This is a very informative interview. I put it up a few days ago but had not had time to view it until last night.

Since Maine is a large state area-wise but tiny based on its population of 1.3 million, it is a good metric of what is happening nation-wide and even across the Western world.

At the top of Maine’s information and money chain is George Soros.

Austin Fire Chief Faces Backlash Over Kerrville Rescue Failure

When tragedy struck Kerrville, Texas, swift water rescue teams could have made the difference between life and death. But thanks to Austin’s DEI-obsessed Fire Chief, they never got the chance.

Austin Fire Chief Joel Baker, celebrated by city leaders as the capital’s first Black fire chief and praised for pushing “diversity, equity, and inclusion” in hiring, is now facing a vote of no confidence from his own firefighters. And the reason is both infuriating and heartbreaking.

According to the Austin Firefighters Association, Chief Baker refused to pre-deploy rescue teams to Kerrville in the days leading up to the historic flooding—despite official state deployment orders arriving as early as July 2. The excuse? He wanted to “save money.”

But here’s the kicker: Texas fully reimburses departments for these emergency deployments. There would’ve been no cost to Austin taxpayers.

“I explained the reimbursement process to Chief Baker last week,” the union said, “and he failed to understand this very simple concept.”

Democrats call for violence to counter Trump agenda and tell lawmakers to prepare to ‘get shot’

Democratic voters are asking their representatives to exhibit more violence while resisting Donald Trump‘s agenda – with some even suggesting lawmakers prepare to ‘get shot.’

The party – reeling in the wake of Trump’s November victory – heads toward the 2026 midterms with polls showing their own voters are unhappy with their performance.

Now, liberal politicians fear Trump haters are urging them to bend the law and even resort to violence in a desperate attempt to resist the president. 

‘Our own base is telling us that what we’re doing is not good enough…there needs to be blood to grab the attention of the press and the public,’ an anonymous Democrat lawmaker admitted.

‘Some of them have suggested…what we really need to do is be willing to get shot.’ 

‘The expectations aren’t just unreal. They’re dangerous,’ said one more.

Historically, in modern times it has always been the left that provokes the right, forces the right to enact strict controls and harsh laws.

All of the Asian ‘tigers’—Taiwan, Korea, Singapore—went through a right-wing phase. And all of them eventually became representative, so-called democratic countries, which rapidly became wealthy.

Each of those regions started with next to nothing but was led by a strong right-wing leader who brought them out of poverty.

Taiwan under ‘fascist’ Chiang Kai-shek had very good land-reform laws which traded land ownership for a stake in manufacturing. The rest is history.

Hitler was a response to German poverty following WW1 and fear of extreme-left Bolshevik infiltration in Germany.

Similar stories underlie the modern successes of many other nations. And you won’t find even one that became a free and wealthy nation through left-wing, socialist, or communist governance.

The left has always preached morality to beguile gullible populations and then used whatever power it was given or seized to enrich themselves and no one else.

This is happening in USA today. This is why I support strong measures to prevent the burgeoning lefty takeover of USA. ABN

Migrant Agency Accused of MaineCare Fraud Boasts Extensive Ties to Maine Democrats

  • Former employees allege Gateway Community Services systematically overbilled MaineCare (Medicaid) for services never provided, with falsified records and forged client signatures.
  • At the same time, Gateway leaders helped create the Community Organizing Alliance (COA) — a group dedicated to voter turnout in migrant communities aligned with Democratic Party goals.
  • Despite prior audit findings that showed nearly $1M worth of erroneous billing by Gateway from 2015-2017, the Mills Administration continued awarding no-bid contracts to Gateway, totaling $3.3M since 2022, in addition to the continued flow of MaineCare money.

‘I am affirming that the institution of the Dalai Lama will continue’ — Tenzin Gyatso, 14th Reincarnation of the Dalai Lama

THE DALAI LAMA has said that the 600-year-old Tibetan spiritual institution will continue after his death, and that his office will have the sole responsibility of naming his successor.

The announcement came on Wednesday through a video message at the start of a religious leaders’ meeting in the Indian Himalayan town where he has lived for decades.

“In accordance with all these requests, I am affirming that the institution of the Dalai Lama will continue,” he said, according to an official translation. The Dalai Lama also said he had received multiple appeals over the past 14 years from Tibetans in exile, Buddhists across the Himalayan region, Mongolia, and parts of Russia and China urging him to ensure the continuation of the institution.

“In particular, I have received messages through various channels from Tibetans in Tibet making the same appeal,” he added.

The announcement comes ahead of his 90th birthday on July 6.

The announcement of the institution’s continuation was welcomed by many Tibetans. Jigme Taydeh, a civil servant with the Tibetan government-in-exile, said, “Whilst we rejoice at this confirmation of its continuation, we stringently object to China’s interference and plans to install a puppet Dalai Lama. Neither the Tibetans nor the world would recognise such mischief.”
