Many Jews in the fear-inflation business like Jonathan Greenblatt have already reported on the generational disparity in anti-Semitism. The reason for the disparity seems pretty straightforward: Old people were fed a steady diet of programming that was not only filtered through various Jewish studio execs, editors, directors, and writers, but was delivered via a one-way broadcast medium. This allowed Jews to disseminate their ideas uncontested. In other words, Jews placed themselves between boomers and the world, carefully curating their “reality.”
The two-way medium of the Internet used by the younger generations has allowed conversations to occur outside of Jewish jurisdiction, and younger generations are largely rejecting Jewish ideas and the Jewish framing of the world. While old people continue to watch the sanitized version of the Gaza conflict on Fox News, young people are consuming Telegram videos of Jewish crimes against humanity and are disgusted by it.
Conversations about Jewish overrepresentation, influence, and power are no longer avoidable now that the Internet has overtaken the Jewish-dominated mediums of television, print, and radio. For the first time in a century, Jews are in a position where they have to defend themselves, and they’re showing everyone how out of practice they are. Most Jews just “accuse the accuser,” calling their critics “anti-Semites” since there really is no way to defend their ethnic cleansing of Gaze and open borders extremism in the West.
They have also released grainy, incongruous videos of ‘Robinson’.
It’s a joke they won’t release, at the very least, clear videos of their suspect.

Why was the crime scene paved over and completely destroyed?

But this case has become foundational for public participation in solving crimes.
If we had had social media and cameras all over the place when JFK was assassinated, the government would never have been able to keep their role in the case secret for 60 years.
The Zapruder film would never have been kept secret and only shown to Dan Rather who either lied about it or was so dumb he could not understand what he was looking at.
Open discussion and crowd-sourced evidence is bright sunlight on any crime and should become standard and expected for all criminal cases that are important to the public.

Free-speech—real free speech with real, uncensored reach, is the thing that can protect us most of all from totalitarians, authoritarians and a dictatorial AI, should something like that evolve and gain power.
Many of us are willing to do all we can to protect free speech, but few of us have the power and reach of a Durov or Musk.

X and the Covenant of Good Faith and Fair Market: Fraud in the Inception
When a contract party pays for a service under the presumption of equal access, yet is never informed that a throttling mechanism will be used to meter or diminish that service at the direction of a third, non-governmental entity, the contract is compromised at the outset. This hidden mechanism becomes even more problematic when the third party makes throttling decisions based on a social-conformance profile it has assigned to the buyer.
Under such conditions, users are charged as if they are receiving full, equal participation in a public commodity, while in fact experiencing discriminatory contract fulfillment and selective product impairment triggered by their identity, viewpoints, or classification — criteria determined not by the platform’s stated terms of service, but by an unaccountable external actor.
If the provider degrades or withholds the paid-for service — visibility, advertising utility, algorithmic distribution, or fair access to market by other paying parties who have an interest in the contracted party — not for violations of the terms of service, but because of external preferences, then the behavior becomes analytically indistinguishable from:
– throttling one customer at the behest of another,
– selling an inferior product at a full-price rate, and
– administering a concealed, criteria-dependent class system within the market itself.
The ethically salient question is not whether a platform moderates — as moderation is an operational requirement. The issue is whether the platform:
– covertly delegates moderation power to outside parties,
– without disclosure,
– and without transparent, appealable standards.
This is where the covenant of good faith and fair dealing is breached, and where the transaction shifts from a simple service agreement into a form of inception-level fraud.
Great point, this is the kind of legal reasoning that may eventually protect free speech.
Social media companies may be able to dodge this legal problem by reducing user fees if users are throttled; and/or refunding user payments, with fines added, after the fact if the company is caught.
If that were included in terms of service, not throttling or being milder about throttling would be a big selling point.
X is already working that angle.
It’s bad that advertisers can influence public discourse as much as they do, especially as advertising itself is often a bribe or payoff for doctored information.
