Some powerful group doesn’t want the people to speak the truth. Some powerful group was able to get lotta Congress on board with the ban. The only people who want censorship are liars and thieves who fear exposure.
With AI—that robotic plagiarist mechanical pseudologia fantastica—coming on hard and fast, we all have to get real used to the truth about our realities and be able to discuss any topicopenly without interference from government, which should be protecting the inalienable rights of US citizens.
If for no other reason, we humans must have full freedom of discussion to protect ourselves from AI mesmerism or control. And there are many more reasons than that. But that is a big one. The only database and voice that can compete with AI is we humans. Censorship will destroy us. Wide-open, deep, unbridled and profound freedom of speech with zero fear of consequences is an absolute must as the world moves ineluctably into massive technological advances. AI is just the beginning. ABN
This is very good and well-worth the time. Pretty much what your basic American thinks or feels put very well. The parts on Indians ring true. It’s the same story for Jews but with different scenery. Simplicity that actually cuts to the core is always good. But you have to take it for that and not spin off into ‘fuck your own face’ or whatever Musk said. I hope Elon turns this episode around. People will hate you for what you do but will forgive you for what you did if your really reform. That happens to be basic (based?) Buddhism. It’s all transient. Or to say it better, all bullshit is transient but ethical, moral, generous, compassionate deeds and intentions are not. ABN
I hope Musk does well by the world’s people by truly allowing free speech on Twitter. If he means the above, he won’t. Freedom of speech without freedom of reach is not free speech, it is censorship. It’s a word game that conceals a vile intent. ABN
UPDATE TODAY: I first posted the above on November 30, 2022. Some of the actors have changed. Greenblatt has been substituted by Ramaswamy and, not surprisingly, Musk himself. Yet another example of the more things change the more they stay the same. This old truth reveals to us today how much our entire culture is populated with actors, directors we can sometimes see (Musk is playing both roles), and the producers who call all the shots and supply the money to keep the show going. Who are the producers? That is the big mystery of our world today. And in that, too, it has ever been thus. However, maybe today we can see a bit better than in the past that it’s all make-believe designed to pacify, control, entertain, exploit, and ultimately destroy us. ABN
This appears to be the most critical inflection point so far in the information war against USA and Western civilization. The war has been ongoing for many decades but has always remained hidden behind mind-control tricks, which don’t so much fool people as dull their sensibilities. The H1B visa, though, is clear as a bell to anyone with a brain. Big Tech is lying worse than Congress and everybody can see it. If enough people realize this bloody culture war did not start this week but is decades old, this awakening will constitute the biggest Red Pill America has ever swallowed. ABN
Something very interesting and openly obvious is happening amid the backlash that Elon Musk and the Silicon Valley network are facing to their H1B position.
Elon Musk has changed the Twitter algorithm to dimmish the voices of those who would openly confront his network of supporters within Silicon Valley and beyond. If large follower Twitter accounts, like those of Musk himself, David Sacks, Vivek Ramaswamy and Musks’ promoted network of influencers, begin blocking accounts on the platform, then the voices of those accounts get purposefully diminished by the algorithm.
Much like having a VIP section that can remove people from the audience, Musk is pushing opposing viewpoints to the acceptable narrative into the background of the public square.
The timing of this is not accidental. The allies of Musk have been getting blasted by some rather large MAGA accounts over the H1B visa position of the Silicon Valley team. In response, Musk is pushing those opposition voices out of the conversation. This is another way for the newly aligned tech group to maintain influence over the policy of President-elect Donald Trump. In fact, I have been informed this is exactly the purpose.
President Trump announced that David Sacks would lead the tech, crypto and AI policy group. This team being assembled by Sacks are all-in support of H1B visa use to bring in foreign workers. They do not want publicly visible opposition to impede their agenda.
To be fair, it makes sense for the tech network to do this because it is akin to President Trump’s incoming chief of staff, Susie Wiles, saying she would not let what she defines as “clown car people” influence President Trump. It’s an issue of controlling a very directed policy initiative. However, the issues around immigration in general, and H1B visas specifically are critically important to many of the long-term Trump supporters.
Elon Musk is building a bubble around Donald Trump to diminish opposition to the technocratic influence of the new allies.
