I am pleased to announce that I will be introducing legislation to allow ivermectin, a proven antiparasitic medication, to be sold over the counter (OTC) in Pennsylvania. This important proposal aims to enhance access to this safe and effective treatment for various parasitic conditions, empowering residents to manage their health more efficiently.
Ivermectin is an FDA-approved medication primarily used for treating infections such as river blindness, strongyloidiasis, scabies, and lice. With a long history of safe use, this legislation is designed to have a positive impact on public health, especially in underserved and rural communities.
Key benefits of this proposal include:
Increasing Access to Critical Medication: Residents will have faster access to ivermectin, reducing wait times and lessening dependency on healthcare providers for conditions that do not require extensive consultation. This is particularly beneficial for those in rural areas facing healthcare barriers.
Proven Safety and Effectiveness: Ivermectin has been extensively studied and shown to have minimal side effects when used as directed, making its topical formulations safe and easy to apply.
Supporting Public Health: Allowing OTC access could help control the spread of parasitic diseases like scabies, while also reducing the burden on healthcare systems by decreasing unnecessary emergency visits for manageable conditions.
Encouraging Health Autonomy: By removing the prescription requirement, individuals can take charge of their health regarding preventative care for minor conditions. Pennsylvania joins a growing movement, with states like Tennessee already passing similar legislation and others considering it. Countries including South Africa, Australia, and Mexico have successfully implemented OTC access to ivermectin as well.
It is time for Pennsylvania to make this necessary change. With proven efficacy and a strong safety record, enabling over-the-counter access to ivermectin will significantly benefit our communities.
Note: Ivermectin used to be OTC in France, but was made prescription-only in early January 2020, before covid was widely known about. This is one of many suspicious details surrounding and presaging the plandemic. Removing an easy cure just before the plandemic was declared, looks very much like a setup for the vax as bioweapon. Some months after that, ivermectin was resolutely banned in the West, excoriated and mocked, y’all. The DOGE team has now taken the step, reported earlier this week, of freezing government payments to the National Endowment for Democracy, a private organization that in 2023 received a $315 million appropriation from Congress, paid via the State Department. That is big news in Washington because the NED, a nongovernmental organization that depends on federal funds, has survived numerous attempts over the years to close it down and up to now has maintained a bipartisan consensus to keep it in business. The move to cut off the organization’s funding suggests that its bipartisan support has at last broken down.
The order from DOGE to freeze further disbursements to the NED has paralyzed the organization, according to news reports. “It’s been a bloodbath,” one NED staffer said. “We have not been able to meet payroll and pay basic overhead expenses.” It sounds as if what happened to USAID last week has now happened to the NED.
Washington — The U.S. is deporting unauthorized migrants from nations in Africa and Asia to Panama, a major diplomatic breakthrough for the Trump administration’s mass deportation efforts, internal federal documents obtained by CBS News show.
The ministry said Wednesday’s deportation flight included 119 deportees from Afghanistan, China, India, Iran, Nepal, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Turkey, Uzbekistan and Vietnam. The costs of the deportations under the agreement will be covered by the U.S., the ministry added.
The U.S. has long had difficulty deporting migrants from Africa and Asia, due to the long distances involved in deportations to the Eastern Hemisphere and decisions by governments in those continents to limit or reject American deportations flights.
The flights also underscore how aggressively and quickly the Trump administration is moving to convince countries across the region to accept migrants who are difficult to deport, even though they are not citizens of their nations.
The governments of El Salvador and Guatemala have already agreed to accept migrant deportees from the U.S. who are not from their countries. El Salvador’s President Nayib Bukele has even offered to accept and detain suspected members of the Venezuelan gang Tren de Aragua who are expelled from the U.S.
I have written about the Trump Doctrine for several years; however, as we enter this critical inflection moment perhaps a revisit is worthwhile to consider.
What you will notice from President Trump’s responses to questions during foreign leader engagements is the unique nature of his honesty. In the most consequential of ways, President Trump is the most consequential foreign policy leader in generations. We forget that during Trump’s first term in office, the headlines about North and South Korea were not about conflict, but rather about the possibility of unification on the Korean peninsula.
President Trump executes a unique doctrine of sorts, where national security is achieved by leveraging U.S. economic power. It is a fundamental shift in approaching both allies and adversaries; summarized within the oft repeated phrase: “economic security is national security.”
The Trump Doctrine using economics to achieve national security objectives and global peace is a fundamental paradigm shift. Modern U.S. history provides no easy reference for the effective outcome.
