A well-oiled delusion machine

Capacity building means flooding the zone with money and other assets, including humans. ‘Media literacy’ will entail articles, school courses, credentials, and (very dubious) ‘scholars’. This is a well-oiled delusion machine. It both creates and reveals the hierarchy of delusion in our society. Buddhist delusion is not just idiosyncratic stuff in your own mind. Much of it also comes from the minds of our hierarchs and is designed to control the public. ABN

A Skeptic’s Guide to the Holocaust

There is hardly any other historical topic, about which as much information and disinformation can be found as about the Holocaust. The topic is huge, as it occurred in thousands of individual events across an entire continent, and lasted almost four years – from mid-1941 to May 1945. Accordingly, scholars specializing in the field have produced large tomes and many multi-volume collections dealing with the various aspects of this event of the past that refuses to pass.

However, for those of us not specializing in Holocaust studies – meaning for almost all of us – the information contained in those volumes and collections is usually too much information. Furthermore, it is commonly presented in a way that is not helpful for us to wrap our heads around it. Where is a concise overview explaining what exactly “the Holocaust” was, and what it was not? What major parts does it consists of? What are the main characteristics of these parts?

To answer such questions, encyclopedias are written. So far, mainstream scholars have produced four encyclopedias on this topic. In September 2023, another one has been added. We may ask: who needs a fifth door stop, when we already have four?

Those who understand covid-19 anti-science are in a position to understand how just about everything in the West works. This includes academia, mainstream media, the public face of governments, and the history of our society and all other societies. I have no expertise in the history of WW2 but welcome this encyclopedia as another offering on the road to telling something approaching the truth about whatever happened in the past. It’s an absolute offense to any civilization that any topic be banned or people who write about it or speak about it be imprisoned or fined. It’s very easy to see that happening to us today in the USA and in Europe. If even medical science can be twisted as much as covid anti-science has, we can see that nothing is sacred and nothing can be believed just because some authority figure—or even a large group of them—say it’s true. That’s how it is. From covid we also have learned that the real scientists were the ones who questioned the official bs. And what happened to them? They were banned, vilified, deplatformed, fired. We all know this, but the lesson is so valuable it bears emphasizing. Covid provides us with a very recent lived and ongoing example of mainstream government and media mind-control and harassment. The covid example applies to many other areas of immediate concern—the Ukraine War, our borders, anthropogenic climate change, our economy. all news and all history. ABN

The ‘All-star apex predator cast of the national security state’ described by Mike Benz

archived Tweet w video

This video beautifully describes how US censorship has evolved and is evolving to circumvent First Amendment rights to free speech. An aesthetic criticism which should not detract from the information presented is Mike could have presented this better than just putting a camera in front of his face. That said, don’t skip this one. This is the new look of totalitarianism, censorship, mind-control. I keep hoping that at some point a majority of thoughtful Americans will see what is obviously going on. I still have hope but the power of hierarchical language, concepts, and real-world interpersonal relationships is super-strong, even stronger than I had suspected just a few years ago. ABN

There’s no ‘disinformation’ exception to the First Amendment

Misinformation and disinformation retain the basic characteristics of speech. Unless they fall into one of very few exceptions, they are protected from censorship under the First Amendment.

Consistent with those very limited exceptions, any effort by the government to prevent the dissemination of ideas or opinions, even if they are based on untruths, is unconstitutional.

A three-judge panel for the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals recently upheld an injunction that prohibits the government from pressuring social media platforms to de-escalate or remove speech that the government identifies as misinformation or disinformation.

On Thursday, Sept. 14, that injunction was put on pause by the Supreme Court until Sept. 22, to give the Court more time to consider the issue.

The injunction resulted from a lawsuit filed by the attorneys general of Missouri and Louisiana and others accusing the federal government of strong-arming social media companies in order to amplify government-approved points of view and muffle or silence opposing views.

Free speech makes civilizations thrive. It is the rational as well as constitutional only option. Anyone who wants to limit free speech is a POS. Covid proved this point and also proved that the worst enemies of free speech were and still are governments, Big Media and other vested interests. ABN

Public semiotics: how they are used and controlled

Public semiotics are semiotics known to many people, semiotics that many people within a society or culture will respond to in similar ways.

Some examples of public semiotics are conventions in literature, film, news, customs, clothing, language use, courtship styles, and so on.

