‘Insulting someone is not a crime’ — JD Vance

Vance is referring to the video above. Hate is generally not advisable from a Buddhist point of view, but it is not a crime in USA and should not be a crime anywhere. ‘Hate speech laws’ are a sloppy form of censorship. I like seeing Vance and Trump strongly assert free speech, our most important inalienable right. ABN
Louisiana Dept Of Health ‘Will No Longer Promote Mass Vaccination’
Following Robert F. Kennedy Jr.’s confirmation as the secretary of Health and Human Services (HHS), the Louisiana Department of Health (LDH) confirmed that it “will no longer promote mass vaccination.”
The announcement by the LDH was sent out as an internal memo — ordering staff to end all media campaigns and promotions to encourage vaccinations.
“The State of Louisiana and LDH have historically promoted vaccines for vaccine preventable illnesses through our parish health units, community health fairs, partnerships and media campaigns,” wrote Louisiana’s Surgeon General Ralph Abraham.
“While we encourage each patient to discuss the risks and benefits of vaccination with their provider, LDH will no longer promote mass vaccination,” the memo continued.
The LDH also released a public statement, vowing to restore the public’s trust in the healthcare system following the previous COVID-19 mandates and lockdowns.
“For much of the last century, public health has taken it upon itself to fill the gaps in our broken healthcare system – providing guidance, information, and health recommendations. But when we get it wrong and overreach, the harm is often irreparable. Trust is built over years and lost in seconds, and we’re still rebuilding from the COVID missteps,” the announcement read.
Very good news. Covid proved we the people are smarter than government bureaucrats and that free speech is better than government restricted speech. I hope everyone who lived through that era will always remember how much free speech and free choice in medicine matters. ABN
JD Vance goes after European allies in Munich Security Conference speech | DW News
UPDATE: Terrific speech, right on the money. If Vance can keep this up and follow through with decisive action, I will be impressed. He’s an excellent rhetorician but in politics words only mean so much. Let’s see what happens. We have to closely watch every potential MAGA candidate who might take over after Trump. Vance is high on the list. He appears to not be another Mike Pence. Speaking of traitors, at least some of the main actors who threw open our border under Biden and lied about it need to be held accountable. Some of their crimes were as serious as they get. You were in charge of protecting but did the opposite and used citizens tax money to pay for your perfidy. Basically, you acted like a general in a foreign army at war with USA. ABN
How to get the JFK, RFK, and MLK files fully released to the public
1. Do you really want to see the JFK, RFK and MLK assassination files?
Here’s the direct way to get them using the plenary power of the Executive in combination with the Unitary application of govt recently affirmed by SCOTUS.
WARNING: This is extremely NON-Traditional.
2. Understanding the ordinary process of declassifying documents is a request and authorization to the executive officers and stakeholders of classified information; and understanding the current authorization is not ordinary because the intelligence community stakeholders are averse to the interests of the office of the president; here is a process to cut through the chaff and countermeasures.
The background here is that any unilateral declassification request, demand or authorization by President Trump puts him opposition to a variety of corrupt interests.
As a direct result the executive office of the president will be facing legal action, likely from unified democrats and republicans in the legislative branch. With that accepted, here is the most strategic approach.
3. President Trump informs the Office of the Director of National Intelligence, Tulsi Gabbard, that he wishes to have a full intelligence briefing on the following documents (more may be added), all documents are to be presented without a single redaction:
The full and complete records relating to the assassination of President John F. Kennedy.
The full and complete records relating to the assassination of Senator Robert F. Kennedy and the Reverend Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.
The President selects a date for this briefing and through direct orders to his chief of staff, Susie Wiles and National Security Advisor, Mike Waltz, informs the Office of the Director of National Intelligence, Tulsi Gabbard, to advise and coordinate with all executive branch intelligence officials, who were/are stakeholders in the compartmented intelligence products as described above, of their request be present for the briefing.
The White House counsel’s office is not to be informed of the intent or purpose of the meeting; however, the Presidents’ White House counsel is requested to attend. Further, all of the compartmented intelligence is to be collectively assembled by the ODNI (Gabbard) into one volume of a singular Presidential Daily Briefing (PDB) although each set might be file boxes. There are to be eighteen printed copies of the PDB material assembled and secured for the briefing, post haste.
Additionally, the office of the president personally informs the ODNI (Gabbard) of the executives’ request to invite for the briefing each member of the legislative branch Intelligence Community oversight known as the Gang-of-Eight.
4. Immediately after the briefing by the executive level (cabinet) department officials, while remaining in a closed and classified session, the full and comprehensive content of this collective intelligence product will be discussed with the full assembly of the U.S. Legislative Branch Intelligence Oversight known as the Gang of Eight.
Therefore, National Security Advisor Mike Waltz is instructed to coordinate with the ODNI (Gabbard) for the attendance of the Gang of Eight: Speaker Mike Johnson, Minority leader Hakeem Jeffries, HPSCI Chairman Rick Crawford, HPSCI Ranking Member Jim Himes, Senate Majority Leader John Thune, Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer, SSCI Chairman Tom Cotton and SSCI Vice-Chair Mark Warner. [Topic “TBD”]
In order to facilitate the briefing. Each member of the participating group will be provided with one full printed copy of the material assembled by the ODNI during the briefing.
[Each of the participants carries the prerequisite clearances, legal and constitutional authority to engage with the classified documents according to their position and status. Only the executive can assemble the product for Go8 review and feedback]
At the conclusion of the briefing; and after hearing from, and engagement with, each of the participating members of the executive intelligence offices and duly authorized legislative oversight representatives; and after listening to their opinion as to the subject material discussed; the president announces to the fully assembled leadership of both the Executive branch (cabinet) and Legislative branch (Go8), it is his opinion the National Interests of the United States can best be served with the American people having a full, transparent and honest review of the material assembled and discussed.