President Trump doesn’t just represent an office or title, nor does he simply represent the majority of the American people; President Trump’s voice is the voice of every ordinary person, what the non-English speaking world defines as “simple people,” and he channels a global message from the majority to the top of the highest power structures.

A top staffer of the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) arrived at IRS headquarters on Thursday ahead of a planned audit announced by President Donald Trump.
Elojn Musk aide Kavin Kliger visited the DC offices of the IRS to examine its systems, according to the Wall Street Journal, which noted that Kliger has been working at the Office of Personnel Management.
Later in the day, Trump announced that DOGE would audit the nation’s tax collection agency.
“The Internal Revenue Service will be looked at like everybody else,” Trump told reporters during a White House press briefing.
“They’re doing a hell of a job. It’s an amazing job they’re doing,” Trump said of Musk and DOGE. “I call it the force of super-geniuses, but it’s building, and you know they go up, and they talk to some of the people about certain deals, and they get all tongue-tied because these people get it. They’re very smart people. We need smart people.”
Trump was responding to a question about Kliger’s visit to the IRS and whether the administration wants to close the agency – to which Trump said he did not expect that to be the case.

For purposes of this United States Policy, we will consider Countries that use the VAT System, which is far more punitive than a Tariff, to be similar to that of a Tariff. Sending merchandise, product, or anything by any other name through another Country, for purposes of unfairly harming America, will not be accepted. In addition, we will make provision for subsidies provided by Countries in order to take Economic advantage of the United States. Likewise, provisions will be made for Nonmonetary Tariffs and Trade Barriers that some Countries charge in order to keep our product out of their domain or, if they do not even let U.S. businesses operate. We are able to accurately determine the cost of these Nonmonetary Trade Barriers. It is fair to all, no other Country can complain and, in some cases, if a Country feels that the United States would be getting too high a Tariff, all they have to do is reduce or terminate their Tariff against us. There are no Tariffs if you manufacture or build your product in the United States.
For many years, the U.S. has been treated unfairly by other Countries, both friend and foe. This System will immediately bring Fairness and Prosperity back into the previously complex and unfair System of Trade. America has helped many Countries throughout the years, at great financial cost. It is now time that these Countries remember this, and treat us fairly – A LEVEL PLAYING FIELD FOR AMERICAN WORKERS. I just had a lengthy and highly productive phone call with President Vladimir Putin of Russia. We discussed Ukraine, the Middle East, Energy, Artificial Intelligence, the power of the Dollar, and various other subjects. We both reflected on the Great History of our Nations, and the fact that we fought so successfully together in World War II, remembering, that Russia lost tens of millions of people, and we, likewise, lost so many! We each talked about the strengths of our respective Nations, and the great benefit that we will someday have in working together. But first, as we both agreed, we want to stop the millions of deaths taking place in the War with Russia/Ukraine. President Putin even used my very strong Campaign motto of, “COMMON SENSE.” We both believe very strongly in it. We agreed to work together, very closely, including visiting each other’s Nations. We have also agreed to have our respective teams start negotiations immediately, and we will begin by calling President Zelenskyy, of Ukraine, to inform him of the conversation, something which I will be doing right now. I have asked Secretary of State Marco Rubio, Director of the CIA John Ratcliffe, National Security Advisor Michael Waltz, and Ambassador and Special Envoy Steve Witkoff, to lead the negotiations which, I feel strongly, will be successful. Millions of people have died in a War that would not have happened if I were President, but it did happen, so it must end. No more lives should be lost! The only options are better or worse totalitarianism. I can imagine a fairly decent state with very low crime and a thriving population. I can also imagine something really bad.
A really bad state would lobotomize any potential enemy within, even for minor disruption. Lobotomies are already being used to control populations in many parts of the world, including USA. There will be even more of it. There will be less need to cut off your digital dollars or monitor your face because it’s much easier to simply lobotomize you without your permission or knowledge.
Who will be in ultimate control? Whichever group is strongest, most cohesive, most ruthless. How will we know them? Secrecy is to their advantage, so it’s highly probable we will never know who they are.
Who was in control of the Biden administration? Who controls US IC, Five Eyes? How much power do Jews really have? How much power do European royal families really have? How much power does Putin or Xi have?
Empires are inevitable due to the basic reality of KOBK game theory — that players in KOBK conflicts do not know for certain how powerful they are vis-a-vis their adversaries or how powerful their adversaries are. This is the result of a clandestine military strategy designed to attack, above all, talented white boys and young men. These attacks have been ongoing for many decades. Turning women against white men has been another very successful battlefront. If you are a white male, you have definitely experienced these attacks at least in soft form.
