NVIDIA Blackwell chip production starts in Arizona — NVIDIA opens first US factories.
NVIDIA is working with its manufacturing partners to design and build factories that, for the first time, will produce NVIDIA AI supercomputers entirely in the U.S.
Together with leading manufacturing partners, the company has commissioned more than a million square feet of manufacturing space to build and test NVIDIA Blackwell chips in Arizona and AI supercomputers in Texas.
NVIDIA Blackwell chips have started production at TSMC’s chip plants in Phoenix, Arizona. NVIDIA is building supercomputer manufacturing plants in Texas, with Foxconn in Houston and with Wistron in Dallas. Mass production at both plants is expected to ramp up in the next 12-15 months.
The AI chip and supercomputer supply chain is complex and demands the most advanced manufacturing, packaging, assembly and test technologies. NVIDIA is partnering with Amkor and SPIL for packaging and testing operations in Arizona.
Within the next four years, NVIDIA plans to produce up to half a trillion dollars of AI infrastructure in the United States through partnerships with TSMC, Foxconn, Wistron, Amkor and SPIL. These world-leading companies are deepening their partnership with NVIDIA, growing their businesses while expanding their global footprint and hardening supply chain resilience.
As the deadline set in a letter of impasse the U.S. Department of Education’s Office of Civil Rights had sent to Maine state officials two weeks ago drew down to its final hours, Maine Attorney General Aaron Frey’s office issued a response saying the state would neither sign a resolution agreement nor propose an alternative, setting into motion a referral to the U.S. Department of Justice.
“Nothing in Title IX or its implementing regulation prohibits schools from allowing transgender girls and women to participate on girls’ and women’s sports teams,” Maine Assistant Attorney General Sarah Forster wrote to the regional director of the U.S. DOE’s Office of Civil Rights. Her letter chided the federal agency for wrongly interpreting the statute and added that the Equal Protection Clause of the 14th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution also justified Maine’s policy — in direct defiance of the federal instruction.
That letter prompted a fast response from the DoE’s civil rights office:
“Accordingly, OCR has determined compliance cannot be secured by informal or voluntary means,” it wrote, adding: “OCR now refers this matter to the Department of Justice with a recommendation for appropriate proceedings to enforce all legally available remedies.”
The response to Maine’s attorney general went on to notify the state that it is “initiating administrative proceedings to suspend, terminate, defer final approval, and/or refuse to grant or continue Federal financial assistance to the MDOE.
The Core Intel: This Isn’t About War — It’s About Wealth Repositioning
Contrary to what mainstream optics would suggest, the world is not posturing for military confrontation. What we are witnessing — veiled by carefully orchestrated trade disputes and escalating tariff negotiations — is not an arms race, but an accounting maneuver.
The tariffs, framed publicly as retaliatory trade measures, appear instead to be calculated economic veils, meant to provide political and legal justification for the sudden, seamless reintroduction of previously quarantined capital back into the global system.
The message identifies the real operation: over $500 trillion in blocked, suppressed, or otherwise hidden assets is now being mobilized.
But not haphazardly. It’s being reintroduced through mechanisms built for transparency — or at least the appearance of it — structured to pass audits, to be explainable to the public, and most importantly, to avoid sparking panic or speculation. In essence, the world isn’t being told the truth — it’s being given the optical illusion of “economic victory” through hardline trade reform, while a suppressed planetary wealth structure is quietly being activated behind the curtain.
This is speculative, unsourced but making the rounds in the shadows and intriguing. Lots of salt with this but a fun read. I do see a day when greed and vengeance become passe, uncool, nobody goes there anymore. Maybe it is coming sooner than we imagine. ABN
Visiting the FDA on Friday, HHS Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. had several “off -the-cuff” remarks which stunned many staffers present, according to a POLITICO report.
The outlet obtained a transcript and audio of the speech where Kennedy claimed, “The Deep State is real. And it’s not, you know, just George Soros and Bill Gates and a bunch of nefarious individuals sitting together in a room and plotting the, you know, the destruction of humanity.”
The speech only became worse as he claimed, “‘every institution that’s created by human beings’ is inevitably captured by powerful interests.” Kennedy later added that “We want to break away from this so we can make our kids healthy.”
“Kennedy last week called the culling of roughly 10,000 employees a necessary action, promising that HHS would find ways to ‘do more with less,'” the report noted.
