1 security guard killed, 1 hurt in stabbing at Macy’s in Philadelphia: Police
One security guard was killed and another was injured in a stabbing attack at a Macy’s department store in Philadelphia on Monday morning, authorities said.
The incident began at about 10:45 a.m. when a man tried to steal hats from Macy’s in Center City, Philadelphia police said at a news conference. Security stopped the man, and after a “confrontation,” police said, the security officer “backs off, gets the merchandise back, allows the male to go on.”
About 15 minutes later, the man returned to the location and attacked two security guards with a knife, police said.
One of the security guards, a 30-year-old man, was stabbed in the neck and died at the hospital at 11:19 a.m., police said, calling it a “tragic situation.”

I like O’Keefe and support most of his work. This episode, however, is very repetitive with no real content save the ambiguous threat of China doing something with a biolab in California and maybe in some other places. I do believe the issue is worth following up on but James is cheapening his brand with this 26 min video which is petty and even kind of cruel to Sepulveda who reveals little to his undercover ‘date’ who completely fools him. Not worth doing that for so little then exposing it to the world. There is an overarching ethics that if you are going to play with someone’s heart on three dates that he should at least provide some real goods before embarrassing him in public and he should at least be a little bit sleazy himself, which Sepulveda does not appear to be. Derek Chauvin’s furious mother breaks her silence over his brutal prison stabbing which has left her ‘worried and scared’ as she slams wardens for keeping her in the dark
Derek Chauvin‘s mom has blast authorities for keeping her in the dark after the former Minneapolis police officer was stabbed by another inmate.
Carolyn Pawlenty, 75, said that she learnt her 47-year-old son had been left in need of ‘lifesaving measures’ through the media on Friday and condemned the Bureau of Prisons for failing to contact her.
Chauvin’s lawyer said the failure to inform them of his attack and update them on his condition was ‘completely unacceptable,’ describing it as a damning indictment of the state of the prison.
Chauvin is believed to be recovering in a Tucson hospital, although his attorney, Gregory M. Erickson, said they had no idea where he was.
‘I can’t even think what to say,’ Pawlenty added.
‘I haven’t been to bed and made a path in my kitchen and living room floor by pacing. I am worried and scared.’
Chauvin is not guilty of murder and should not be in jail and either the president or governor should pardon him immediately. ABN

This is a very good video, well-worth viewing. It shows how a crowd or subcultural interpretation of George Floyd completely distorted the fullness, even the reality, of what happened while also turning the justice system against even looking for the truth. In this we can see how delusion in our world is often knowingly created by human beings with ulterior motives. ABN
Speaker Mike Johnson to release ALL videos from January 6 starting TODAY – and will blur out the faces of some of rioters
Speaker Mike Johnson announced Friday he would begin making all of the January 6th footage available to the public immediately, following through on a promise to right-wing conservatives that started under former Speaker Kevin McCarthy.
The clips will be posted on the Committee on House Administration’s website and much of the more than 44,000 hours of security footage from Jan. 6 has already gone up. Around 90 hours of footage is expected Friday and the rest over the coming months.
The clips will blur the faces of private citizens to ensure no one is ‘targeted for retaliation of any kind.’ The speaker said roughly five percent of the footage would not be posted so as not to release sensitive security information ‘related to the building architecture.’

Triad Weed: Chinese Marijuana Grows expand into Maine
The government is either incapable — or unwilling — to do anything about it.
The Maine Wire has identified more than 100 properties that are part of a sprawling network of Chinese-owned sites operating as unlicensed, illicit cannabis growing operations in rural Maine.
According to an unclassified memo from the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) obtained by the Maine Wire, the illicit grows are operated by Asian Transnational Criminal Organizations (TCOs).
The properties cover Somerset County, Penobscot County, Kennebec County, Franklin County, Androscoggin County, and Oxford County.
The sites were purchased over the past three years by single adults, primarily from New York and Massachusetts, using cash or financing arranged through a handful of mortgage companies.
The Maine Wire investigation began following the leak of a separate DHS memo that revealed the existence of more than 270 such sites in Maine.
