Censorship as a sign of immorality

__________

Consider the last time you saw something that needed to be censored. I personally cannot think of a single time, ever. If you don’t like something you see or read, do what almost everyone does without even thinking about it — ignore it. Or maybe reply if you feel like it. People who want censorship always have something to hide, they are always the bad guys. They are always trying to control your mind. As the world continues evolving toward larger empires armed with inescapable surveillance technology, freedom of speech will become even more important. It is the most important way we the plebs have of communicating with each other and influencing those who rule over us. A decent ruling elite will always find it easier and smarter to keep the plebs happy. Empires fall when they run afoul of the masses. ABN

UPDATE: Take this to next level game theory. We the plebs must deeply sensitize ourselves against any infringement on freedom of speech. We should go bananas every time anyone tries to censor us. This is our best hope for a good future. ABN

It Turns Out the USAID Worker Who Told ‘Heartbreaking’ Story to 60 Minutes is Samantha Power’s Speechwriter

A former speechwriter for the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) appeared on CBS’s “60 Minutes” Sunday to bemoan federal workers facing financial challenges after losing their government positions.

Kristina Drye, who served under USAID Administrator Samantha Power during the Biden administration, expressed dismay by the economic realities awaiting former agency employees outside of the federal payroll. Her appearance comes after Elon Musk’s Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) effectively dismantled USAID in early February after a review of agency programs revealed billions in spending on left-wing, especially pro-LGBT, social initiatives abroad.

It’s all theater paid for by taxes. As ever, slaves pay for the weapons which enslave them. ABN

FULL REMARKS: JD Vance Puts European Leaders On Notice About Trying To Regulate U.S. Tech Giants

This is an excellent speech and I hope Vance, Trump and USA live up to it. Vance broadsides European ‘leaders’ who are trying to control AI and information in general. He warns China and others there will be serious consequences for using AI to steal or undermine USA. He promises USA will promote and protect full free speech on USA platforms. I see no other intelligent way forward but to go for it full steam and agree with how Vance has put it. ABN

Big Picture Context for USAID Revelations – Are We Being Managed?

..The DHS [ultimately IC] control over social media was coming to light as an outcome of the COVID fiasco. Lawsuits in defense of speech were revealing how DHS was influencing and controlling information.  Then came a controlled release within the Twitter Files.

The DHS [ultimately IC] control over elections was coming to light as an outcome of the 2020 vs 2024 vote scale that could no longer reasonably be concealed. Thanks to Trump.

Both system engagements, think of them as essentially datasets, were coming to light as the American people used every questioning mechanism that was available, including courts.

Essentially, We The People were in an unwitting (to most) fight with the IC [CIA], and the IC started losing control of the battlefield.

Opening the door to their USAID/CIA library of prior conduct and then standing back and letting the information flow out of the dark room, can be looked at as yet another controlled release operation for information that was already being discussed and only gaining traction amid the greater awakening.

Is it just a coincidence that both controlled information releases originate from the same source, Elon Musk?

This doesn’t mean that President Trump is some collaborative actor in the enterprise; in fact, I would argue the exact opposite.

Donald Trump is organic. Organic systems need to be managed and controlled.  The assassination effort failed. Immediately thereafter, Musk appeared with support…

Are we being managed? Yes. We are always being managed. KOBK game theory includes the populations being used, exploited or managed. We the plebs are largely powerless but do have influence when a majority of us roughly agree on something. Then we become an economic factor, a factor of power and control. Then we are noticed by the powers that be. The 2020 election was stolen. They could not do it again without being exposed. They tried to kill Trump. Some believe it was staged and maybe it was but I think it was a real attempt. Where Trump stands now is hard to say. They had to let his victory go through. Going forward, we the plebs must learn to roughly agree on important matters without too much fighting. The USAID audit is providing hard data. I think the best we can get from this is agree that we do not want interference in our speech, press, belief systems, etc. It’s possible KOBK powers will allow much more freedom of speech. ABN

The Politico scandal is worse than you think — Liz Wheeler

The Politico scandal is worse than you think.

It’s not $8M that Politico received from USAID.

It’s $34.3M that Politico has received from various swampy federal govt agencies.

Politico is, without a doubt, a totally corrupt propaganda arm of the swamp.

Follow along below.

Wholesale, expensive propaganda designed to fool the American people who also paid for it. This is gross malfeasance. It is absolutely disgusting. Over the years, I have tagged many posts ‘mind-control’ because that is what they are. These revelations from the audit of USAID are the receipts. We have been living in a propaganda, mind-control state that censors our voices as it fills our heads with lies. ABN

DOGE goes to war on NPR and PBS by threatening to cut government funding

The Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) subcommittee announced that it is going to war with National Public Radio (NPR) and the Public Broadcasting Service (PBS)

In two letters sent to the CEOs of the outlets – Katherine Maher and Paula Kerger – Marjorie Taylor Greene, the DOGE subcommittee chair, called on them to testify on Capitol Hill to defend the government funding they use to share ‘systematically biased content.’

Greene said that the department plans to address its concerns about the station’s ‘blatantly ideological and partisan coverage’ at the hearing, scheduled for either the week of March 3 or March 24.

In each letter, the subcommittee gave examples of ‘bias’ reporting done by both NPR and PBS against Elon Musk – the head of DOGE – and cited NPR’s decision to not report on Hunter Biden‘s laptop scandal.

In the one sent to Kerger, the subcommittee said: ‘Recently PBS implied that Mr. Elon Musk made a fascist salute while addressing an inaugural celebration hours after President Donald Trump was sworn into office,’ referring to the Tesla CEO’s hand gesture that’s sparked major controversy online.

‘The characterization was clearly false’.

The letter sent to Maher cited NPR’s decision to not report on a laptop belonging to the former president’s son, which contained data critics claim implicates members of the Biden family in a corruption scandal.

Berliner worked for the outlet from 1999 until April 2024, as he blasted NPR for its far-left political bias, while also referring to the outlet as ‘an assembly line.’

‘There’s an unspoken consensus about the stories we should pursue and how they should be framed,’ Berliner wrote at the time.

‘It’s frictionless—one story after another about instances of supposed racism, transphobia, signs of the climate apocalypse, Israel doing something bad, and the dire threat of Republican policies. It’s almost like an assembly line.’

NPR has potential if their entire staff is thrown out the door. The lying, the lies by omission, the patronizing lefty mind-control, the smugness and also their constant hypnotic use of sing-song and childish voices appears designed to infantilize listeners. I am a big fan of voice variety and love all ways people speak. But NPR’s exclusive use of weak voices, beta-male voices, occasional strong female voices, is a clear attempt to lull listeners into a passive state and trick them into believing they know something when they don’t. I fully agree with Berliner in the highlight above. NPR’s content largely sucks, the speakers mostly suck, the politics is disgusting for a station receiving US tax dollars. It is a negative use of money and time when it could be made positive with new people. ABN