Nothing terribly shocking reported, click-bait title. RFK sounds like a more or less normal, well-informed American. I hope he bans the covid vax, brings on medical freedom from all vaxxes and treatments, cleans up the food supply, and massively helps small organic farmers. I can see a USA where 10% of workers are engaged in small-medium size organic farming, producing great food, widely available. As other industries close due to new tech, quality agriculture will be able to provide a lot of jobs to replace ones lost. ABN
When Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent took the podium at the American Bankers Association on Wednesday morning he was anything but ‘yippy’ – the president’s term to describe the handwringing of Republicans and financiers who were sounding the alarm on his tariffs.
Early on, Trump branded them as ‘Panicans,’ a ‘new party based on weak and stupid people,’ but Bessent struck a unique messaging balance that both reassured stock traders and his boss.
Bessent reassured the room of bankers that, thanks to the president’s tariff threats, 75 countries were willing to negotiate with him, and that 15 of those nations had already proposed a deal.
‘The president already had good calls with the Japanese prime minster, and the leaders of South Korea, and Vietnam,’ Bessent revealed, and he was working quickly to settle monumental trade deals.
‘I’m not planning on going anywhere for Easter,’ he grinned, revealing that he would have a ‘lead negotiating role’ in the effort.
Bessent’s tone was relaxed, but made it very clear that he was backing the president’s agenda.
To the world, he urged countries to come to the table with a deal, noting that America was listening.
‘If you don’t retaliate, that is a ceiling,’ he said, urging them not to start ‘cutting their own throat’ by aligning economically with China.
The tariffs are a KOBK game theory move par excellance—Kill-Or-Be-Killed. ‘Don’t cut your own throat by retaliating’, Bessent said, voicing an actual threat.
If you retaliate as China has done you will be ‘killed’, meaning neutered, your power taken from you, subordinated to USA. If you cooperate and are reasonable we will all prosper and all will be well.
USA has the military, and more importantly, economic power to make this very strong KOBK move against the entire world. China has been an ungrateful parasite against USA and most of the rest of the world. It’s a communist-Chinese cultural flaw; selfish zero-sum thinking from dawn to dusk.
If China continues its KOBK line of retaliation, they may start a war with Taiwan or raise threat levels high enough to greatly disturb Taiwan while distracting their own people. They could also make moves against South Korea or Japan, not to mention USA.
Bessent is the perfect person to lead this largest and strongest KOBK move in world history. It’s a beautiful move, extremely well executed. Rather than bitch and moan, understand that Trump is doing what is best for USA and for the world. Using Bessent to deliver the message is perfect, as his tone is gentle but certain and it is hard not to like or trust him. He speaks softly but is carrying an enormous club. ABN
I would take this seriously. CCP has played a zero-sum, parasitic trade game with USA for well over two decades. Trump is calling their bluff. CCP is thus pushed (in their own minds and by their own negative momentum) into Kill-Or-Be-Killed strategic territory. CCP leadership cannot survive domestic economic meltdown unless it takes the world down with it or creates a major light show to distract its people. It does appear that Trump’s tariffs have been designed to confront CCP, among others. The leaders of CCP and USA (and Russia) are trapped in KOBK options. ABN
President Donald J Trump announcing the end of the 80-year-old Marshall Plan (aka The European Recovery Program) of one-way tariffs against American imports has triggered a very predictable response from the European Union.
While saying the EU is prepared to enter negations toward a zero-tariff trade reciprocity, Comrade Ursula von der Leyen simultaneously announced that Brussels is prepared to launch countermeasures against The United States, in an effort to retain economic control and access to a U.S. consumer market they must exploit for their economic survival.
Speaking in very deliberate terms, the EU Komisar states the U.S. decision to demand reciprocity, and fairness will deliver “immense” and “dire consequences” for the New World Order and “global trading system.” von der Leyen proclaims that global citizens will be impacted with higher grocery bills, shortages of medication and increased costs for transportation.
The leader of the world’s largest bureaucracy stunningly proclaims President Trump’s tariffs will increase the “burdens of bureaucracy.” The one-sided benefits and “interests of the European Union” will be protected at all costs. WATCH:
.
Regarding “countermeasures.” Again, we repeat the predicable response. Together with their unelected ally in Canada controlling the North American response, watch for the EU to target Big USA Tech companies and financial service sectors.
The goal of the EU will be to assemble a tariff countermeasure response that will deliver political pain, not economic consequences. That’s just how they roll. The EU will leverage disgruntled Wall Street, banking and Technocracy sectors in order to put political pressure on Donald Trump to back down.
Optically this is the worst possible type of pontificating EU spokesperson to generate internal American opposition. Frankly comrade Ursula, MAGA don’t give a damn. [Pinky Finger Salute]