Realignment — NSA Mike Waltz Suspends all National Security Council Detailees Pending Review and Reapplication
As CTH previously noted, much of the success in breaking up the Intelligence Community silo operations will fall on the shoulders of National Security Advisor, Mike Waltz.
In fact, the structure of the intelligence information system currently under construction in the Trump White House depends on Waltz successfully organizing the new system. {GO DEEP}
In following the roadmap for the optimal outcome, NSA Mike Waltz has suspended all aides to the National Security Council pending a review of their alignment with the Trump administration. Again, a good and necessary move.
That said, Mike Waltz is likely to make a few mistakes along the road to a rapid reorganization and anyone who does not have trust issues given the nature of what we have witnessed within the IC manipulation of government, would not be honest. However, Waltz is -so far- following a sequential process that will position the National Security Council for the optimal outcome.
The downside to these early moves is that the SSCI is watching this restructuring while simultaneously pending the nomination hearings of DNI Tulsi Gabbard who would also play a vital role in the information flow if the NSC is to get the best information to work with. A historic review of the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence shows they support the status quo IC and simultaneously hold power over the IC confirmation positions.

Core and Central: The Surveillance State, FISA and the Value of Liberty
There is nothing reconcilable about American Liberty when contrast with a looming surveillance state. There is no facet of American values, the essential core of what we define as Americanism, that can exist without true liberty.
While the Declaration of Independence is long regarded as the greatest written declaration of purpose, the latter created Bill of Rights, the first Ten original amendments to the U.S. Constitution, is just as important. The first declared our intent; the second defined how our founders intended to retain the intent during our collective assembly. Together they outline what set the course to make America great.
We have allowed the foundational intent of both sets of documents to be compromised, because, well, simply we were lazy and complacent. Now we are engaged in a time of great consequence that will determine whether or not the purpose of our assembly can continue.
We are, in factual reality, now deep inside a debate carried out in the world of politics. The stakes have never been higher.
In nine days, President Donald J Trump is scheduled to be sworn in as President of the United States. In my non-pretending world, this is likely to be the last time in our lifetime to drag the conversation of how we define liberty into the American psyche. All of my research in the past two decades indicates this likelihood is not hyperbole. We have one shot at this, and our time is now.
Liberty, the fundamental decision to retain it or lose it, is the context for all other contexts that have preceded it. The principles of liberty that we have defined for generations cannot exist in an American surveillance state. Thus, the secretive courts, the unlawful usurpation of the 4th Amendment, the short-sighted ramifications of the Patriot Act, the weaponization of our federal law enforcement and police agencies, all of it, must be reviewed through this fundamental core issue, Liberty.
I have traveled throughout the East and West to gain perspective on what makes us different, and what I can assert with clarity is that if we lose the Liberty argument, then the ideological representatives behind Barack Obama will have succeeded, the fundamental transformation will be irreversible.
This frames the cornerstone of my viewpoints on all of the characters in politics. It is not a matter of debate that on these core issues of Liberty and the stopping of the Surveillance State, everything else is a downstream consequence. The tiered system of constitutional protections for particular categories of personage must be rebuked. On this matter there cannot be compromise, because every outcome that impedes our way of life is a derivative of this value.
I will oppose all interests who refuse to confront the Surveillance State. I will draw bold attention to those who are willingly creating it, and I promise you I will call out every operational interest that is willfully blind to its creation.
This is my hill.
Love to all,
Sundance

