…After spending years asking every representative of consequence why they support the FISA-702 process, I can tell you every one of them says they believe it is needed because the IC tells them there are just too many domestic terror threats that need to be monitored.
It is impossible to find a person in DC who will forcefully try to stop FISA-702 reauthorization.
If you ask me why in hindsight, I now take the position that FISA-702 is the gateway to the massive surveillance system currently being put into place using Real ID and the AI facial recognition software provided by Palantir (CIA exploit). In essence, the gateway that allows the full-scale surveillance state, is opened by the prior authorization of FISA-702 that negates any 4th amendment protection.
Why? Because all of the surveillance mechanisms within the network being updated and enhanced by AI search and capture, comes from the IC being allowed to exploit the NSA database. That same database access allowance is the targeting mechanism for FISA-702. If warrantless searches of the NSA database were stopped, the Palantir/IC and Tech Bro collaboration could hit a brick wall.
Against this backdrop, the SSCI telling Tulsi Gabbard that her nomination approval is contingent upon her support for FISA-702, simply makes sense.
This is also a big part of the reason why the DC Deep State will easily confirm Kash Patel to be Donald Trump’s FBI Director. Kash Patel is a big believer in the value of FISA-702.
Former Rep. Tulsi Gabbard (Hawaii), President-elect Donald Trump’s nominee for director of national intelligence, is changing her tune on a key intelligence-gathering authority she once sought to repeal as her Senate confirmation hangs in the balance.
Gabbard’s past criticisms of Section 702 of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act have emerged as a central issue in her confirmation process, leaving GOP senators — including some in leadership — increasingly skeptical about the former Democrat’s confirmation prospects.
In her first public comments since being nominated, Gabbard told us in an exclusive statement that she now supports Section 702, saying the program is “crucial” and “must be safeguarded to protect our nation while ensuring the civil liberties of Americans.”
“If confirmed as DNI, I will uphold Americans’ Fourth Amendment rights while maintaining vital national security tools like Section 702 to ensure the safety and freedom of the American people,” Gabbard said.
In private meetings, senators are questioning Gabbard about legislation she introduced in 2020 that would repeal Section 702.
However, Gabbard now appears to be walking that back, citing Fourth Amendment protections implemented since then to prevent the incidental collection of Americans’ data:
“My prior concerns about FISA were based on insufficient protections for civil liberties, particularly regarding the FBI’s misuse of warrantless search powers on American citizens. Significant FISA reforms have been enacted since my time in Congress to address these issues.”
The surveillance state is an outcropping of the Fourth Branch of Government, which is, essentially, the unelected intelligence community in control of our government.
The surveillance state comes from the creation of the Dept of Homeland Security (DHS) which is an entirely inward-looking agency. Prior to the Patriot Act, the surveillance sweep searching for terror threats focused outward, looking outside the U.S borders. The Patriot Act took the surveillance sweep a full 360 degrees and looked inside the Homeland for terror threats. Hence, DHS was created.
The office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) was also created by the Patriot Act, and was specifically created as the pivot point to combine the surveillance sweeps. The Pentagon and CIA intel agencies sweeping outside the U.S. and the DHS sweeping inside the U.S.
It was the creation of The Dept of Homeland Security (DHS) that destroyed what remained of privacy protections within the constitution (4th amendment). Americans are no longer secure in their ‘papers and effects’, nor protected by the ‘probable cause’ need for warrants. The erosion of the 4th amendment was absolutely connected to the creation of DHS; there is zero doubt about this cause and effect.
With the ODNI and DHS created, the sub-silos of the surveillance state then began. The Transportation Safety Administration (TSA) is one agency within the Dept of Homeland Security that was an outcome. The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) also gained massive tools within this new system.
The key point behind all of this context is what I refer to as the ‘Surveillance State.’ American citizens have lost all privacy protections within this new system of surveillance, that has extended far beyond even what most people fathom.
When you understand the root origin of the Surveillance State, then the discussion turns to what we have accepted within its creation, and what is the current status of American Liberty as an outcome of it.
The fact that this system was weaponized by Barack Obama and Joe Biden to target their political opposition is only one aspect of this dynamic. Yes, it is a big issue, and yes what they did was horrific, corrupt and in my opinion unlawful. However, their ability to weaponize this system only existed because the domestic surveillance state was created and authorized by the legislative branch of government.
Now we are left arguing about who controls a system that should never have been authorized…

While chairman of the department of Psychiatry at UO, he became a subcontractor for MKULTRA subproject 43 with a $20,800 grant awarded by the CIA. The proposal submitted by Dr. West was titled “Psychophysiological Studies of Hypnosis and Suggestability,” with an accompanying document titled “Studies of Dissociative States.”
He participated in a mysterious house of unspecified functions in Haight Ashbury at the height of the hippie scene. He was a consultant of some undetermined type in the Charles Manson Helter Skelter murders. There are those that theorize that Manson and Dr. West met.
After the burning of the SLA headquarters, Dr. West and fellow CIA-funded psychiatrists Martin Orne and Robert Jay Lifton provided psychological pre-trial examinations of Patty Hearst.
