The United States District Court for the District of Maine has dismissed a Maine mother’s lawsuit against the Great Salt Bay Community School (GSBCS) Board for withholding information about her child’s gender transition.
District Court Judge Jon D. Levy released his decision this past Friday that the mother — Amber Lavigne — failed to state a claim because the facts provided in this case were insufficient to establish municipal liability.
Since the judge’s reasoning was based solely on Lavigne’s inability to show that the municipality could legally be found responsible for the alleged violations, he did not address the underlying constitutional questions associated with Lavigne’s claims.
In December of 2022, Lavigne discovered that a 26-year-old social worker by the name of Samuel Roy had given her 13-year-old child two breast binders — garments designed to conceal the appearance of a female’s breasts — and provided instructions on their use.
There is a rather remarkable indictment against congressman Henry Cuellar (D-Texas, CD-28) that everyone should read. You might remember that Cuellar was openly critical of the Biden border crisis in the latter half of 2021. Approximately a few weeks after Cuellar was openly and strongly criticizing Biden, FBI agents raided his home {BACKSTORY}.
At the time of the FBI raid (January 2022), everyone noted the visible connection between Cuellar’s criticism of Biden and the launch of the DOJ investigation against him. The timing was just too convenient.
Last Friday an indictment was unsealed. Representative Cuellar and his wife are each charged with two counts of conspiracy to commit bribery of a federal official and to have a public official act as an agent of a foreign principal, two counts of bribery of a federal official, two counts of conspiracy to commit wire fraud, two counts of violating the ban on public officials acting as agents of a foreign principal, one count of conspiracy to commit concealment money laundering, and five counts of money laundering.
Interestingly, the charges and the activity date back to 2014 and continue over the next ten years culminating in the indictment a decade later.
What you realize when you read the indictment is exactly what we have talked about on these pages for well over a decade, the business end of American politics. Cuellar and his wife are a case study in how the average federal politician gets wealthy from selling their office.
All of the DC politicians participate in this type of influence selling. There are ZERO federal elected officials who do not participate in this process. And within that dynamic, we find the answer to how the Intelligence Community exists to control all of the DC political systems without any checks in their authority.
One of the primary reasons the Intelligence Community was so fast to join the effort to eliminate the threat Donald Trump, represented in 2016, was specifically due to the lack of corrupt activity (IC blackmail) that could be leveraged against him. Absent the ability to control the target, the IC must create leverage.

An appeals court has backed efforts to vaccinate children without parental consent by shielding those who force kids to take Covid shots.
A North Carolina Court of Appeals issued the ruling in the case of a clinic, where personnel gave a 14-year-old boy a Covid mRNA shot without consent from the child or his parents.
The mother of the boy sued the Guilford County school board and Old North State Medical Society over her teenage son’s forced COVID-19 vaccination in 2021.
However, appellate judges agreed that a federal law protected both defendants from legal liability.
The court ruled that the Public Readiness and Emergency Preparedness Act (PREP Act) protected the clinic and its staff.
Additionally, the court concluded that the Guilford Board of Education, which hosted the clinic, was also covered by the PREP Act.

Smith and Wesson has threatened to shutter its 44,000-square-foot Houlton facility if a Democratic gun control bill under consideration in Augusta becomes law.
The proposed bill passed this week by in the House of Representatives.
It would allow firearms manufacturers to be sued civilly over damages tied to the illegal sale or marketing of their products, a risk that could drive manufacturers out of the state, according to a Friday letter from the National Shooting Sports Foundation (NSSF), a national firearms industry trade association.
The bill, LD 1696, sponsored by Cape Elizabeth Democratic Rep. Rebecca Millett, would allow a civil cause of action to be brought against firearm industry members who “knowingly” sell or market a firearm-related product in a manner that promotes illegal modification, is targeted towards persons prohibited from possessing a firearm, or in a manner that is “unconscionable or deceptive.”

The agency was forced by a federal judge to disclose the reports
The U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has released previously hidden reports of facial paralysis and other adverse events following COVID-19 vaccination.
The 780,000 reports were received shortly after the COVID-19 vaccines were rolled out, and show people experienced a wide range of post-vaccination problems, including heart inflammation, miscarriages, and seizures.
“Loss of consciousness and seizure immediately following injection. Went to ER by ambulance,” one person reported.
“Diagnosed with Bells Palsy today due to left-sided facial numbness and paralysis,” another said.
People lodged the reports with V-safe, a text-message system created by the CDC to monitor for possible side effects of COVID-19 vaccines.
The CDC, for years, declined to make the V-safe data public, instead publishing studies that described the reports as providing reassurance about the safety of the shots. However, according to data released in 2022, nearly 8 percent of the 10 million users required medical attention or hospital care after vaccination, and many others reported missing school, work, or other normal activities.
