…Buried in the diversion agreement was a clause that gave Hunter blanket immunity for a wide range of other potential charges that could be filed by the Delaware US Attorney, including illegal foreign lobbying.
Judge Noreika said in the hearing that, due to federal rules, she could make a decision on the plea agreement but did not have a say on the diversion agreement – and complained that prosecutors had stashed the pivotal immunity clause in the latter document.
‘You’re saying I don’t even get to accept it, I guess I’m supposed to rubber stamp it,’ she said.
‘You’re telling me that I don’t have any role in it, and you’re leaving provisions of the plea agreement out and putting them into an agreement that you are not asking me to sign off on.’
Scharf said that such non-prosecution promises always appear in the plea agreement. But in this case, they were instead ‘hidden’ in the diversion agreement.
‘This was a way of hiding the ball both in federal court in Delaware, and in the court of public opinion, to give Hunter Biden a free pass on a decade of criminal activity not covered by the charges in this case,’ the former Missouri violent crime prosecutor said.

The new “Conditions of Release” for Hunter Biden have just hit the docket, signed by Judge Maryellen Noreika, who shelved Hunter’s plea deal today
If Hunter does NOT comply with any part of the order, he could be immediately arrested
HUNTER IS REQUIRED TO:
1) NOT possess a firearm
2) NOT use or possess any controlled substances (including marijuana) unless prescribed
3) Submit to full federal supervision
4) NO use of alcohol AT ALL
5) Seek active employment
6) Submit to testing for prohibited substances
7) Participate in substance abuse therapy
PENALTIES FOR VIOLATING COULD INCLUDE:
1) Immediate issuance of an arrest warrant
2) Revocation of release
3) Forfeiture of bond
4) Prosecution for contempt of court

Corrupt DOJ plea deal for Hunter Biden exposed, falls apart
Here’s the non-pretending version. The corrupt U.S. attorney’s office organized, coordinated and colluded with the Hunter Biden team to structure a deal that would provide cover for Hunter Biden for any further crimes. This is corrupt as hell. The judge sniffed this motive and asked the DOJ directly. The DOJ could not make that admission for obvious reasons and denied this intent. Thus, the Hunter defense team then had to say without the previously agreed future immunity, the deal was off.

In May, the American Postal Workers Union (APWU) launched a new offensive to seize control of the USPS Board of Governors with the goal of transforming the $81 billion organization into the world’s biggest mail-in ballot collector. APWU protesters gathered outside the board’s quarterly meeting in Washington, D.C., to harangue Postmaster General Louis DeJoy—a Trump appointee—and demand Biden replace the DeJoy-friendly board with a “progressive” majority bent on firing him and expanding vote-by-mail.
Their agent of choice: Former Rep. Brenda Lawrence, the recently retired Democrat representing Detroit. Lawrence is a former postal worker and member of both APWU and the National Association of Letter Carriers. The other likely candidate is former Rep. Carolyn Maloney (D-NY), who passed the $57 billion Postal Reform Act of 2022 (with DeJoy’s help), expanding mail delivery services and postal worker healthcare benefits.
Either woman would effectively serve as the postal unions’ representative on the board. Both support massively expanding USPS’ vote-by-mail capabilities, as do all ofBiden’s board nominees, notably Republican Derek Kan.

(Via Fox) – A super PAC crowned as the primary outside committee backing President Biden’s re-election efforts has received large sums from a dark money nonprofit that has acquired tens of millions of dollars from a mysterious entity, Fox News Digital has discovered.
Biden and his confidants elevated the Future Forward super PAC as the central outside political fundraising vehicle to back his candidacy, the New York Times reported. Senior White House adviser Anita Dunn told the publication it “really earned its place as the pre-eminent super PAC” to support his 2024 efforts.
“In 2020, when they really appeared from nowhere and started placing advertising, the Biden campaign was impressed by the effectiveness of the ads and the overall rigorous testing that had clearly gone into the entire project,” Dunn said.

Joe Biden and Hunter Biden allegedly “coerced” Burisma CEO Mykola Zlochevsky to pay them millions of dollars in exchange for their help in getting the Ukrainian prosecutor investigating the company fired, according to allegations contained in an unclassified FBI document released Thursday by Sen. Chuck Grassley, R-Iowa.
Grassley said he released the document, which describes an alleged criminal bribery scheme involving then-Vice President Biden and a Ukrainian business executive, so that the American people can “read this document for themselves without the filter of politicians or bureaucrats.”
The document in question is an FBI-generated FD-1023 form, which Grassley acquired via legally protected disclosures by Justice Department whistleblowers, according to the senator’s office.

Whistleblower X – unmasked as the lead IRS investigator on the Hunter Biden probe Joseph Ziegler – confirmed that the Biden family has accepted over $17 million in foreign payments, with over half going to Hunter Biden.
House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer, R-Ky., asked Ziegler during Wednesday’s hearing to confirm the total amount of foreign income obtained by the Biden family.
