Chinese sextortion scammer accounts have flooded X (previously Twitter) since April after the platform introduced a new blue-check policy allowing users to buy verified badges.
Scammers target the Chinese community’s most prominent voices, alienating many users who had turned to the platform as a crucial news source outside the Great Firewall.
Some users have decided to take matters into their own hands, organizing online campaigns and creating software to identify, block, and harass scammers.
In May, Wang Zhi’an noticed something odd: Each time he posted on X, formerly known as Twitter, his replies would be flooded with sexual spam within minutes. Once, the Chinese investigative journalist-in-exile made a post discussing X’s new monetization policies. A user named Zizizi963, seemingly an attractive young single woman, replied with a photo of her in lingerie and the words, “When will you come to me and mess up my bed?” Zizizi963 was one of several accounts posting sexual messages in Wang’s replies — they all had blue checkmarks, and were granted greater visibility on the platform.
When Malone says ‘we lost all of our guys’ [in China], he is referring to Chinese nationals who were informing the CIA of what was going on in China. They were spies. Somebody outed them and they were all executed. It is not known who outed them but there is some suspicion that HRC ‘s private email server was hacked and compromising information was taken from there. On another note, some people suspect that Malone is a limited hangout, that he is playing both sides of the covid story but is fundamentally on the side of the Deep State or the CIA. I mention that because some people believe it. I am always open minded on something like this but see no reason whatsoever to ignore what Malone is saying in this video or on other matters. UPDATE: There is much that can be said about covid, but one point worth noting here is that the way covid spread around the world does not at all appear to have been natural. It is much more probable that covid was deliberately spread via multiple military-style releases of the virus in many parts of the world, particularly in the West. Add to that that the Western response to covid was deeply harmful and worked like a second-wave bioweapon attack, this time using deadly mandated ‘cures’ in hospitals and as injections while withholding effective early treatments. My sense is now and has been that malign actors in the West conspired with counterparts in China to cause the covid panic and its many ramifications. ABN
UPDATE #2: Several people have sent me several videos of people accusing Malone of something. I have heard the claim that he is CIA and also wrong about covid and sleazy on the vaxxes. I admit I have not watched much of the criticism against Malone, mainly because I do not find his critics all that credible and also because if Malone is CIA, well, maybe that’s a good thing. Malone himself has said the CIA is the most powerful organization in the world. If that’s true and he is part of it, maybe that’s good. I do not believe in the fantasy of democracy. There is a massive disparity between the number of unauthorized searches conducted and self-reported by the NSA and FBI silos, when compared to the whole of government. The FISA Court only hears about the NSA/FBI violations, not the unauthorized searches conducted outside the NSA/FBI by people who have access to this database.
How big is the disparity? HUGE!
Office of Inspector General Michael Horowitz testified April 27, 2023, that more than 3.4 million search queries into the NSA database took place between Dec. 1st, 2020 and Nov. 30th, 2021, by government officials and/or contractors working on behalf of the federal government. These search queries were based on authorizations related to the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA).
Within his congressional testimony, OIG Horowitz stated, “Approximately 30% of those 3.4 million search queries were noncompliant,” that is outside the rules and regulations that govern warrantless searches. The government calls these “non-compliant searches.” Additionally, IG Horowitz also stated that somewhere north of “10,000 federal employees have access to conduct these searches of the NSA database.”
While DOJ-OIG Horowitz is looking at the entire government, he reports these violations only into the silo of the Dept of Justice. Horowitz does not report his findings to the FISA Court. The violations by Horowitz, in this example over a million illegal or “noncompliant” searches, is reported internally to the DOJ (Main Justice). The DOJ (an information silo) does not turn these findings over to the FISA Court (another information silo).
As a result, the FISC opinion of the database compliance audit is only reached with a limited perspective on the totality of the violations taking place within government.
As a result, the FISC report does not contain discussion of the violations discovered by IG Horowitz.
As a result, the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence (HPSCI) and Senate Select Committee on Intelligence (SSCI) do not debate the FISA-702 reauthorization with the fulsome scale of the jaw dropping abuse of the database outlined by IG Michael Horowitz. FISA-702 reauthorization is debated in congress based on the 2023 FISC report which does not include the Horowitz review.

The WSJ reports that hackers “linked to Beijing” have accessed the email account of the U.S. ambassador to China, Nicholas Burns, in an attack that reportedly has “compromised at least hundreds of thousands of individual U.S. government emails.” Daniel Kritenbrink, the US assistant secretary of state for East Asia, was also hacked in the cyber-espionage attack. While it remains unconfirmed, the two diplomats are believed to be the two most senior officials at the State Department targeted in the alleged spying campaign disclosed last week.
Unlike previous so-called “Russian hacking” campaigns which dominated the news between 2016 and 2022 and which were fabricated by the FBI to cover up the FBI’s own criminal activity, and where everything about the perps was known instantaneously, the “contours” of the Chinese hacking campaign aren’t fully known. According to the Journal, while the infiltration was limited to unclassified emails, “the inboxes of Burns and Kritenbrink could have allowed the hackers to glean insights into U.S. planning for a recent string of visits to China by senior Biden administration officials, as well as internal conversations about U.S. policies toward its rival amid a period of delicate diplomacy that has been challenged repeatedly in recent months.”
Whistleblower X – unmasked as the lead IRS investigator on the Hunter Biden probe Joseph Ziegler – confirmed that the Biden family has accepted over $17 million in foreign payments, with over half going to Hunter Biden.
House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer, R-Ky., asked Ziegler during Wednesday’s hearing to confirm the total amount of foreign income obtained by the Biden family.

Some people asked me to share what I just shared in a space about the rate limits. I don’t work for Twitter but, I do architect IT cloud solutions as my day job.
It is temporary. Twitter’s rate limiting is not what everyone is thinking it is. It is not to punish non-paying users.
“Data scraping” is a big deal. This is where automated systems load the website or app and pull your tweets/data. It’s a huge security issue. Automated systems are pulling every tweet/word/user account information to store in an unknown database somewhere else.
This could be state actors like China, the US Government, Australia, or other bad political actors like PAC’s that are trying to gain access to everyone’s information to analyze and use for nefarious things. Manipulating what is said on the site can be done at scale with data scrapping.
It could also be used to figure out the identity of Anons or to punish people in their country for what they tweet. Looking at you #Australia and #Canada and #UnitedKingdom
The temporary measures of limiting tweets is to protect users just as much as it is to protect the entire Twitter network from going down. They are currently scrambling to get ahead of this and tune their network security to block it from happening again.
A Defense Intelligence Agency source close to the investigation, speaking on condition of anonymity, provided this update:

But, those debriefing meetings have borne fruit, as will be shown below.
