This paper argues for: leverage change to build new, better forces for the 21st century, allowing for deep spending cuts of \$400-500 billion. This approach enhances the U.S. military’s competitive advantage in future warfare and improves American national security by ending open-ended interventions without attainable political-military objectives. Assuming Congress acts wisely, the resulting annualized savings can both pay down the national debt and reorient U.S. military power to new forms of warfare.
Grand Strategy and New Thinking
Grand strategy, if it exists at all, consists of avoiding conflict, not starting wars. New thinking in defense and foreign policy prioritizes diplomacy and peaceful cooperation over military power. None of America’s potential opponents, except those with nuclear weapons, pose a direct threat to the American homeland. If international terrorism and criminality remain threats, then border security and tightly controlled immigration should be the top priority in national security.
Senior military leaders and their services cannot be expected to reform themselves and fundamentally change the military status quo—a World War II/Cold War structure that is expensive, single-service focused, and vulnerable to weapons of mass destruction. Peter Drucker, when asked how to change a large business enterprise, answered, “If you want something new, you must stop doing something old. People in any organization are always attached to the obsolete.”
In line with Drucker’s guidance, the incoming President must implement a new national military strategy that diverges sharply from the last 30 years. This strategy must scale back America’s forward presence, mandate adaptation to new forms of warfare, and address the requirement to retain and develop America’s best human capital in uniform.
In what can only reasonably be described as a MOAB targeted directly to Main Justice, President Trump has nominated Republican Congressman Matt Gaetz to be United States Attorney General.
In combination with the nomination of Senator Marco Rubio to the State Dept., this sets the stage for a Senate situation where the upper chamber may attempt to derail the Gaetz nomination, yet Florida Governor Ron DeSantis could then appoint him to be the replacement U.S. Senator from Florida; thus, returning an angry MOAB back into the silo that derailed him.

If we assess the probability that this is what is happening and plot that probability against how serious this attack is, we must conclude that the probability that it is a deliberate attack is very high and that the seriousness of the attack is even higher. In Europe we have a situation never seen in history: a) the immigrants who consume most of the social assistance are also b) vastly overrepresented in sexual assaults and criminal convictions, while c) governments insist that immigrants are enriching Europeans and that d) those who deny this, and talk about a and b, are spreading “misinformation”.

I doubt this is the whole story. One thing is clear — the extra 10 million votes Biden received in 2020 courtesy of US IC were not given to Kamala, so the election this year was more or less ‘fair’ insofar as that word means anything in politics. What this added factor of IC not adding 10 million votes to the computer system for Kamala means is Trump had to have cut a deal with IC before the election. What was the deal? Hard to say, but bomb Iran is likely. So maybe Trump traded bomb Iran for getting elected, after which he plans to end the war in Ukraine and fix lots of other stuff. Who controls IC? That is the really big question. Trump probably knows but there is no way we can be sure of that and neither can he. All he knows is he made a deal with some people and they delivered a clean-enough election to give him victory. Were the people he made a deal with the people who are really in control, or just their emissaries? I doubt Trump really knows. This is the real nature of power in a KOBK world. How big is Israel’s role in US power-plays? The answer is similar — no one really knows. Do the top Jews in the world know for sure how much power they have? Do they control US IC or do they just think they do? The impossibility of answering these questions reveals the true nature of power in this world and why we have so many wars. Remember, under the Trump Doctrine, the use of the military takes a backseat to the deployment of economic weapons to achieve national security objectives. From this fundamental outlook, the Secretary of Defense needs to maintain a strong military, but only for use as a last resort when called upon.
If triggered for reasons of extreme national security, the Defense Department under Commander in Chief Donald Trump is expected to deliver much faster, harsher and a more directed forceful response. This was on display in Syria, 2017, when ISIS was destroyed in weeks; and then followed up with the first ever dropping of a ‘MOAB’, the Mother of All Bombs.
With this intent in mind, Pete Hegseth needs to harden the warriors and prepare them only in the event that all other approaches by President Trump have not led to the optimal outcome. This approach scares the crap out of militaristic nations who were stuck in the old ‘red line’ paradigm.

Donald Trump is considering tapping North Dakota’s Doug Burgum to be his new “energy tsar”, which would give the oil state’s governor sweeping power to slash environmental regulations and boost US fossil fuels output.
Burgum, a billionaire businessman who ran in the Republican primary race this year before endorsing Trump, is the president-elect’s preferred candidate for the role, said people familiar with the discussions. Former energy secretary Dan Brouillette is also a contender.

If the government coerces you to take an untested vax, while loudly declaring it is ‘safe & effective’, don’t take the vax and do not believe the agencies or people who tried to coerce you. The covid vax was particularly pernicious because it had to be injected into your bloodstream and did not even fit the normal definition of a vaccine. When the government changes the definitions of vaccines, which they did for covid, or anything else, be very suspicious.
These principles are obvious and easy to understand and are a good basis for mass non-compliance and disbelief in government coercion and lies. All that is required is did they lie about something important or did they coerce us to do something dangerous, in violation of our inalienable rights.
The same can be applied to history. We know they lied about WMD in Iraq and we also know (and knew at the time) that Iraq had nothing to do with 9/11 — therefore, knowing this, we should suspect their motives for all wars past and present and future. Rather than go into many examples of this, I am going to assume readers know what they are.
As for history, if it is illegal or massively frowned upon to question any historical event, we should be sure to question it. We must not allow politicians to tell us our First Amendment rights are a threat to ‘our’ (meaning their) democracy as John Kerry has done recently and Jacinda Ardern and many others did during the plandemic.
On this basis, it behooves all of us to question the Holocaust. It is ludicrous to make questioning that subject illegal, as it is in most of Europe, or scandalous as it is in USA.