Predictably, there was always going to be uncomfortable moments in this tenuous MAGA alignment with the billionaire technocrats; however, this is not that. This is far beyond uncomfortable. This is a core issue for millions of Americans, and the Silicon Valley response to controlling the conversation is not good.
Ultimately, as we are all witnessing, many of these people do not have our best interests at heart.
The more things change the more they stay the same. Elon replaced white women with Indian men, but the results are the same. No free speech or reach. ABN
I told you here about Pfizer’s abstract of its Interim Report 5, showing at least 23-40% higher risk of some heart-related conditions in the vaccinated, but that the MHRA, the U.K. medicines regulator, was withholding publication of the full report. As I said at the time : “In summary, if, as I suspect, MHRA is worried by the results in Pfizer’s ‘Interim Report 5’ then no wonder it is sitting on it.”
Well, MHRA is still sitting on the report but I’ve managed to obtain a copy. It looks like I was right – the detailed results in the full report are even more worrying than the Hazard Ratios in the abstract which I reported last time (below).
The concept of a “non-crime hate” incidence in the UK began in 2014. It has always been chilling in its ambiguity and scope.
People who perceive themselves to be victims do not have to justify or provide evidence of their belief that someone else is guilty of “non-crime hate.” Police officers or staff are not permitted to directly challenge the so-called victim’s perception and evidence of the hostility is not required.
“That guarantees the maximal level of investigation and documentation of speech incidents. The chilling effect on free speech is glacial,” Jonathan Turley writes.
And now these Orwellian rules which violate our rights are being used on children in playgrounds. “The impact on both parents and children will obviously be immense,” Turley says. “It adds a coercive element to speech laws.”
A nine-year-old child is among the youngsters being probed by police over hate incidents … Officers recorded incidents against the child, who called a fellow primary school pupil a “retard,” and against two schoolgirls who said another student smelled “like fish.” The youngsters were among multiple cases of children being recorded as having committed non-crime hate incidents (NCHIs), The Times discovered through freedom of information requests to police forces.
Since questioning the Holocaust is illegal in much of the West, all Western peoples are more or less morally obligated to question the Holocaust. This is how we the plebs can and must fight back against totalitarian mind-control perpetrated against us by the powers that be, however you conceive of them. It’s as simple as that. We do not all need to agree on exactly what happened but we can all roughly agree that whenever rational speech is made illegal something is deeply wrong. Our power lies in knowing that and acting on that in whichever ways are appropriate for us and not too scary (for whoever you are, for whatever reason). I mention fear because mind-control myths are typically backed by terror, fear of ostracism, fear of ridicule. Recall the stern threats against ‘antivaxxers’ who dared to question the conspicuously unproved ‘safe and effective’ covid vaxxes. By most of us simply refusing to take that vax or to continue taking that vax, its popularity has fallen to record lows and that myth has been busted. The basic strategy of all of us roughly agreeing on important topics is the only way we can prevent WW3 and increased totalitarianism throughout the West. In this vein, I encourage all readers of ABN to click on the link above and at least skim the material presented. ABN
The Antisemitism Awareness Act is a wrecking ball designed to pulverize the First Amendment. While the alleged intention of the bill is to make Jewish students feel safer on campus, the real purpose is to put an end to the anti-genocide demonstrations that have broken out across the country and to prevent the criticism of Israel. The proposed bill invokes a dodgy legal mechanism to derail the protests and to silence Israel’s critics. By using a broad and ambiguous definition of antisemitism, the bill compels university administrators to crackdown on free speech invoking sketchy claims of discrimination. Political analyst Paul Craig Roberts summed it up like this: “if universities …don’t suppress student protests against Israel’s massacre of civilians in Gaza and Lebanon they will lose their accreditation and federal financial support.” In short, universities are being encouraged to quash the free expression of political ideas to preserve their federal funding. This helps to illustrate how Zionist lobbyists are now engaged in a full-throated assault on constitutionally protected civil liberties, namely free speech.
I took the liberty of changing Mike Whitney’s title for this piece. It’s a good overview but readers of ABN surely know most all of the details. Worth sending to someone who is vague about any of this or needs to refresh their memory for possible Thanksgiving-day discussions. Censorship is never a good idea. There is no honest argument in favor of it. It is always an attempt to preserve some vile status quo or hide corruption, infiltration, malfeasance, treason, crime, sedition, parasitism, psyop mind-control lying. ABN