In film and literature, most viewers recognize the semiotic difference between first- and third-person narratives as well as typical plot-lines such as “the individual against the group,” “the individual who overcomes a tragedy,” or simply “good versus bad.”

Viewers responses are controlled by these narratives through expectation, emotion, and habit. Due to their short lengths, most popular films rely very heavily on a single strong emotion for narrative effect, while serious literature generally deals with more complex themes.

A recent scholarly study of US politics came to some conclusions about public semiotics and our perceptions of them that are not likely to surprise readers of this site.

The study and an interview with one of its authors can be found here: Scholar Behind Viral ‘Oligarchy’ Study Tells You What It Means.

In the interview co-author Gilens has this to say about the study:

I’d say that contrary to what decades of political science research might lead you to believe, ordinary citizens have virtually no influence over what their government does in the United States. And economic elites and interest groups, especially those representing business, have a substantial degree of influence. Government policy-making over the last few decades reflects the preferences of those groups — of economic elites and of organized interests. (Source: same as above. This source has the study as well as the interview.)

What this study says about public semiotics is the public does not control them. Rather, the public is controlled by them.

Interestingly, the study left out some of the main ways that public semiotics are controlled by elites. Public semiotics are not just controlled by interest groups and lobbies influencing legislation, they are also greatly controlled by:

  • elite control of the media
  • elite control of which topics the media covers
  • elite control of presidential debates by the Democratic and Republican parties through the Commission on Presidential Debates
  • elite control of members of congress by the parties they “represent”

In the linked interview, which is well-worth reading, Gilens mentions non-business lobbying groups, but does not say who they are.

If we do not understand that our public semiotics come from somewhere—that many of them are created and maintained by special interest groups—we will fail to understand how we are manipulated by them.

As this study shows, voting for a very limited selection of candidates who rarely, if ever, fulfill their very limited campaign promises is an exercise in public hypnosis. It is a complex semiotic that fosters the illusion of participation where there is none.

I do not think any of this will change. But I do think it is important for individuals, and especially FIML partners, to understand where the semiotics that jostle around in their heads are coming from. As individuals, we can have great control over what we believe, value, do, and understand about human life, and need not be controlled by the self-serving agendas of others.

It is important to understand that much of what is construed as “public life” is actually a complex mix of semiotics consciously controlled by people who work to create and maintain illusions of plots and themes in the world in much the same ways that plots and themes are created and maintained in film.

UPDATE: I wrote and posted this on APRIL 23, 2014. It’s just as true today and far more obvious. Semiotics is the study of how messages are sent and received. Since language and semiotics are loosely hierarchical, control of the top levels or meta-levels of language and semiotics yields control of whole societies. This can be seen in fashion as much as politics. The real-world result is most people are following semiotic illusions behind which the real wheels of governance are being turned by, for the most part, those who control the money—the huge investment funds, central banks, the super rich. The Ukraine War has been a semiotic fantasy, as was covid and the covid government response, as was the 2020 fraudulent election, the manufactured ‘crisis’ at the border, inflation, soon to be CBDC. We are right now living in an algorithmic psyop which strictly controls the ‘information’ we are allowed to see, the topics we are allowed to address. Boiled down, that information is the dominant public semiotics proposed and furthered by the forces mentioned above. This is why if the government said it or MSM said or a choir of HoWo influencers said it, you can be sure it’s not true. ABN

British Parliament Demands Rumble Video Platform Remove or Demonetize Russell Brand – Rumble Says NO!

This is quite a remarkable development.  The Sunday Times, a Rupert Murdoch publication in the U.K, published a hit piece against Russell Brand accusing him of rape and sexual assault 20-years ago.  It did not take long before the accusations triggered the cancel culture and YouTube demonetized the actor and pundit.  Russell Brand has vehemently denied the allegations.

However, in a remarkable escalation the U.K Parliament is now targeting Russell Brand.  The British government has sent a letter to U.S. video platform provider Rumble demanding they take action against Brand.  Not only is the British government targeting an individual and demanding action over an unproven allegation, but they are also sending a letter to the U.S. company demanding acquiescence to their censorship demand.

Rumble has previously stood strong against the demands of the French government, and once again stands at the forefront of freedom in responding to the UK demand.

Rumble CEO Chris Pavlovski responded to the U.K govt and shared his response on Twitter.  “We emphatically reject the UK Parliament’s demands.”