Many lives were ruined by this SOB. Many people now living were affected directly or indirectly by him. Additionally, he belonged to a group of people like him who wreaked havoc across USA with poison, drugs, psychosurgery, sensory damage, and more. What little we know about those people and the programs they worked in like MKULTRA are but tiny insights into a world of mind-control that is still very actively ongoing today. The poison is everywhere now (except in their food and medicine). The mind-control is ubiquitous and no famous person anywhere in the West is not compromised by it. Jolyon West and his ilk were and are researching weapons to be used against entire populations as well as individuals within those populations. Not all weapons kill or are designed to kill. Palantir CEO Alex Karp appeared at the Reagan National Defense forum, and does a great job advocating for the U.S. to win the artificial intelligence race. Karp believes it is possible to insert “values” into the software at strategic places of connection, and thereby control the outputs. The question within the AI race then becomes, whose values? Ours or our enemies?
In a series of video segments placed onto a Twitter Thread, you get a good sense for what Palantir, Karp, Peter Thiel, Elon Musk and newly appointed White House Czar of AI, David Sacks, are trying to do inside this global race toward artificial intelligence as applied to government systems.
The video segments at the above link provide a decent sense of what Karp thinks and where USA may be headed. Very much worth listening to what he has to say. It’s true we all fear the ominous possibilities AI tech and Palantir may hold for the world. But it is also true, those technologies may produce wonderful outcomes. Karp is very optimistic about the tech (which is his job) and also about USA. I tend to be optimistic in both of those areas myself (not my job) and also believe we would all do well to look favorably on our future and those most in charge of it today — Thiel, Karp, Musk, Trump, RFK, et al. UPDATE: Due to what I have read and heard, I had expected to dislike this interview and to dislike Thiel himself. My biases were wrong. This interview is framed in Christian terms, primarily referencing Armageddon and the Antichrist. Thiel expressed an abundance of fear of the Antichrist, which he uses as a metaphor for One World Government, a totalitarian dead end. He also fears globalism because it likely will lead to One World Government. He criticizes the ‘cult of liberal academia’. He supports nation states. It was good to hear Thiel—whom many have cast as the Antichrist bringer of a Palantir panopticon—speak seriously about how much he fears precisely that. I do not think he is acting. It is hard to fake the religious and moral sensibilities he expressed. I hope he comes in contact with someone who can guide him into Buddhism so he can expand his horizons. I highly recommend this interview. Thiel is a major figure in our governing elite. I like what he said and am inclined trust him much more than I did before. ABN
Needless to say, misuse of this technology is terrifying and will strike fear into the hearts of clear-thinking moral people everywhere. But this technology exists and is here to stay and will only become more powerful. You cannot ban it or make it go away, so we have to deal with it somehow. Much has been made of the fact that Karp is Jewish. In the hands of a Jewish supremist, this tech would destroy our world overnight. Western civilization would disappear from the face of the earth overnight and all other civilizations would follow soon after. So far, Karp has not destroyed our world and has not shown signs of being a Jewish supremist, so for now, maybe we do not need to fear his control over this tech, for now. Those are the cards and that is the game. What if Obama or Harris controlled this technology? Or Fauci or Daniel Penny’s prosecutor? Who controls Karp? I always hope for an enlightened elite and waste little time expecting there to be no elite. At the same time, I am well-aware elites are always out of touch with the primary essential fundamentals of life. They always make terrible mistakes and so far have never succeeded in self-correcting. So, should we all be afraid starting yesterday? On November 19, President-Elect Donald Trump announced that Howard Lutnick, CEO of Cantor Fitzgerald and co-chair of his transition team, would be his nominee for Commerce Secretary. Lutnick’s company Cantor Fitzgerald and its subsidiaries are multinational in scope, promote the implementation of the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals (which have major implications for debt politics and economic activity), and are even directly partnered with foreign state-owned firms that recently came under scrutiny following the release of the contents of the laptop of the current (and recently pardoned) First Son, Hunter Biden.
Lutnick had previously been angling for a job as incoming Treasury Secretary, an unsurprising ambition given Cantor Fitzgerald’s outsized role in the U.S. Treasury market (i.e. the U.S. government debt market) and its relationship to dollar stablecoins, which are rapidly becoming one of the main purchasers of U.S. debt. It is unknown currently why Lutnick was passed over for Treasury, despite endorsement for the position from Elon Musk and RFK Jr., and appointed to Commerce instead. However, Trump’s previous Commerce Secretary, Wilbur Ross, was widely believed to have been given the role to repay a past favor of major significance. In Ross’s case, it was his assistance in rescuing Trump from bankruptcy in the early 1990s. At the time, Ross worked for Rothschild Inc., and when clarifying why the European banking dynasty had bailed out the future President, Ross stated “the Trump name is still very much an asset.” Shortly before, Rothschild Inc. had been bankrolling the entry of Robert Maxwell, intelligence asset for Israel and arguably the Soviet Union, into the American economy, with a specific focus on New York City.
The President Trump transition team has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to start the process of transferring control of the federal government. The landing teams from each of the cabinets will now begin to engage with their exiting counterparts.
There were many articles written about the delays in signing the agreements. However, President Trump waited until he has his cabinet fully assembled before signing the first part that permits the landing teams to engage. The second part with government provided offices and technology is NOT being accepted.
President Trump’s Chief of Staff, Susie Wiles, announced the Trump transition team has refused to sign an MOU with the Government Services Administration (GSA), and will not be using cell phones, computers, offices or “any technology” provided by the GSA. This is a smart move to avoid the Deep State surveillance situation that was faced in the first term
In the first Trump administration, the GSA had wiretaps, office bugs, and gave all the electronic communication information from the Trump transition to the FBI, IC and later Robert Mueller. In essence, the GSA spied on the Trump team, then gave all the data to the operatives who were in place to target them. The Trump team is not making this mistake again.
