Former top state aide Linda Sun lived large in a Long Island mansion with a Ferrari parked in the garage and Birkin handbag in her closet — all thanks to her alleged secret gig as a Chinese foreign agent, a court heard this week.
Sun, who served under Gov. Kathy Hochul and her predecessor Andrew Cuomo — with a salary that never exceeded $145,000 per year during a decade-plus stint in Albany — could only afford the luxuries by cashing in on her lofty position to advance China’s agenda, federal prosecutors allege.
Photos of the spoils from the purportedly crooked plot made public on Tuesday were shown to jurors in Brooklyn federal court during Sun’s ongoing bombshell corruption trial.
The jury got a glimpse of the loot, including a snazzy brown Hermes Birkin bag seized from Sun’s walk-in closet in the $3.6 million Manhasset manse, and a Patek Philippe watch with a receipt showing it was bought by Sun’s husband and now co-defendant Chris Hu.
Alleged Chinese mole Linda Sun brazenly forged then-Lt. Gov. Kathy Hochul’s signature in glowing missives sent to dignitaries from the Henan province, according to the feds and documents presented at her bombshell trial.
Jurors in Brooklyn federal court were shown copies of letters purportedly sent by Hochul on March 26, 2018, inviting a six-member delegation from the province in central China to a meeting with then-Gov. Andrew Cuomo.
But the letters bore clearly forged versions of Hochul’s signature — that featured “overly loopy” handwriting, her former chief of staff Jeff Lewis testified.
Prosecutors say that Sun, who served as Cuomo’s director of Asian-American affairs, forged the governor’s then-No. 2 Hochul’s signature several times that year in an attempt to curry favor with Chinese officials.
Over the same time span, Sun’s alleged handlers in Beijing showered her family with gaudy gifts and steered millions of dollars in contracts to her husband Chris Hu’s seafood exporting business, the feds claim.
In an interview that aired on Monday, President Trump doubled down on his plan to accept 600,000 Chinese students over the next two years. He initially floated this idea in August. On both occasions, his statements drew significant criticism from conservatives.
Allowing 600,000 Chinese nationals to study at our universities poses a grave national security risk. It’s a green light for the Chinese Communist Party’s (CCP) unrestricted warfare. China has long exploited American college campuses — and American innovation — to further its national agenda, such as aiming to achieve self-sufficiency in technology and dominance in high-tech manufacturing.
China’s National Intelligence Law, enacted in 2017, requiresall Chinese companies and nationals, regardless of location, to support Beijing’s national intelligence work. Article 14 of the law lays the foundation for Chinese intelligence agencies to compel such cooperation. Students are frequently coerced into spying for the state, with their families facing retaliation if they refuse to comply.
UPDATE: Owens has been doing a terrific job on the Kirk assassination. It does not make sense that anyone would want to censor her or make her stop. Erika Kirk, herself, even said on her Watters interview that she welcomes openness and independent investigations of her husband’s murder. I am undecided on what happened but doubt the FBI based on their track record and their lack of transparency in this case and others under Patel. Before dumping on Owens, I recommend watching at least two or three of her videos on Kirk’s assassination, some of which can be found here. My feeling is that now it is “safe” to release the info that Epstein was really a sex trafficker as a side gig and was mainly an intelligence asset of Israel and the US, a big-time financial criminal on behalf of transnational capital (i would argue transnational organized crime disguised as transnational capital), and an arms trader because the people he was helping have stolen so much of America’s wealth and have taken control over so much of the government.
That is why even admitting the true breadth of the scandal and operation doesn’t even seem to move the needle. Criminals are in charge and they run both parties, they have created the infrastructure for neo-feudalism enforced by technology and are herding us into the corral.

A New York Times Magazine article that was published last month shows that Jeffrey Epstein used the JPMorgan to wash his money. Contrary to the sworn testimony of Pam Bondi and Kash Patel, the article also noted that Epstein pandered girls to his rich and powerful cronies, including Jes Staley, the CEO of JPMorgan’s Investment Bank
An Epstein victim alleged in a class-action lawsuit, which was eventually settled, that Epstein sexually abused her for more than a dozen years and that he forced her and other victims to engage in commercial sex with “certain select friends.”
According to Staley, the aforementioned woman suggested that he visit her apartment in the Upper East Side building owned by Epstein’s brother. On the appointed day, Staley arrived, and after chatting in the living room, they went to her bedroom and had sex. Staley swore in a deposition that it was his only Epstein-connected sexual encounter.
So, Kash and Pam you should talk to Jes Staley about Epstein pandering girls and young women. Given the enormous, irrefutable evidence that Epstein was a pedophilic pimp, the Trump administration’s coverup of the Epstein trafficking network is beyond heinous. But let’s not forget that the Epstein network was covered up by George Bush II, Obama, and Biden. Both parties have blood on their hands with regards to Epstein.

(REUTERS) – A group of dozens of officials from across the federal government, including U.S. intelligence officers, has been helping to steer President Donald Trump’s drive for retribution against his perceived enemies, according to government records and a source familiar with the effort.
The Interagency Weaponization Working Group, which has been meeting since at least May, has drawn officials from the White House, the Office of the Director of National Intelligence, the Central Intelligence Agency, the Justice and Defense Departments, the Federal Bureau of Investigation, the Department of Homeland Security, the Internal Revenue Service and the Federal Communications Commission, among other agencies, two of the documents show.