Musk Changes Twitter Algorithm to Diminish MAGA Opposition to Silicon Valley Group
Something very interesting and openly obvious is happening amid the backlash that Elon Musk and the Silicon Valley network are facing to their H1B position.
Elon Musk has changed the Twitter algorithm to dimmish the voices of those who would openly confront his network of supporters within Silicon Valley and beyond. If large follower Twitter accounts, like those of Musk himself, David Sacks, Vivek Ramaswamy and Musks’ promoted network of influencers, begin blocking accounts on the platform, then the voices of those accounts get purposefully diminished by the algorithm.
Much like having a VIP section that can remove people from the audience, Musk is pushing opposing viewpoints to the acceptable narrative into the background of the public square.
The timing of this is not accidental. The allies of Musk have been getting blasted by some rather large MAGA accounts over the H1B visa position of the Silicon Valley team. In response, Musk is pushing those opposition voices out of the conversation. This is another way for the newly aligned tech group to maintain influence over the policy of President-elect Donald Trump. In fact, I have been informed this is exactly the purpose.
President Trump announced that David Sacks would lead the tech, crypto and AI policy group. This team being assembled by Sacks are all-in support of H1B visa use to bring in foreign workers. They do not want publicly visible opposition to impede their agenda.
To be fair, it makes sense for the tech network to do this because it is akin to President Trump’s incoming chief of staff, Susie Wiles, saying she would not let what she defines as “clown car people” influence President Trump. It’s an issue of controlling a very directed policy initiative. However, the issues around immigration in general, and H1B visas specifically are critically important to many of the long-term Trump supporters.
Elon Musk is building a bubble around Donald Trump to diminish opposition to the technocratic influence of the new allies.
Predictably, there was always going to be uncomfortable moments in this tenuous MAGA alignment with the billionaire technocrats; however, this is not that. This is far beyond uncomfortable. This is a core issue for millions of Americans, and the Silicon Valley response to controlling the conversation is not good.
Ultimately, as we are all witnessing, many of these people do not have our best interests at heart.
Keep watching closely.

Trump Urges SCOTUS to delay Tik Tok ban
The central argument is this. “Whether the Protecting Americans from Foreign Adversary Controlled Applications Act (“the Act”), as applied to petitioners, violates the First Amendment.”
Congress enacted a law that effectively bans the social media app TikTok, or at the very least, forces the sale of the company to a non-foreign owned entity. The Supreme Court is scheduled to hear arguments on the First Amendment aspect. Biden signed the law that requires TikTok’s China-based parent company ByteDance to divest from the app or face a ban on U.S. networks and app stores.
Mitch McConnell [SEE HERE] and Mike Pence [See Here] are asking the Supreme Court to support the law and support the forced sale or ban. However, President Trump is urging the Supreme Court to be very careful. [SEE HERE]
After initially supporting the ban on Tik Tok in 2020, President Trump changed his opinion and now contemplates whether a ban against the popular platform is in America’s best interest.
…Many people have wondered what changed President Trump’s mind, with some pointing to President Trump’s meeting with TikTok CEO Shou Chew at Mar-a-Lago earlier this month. Additionally, Elon Musk and the Silicon Valley tech team, including JD Vance, are opposed to Tik Tok. However, the shift in Trump’s thinking since 2020 makes sense if you look at the timeline.
TikTok is a content and information platform that presents a significant issue from an American perspective. It is a Chinese platform available in the USA, but American platforms are banned in China. As a consequence, there is a particular conflict on geopolitical interests. Thus, in 2020 President Trump was against TikTok as an equity/fairness issue.
However, if most or all of the USA social media platforms are under the influence and control of government, which they are. And when President Trump became a victim from that influence and control, which he did. And when the only counterpoint for pushback against the Mis-Dis-Mal information scheme of the U.S. Govt., is to use an external platform to deliver information…. Then the relative issues in the platform discrimination argument take on a different context.
If you look at the timeline, after he was silenced by the U.S government’s influence in Big Tech, President Trump changed his position on Tik Tok.