BBC ‘Disinformation’ Reporter Lied On Her CV, Admits To ‘Awful Misjudgement’

The BBC’s ‘disinformation’ correspondent, Marianna Spring, was busted lying on her CV to win a job, according to The New European, a British newspaper, which has seen emails between Spring and Natalia Antelava, the editor-in-chief of US publication Coda Story.

According to the report, Spring was trying to land a job as a Moscow stringer, when she said on her resume that she had worked alongside BBC Eastern Europe correspondent Sarah Rainsford.

MUST WATCH: Dr Peter McCullough scathing overview of WHO and world response to the covid bioweapon

This is the kind of factual information far too many want to ban as disinformation. The value of free speech has been resoundingly confirmed by the covid plandemic—those who were censored were telling the truth while those doing the censoring were not. It’s clear as a bell. Free speech with full reach accorded by a free market of ideas is always best for civilization. Anyone who wants to censor you also wants to control you. Censorship takes us backwards and down. Free speech makes our societies thrive. No better proof of this than the covid years. ABN

Worst speech of the year — UN Under Secretary for Global Communications GASLIGHTS the world

This speech is a garbage pile of censorial cliches, logical fallacies, red-herrings, appeals to ignorance, and excuses for yet more authoritarian aggrandizement at the UN. I challenge readers to watch the whole thing. I did and found it alarming. My guess is Fleming is naively sincere in her desire to censor the world and comfortable with the belief that her totalitarian inclinations are good. She speaks the lingo of globalist bureaucrats, soldiers of unreason, who are bent on destroying civilization in their own image. ABN

Dr Berg Gets Censored (Silenced)

Mind-control. ABN

UPDATE: This is one incident in a very big push to completely takeover and stifle the internet. And this effort will reach into the DNS. If you do a search on Google, you will find many results but they will all be slanted if the topic is political or contentious. Go through a few pages and you will see mainly the same slant and before long, nothing. So a great deal of censorship and disappearing sites and points of view has already happened. People that want to censor and control information never have good motives. These powerful moves to control all information and thought are totalitarian in the extreme. Even if they had good motives (they do not), the next group in total control will not. Information is power. If they seize this power, they will never give it back. We can only fight back by being aware and not complying whenever possible. It’s pathetic but our best group response is Bud Light. This is pathetic because our civilization(s) are not advancing human knowledge and goodness or health and happiness. We are going backward because a bunch of rich twits want it that way. ABN

Jewish Censorship Is the Leading Cause of Anti-Semitism — Andrew Anglin

My personal story is a long and confusing one, which I regularly reflect on personally. If it ends up being of historical interest, the thing is probably going to need to be figured out by people who are not me from my private writings after I’m dead. But whatever the details, I have been labeled by both the SPLC and the ADL, as well as probably all mainstream media outlets, as “the most influential anti-Semite of the 21st century.” It’s a title I am very proud of.

Although few people cite me as a source, I remain the single most widely-read English-language journalist in the world, even after having suffered the worst censorship of anyone in history. A lot of people like my materials about women, and my geopolitical analysis. But ultimately, all of what I write is first and foremost filtered through anti-Semitism.

Defining “Anti-Semitism”

“Anti-Semitism” is made purposefully difficult to define by the Jews. They are able to obfuscate the definition because they’ve created a situation where even asking for a clarification on what the term means is considered anti-Semitic. The term has become so powerful and so damaging to the reputations of anyone smeared with it that no one dares even tiptoe around the fringes. As soon as there is a hint that the ADL or other Jewish groups are preparing to levy the smear, people surrender. Or, at least that was the case before Kanye West made his big push last year against this Jewish system.

We are now witnessing a kind of encore to the Kanye West pushback on the Jews in the form of Elon Musk’s attempts to push back on the Jewish censorship agenda, which is costing his company billions of dollars. He has officially been labeled an “anti-Semite” by the ADL because he thinks (or, at least, he argues) that Twitter should allow all forms of legal speech.

The implied meaning of “anti-Semitism” is that you “hate the Jews for no reason.” The “working definition of anti-Semitism,” which was created by the International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance (IHRA) and which is now used by several institutions – including the Ron DeSantis and Greg Abbott state governments – defines behaviors that constitute “expressions” of anti-Semitism, but it does not attempt to address what anti-Semitism actually is, simply referring to it as a “certain perception.” Again, the implication is that it is a blind hatred for no reason.
