologically he is forced to take out as many suspects and potential enemies as he can. Intellectually, KOBK rules demand he do something like this, based on how he understands his situation. The kill in KOBK means only to render impotent and not necessarily kill. In cases like this, however, you can be sure many are being killed under KOBK reasoning. Another example of KOBK Game Theory: By obliterating Iran’s nuclear facilities, Trump ‘killed’ Iran’s ultimate military prowess. Simultaneously, it seems, Trump also ‘killed’ Netanyahu’s never-ending reason for USA to go to war for Israel. Moreover, by forming the Gaza Board of Peace, and thus preventing Netanyahu and Jewish Supremists from controlling Gaza’s future, Trump has ‘killed’ them as well. This is speculation, but to me it seems likely that Trump has made these deft, even elegant, political moves, which should go a long way toward ensuring a better future for the region, USA and the world.
