Before it was removed from the market in 2004, Vioxx may have hurt hundreds of thousands of patients, killing a third of them, a senior FDA investigator said at the time.

Dr. David Graham, in interviews and Congressional testimony, criticized his own agency’s approval process of the pain reliever.

Graham described the outcome of Vioxx as “a disaster,” one that is “unparalleled in the history of the United States” and that “constituted an unprecedented failure of the nation’s system of drug approval and oversight.”

Vioxx is a good example of how badly wrong the FDA can get it and how slow it can be to change bad decisions. ABN

Novavax probably better and safer than other covid vaccines

I am extremely skeptical of the US response to covid but if your job depends on getting vaccinated, Novavax may be a better option than quitting or taking one of the other “vaccines.” The appearance of Novavax as an option also illustrates the value of simply waiting as new information and treatments can change the calculus of what’s best to do. ABN

But here’s what we know today, based on information that we have right now:  Among several wonderful options, the more old-school vaccine from Novavax combines ease of manufacture with high efficacy and lower side effects. For the moment, it’s the best COVID-19 vaccine we have.

We do not need to have this view authorized or approved by anyone but ourselves. It is obvious and self-evident.

We do not need the Nuremberg Code or the WMA Declaration of Helsinki to support the above assertion—though both declarations do support it—we need only our own minds and consciences to see that it is immoral to deny effective treatment to people who are sick.

Furthermore, if the FDA rushes “approval” of covid vaccines in clear violation of long-established medical standards, their “approval” will most emphatically not mean that the “vaccines” are safe, but only that the FDA has completely destroyed what little was left of its moral and scientific credibility.

… in those under 18 and strongly discouraged in healthy adults under 50.

Those who promoted them in people under the age of 30 in addition must face justice. There was never any science supporting it on a risk:benefit basis.

The CDC documents about 35 total Covid-related deaths in people under the age of 18 years all the way back to March of 2020.

Good, short explanation of Antibody Dependent Enhancement (ADE)

ADE can arise in several different ways but the best-known is dubbed the ‘Trojan Horse Pathway’. This occurs when non-neutralizing antibodies generated by past infection or vaccination fail to shut down the pathogen upon re-exposure.

Instead, they act as a gateway by allowing the virus to gain entry and replicate in cells that are usually off limits (typically immune cells, like macrophages). That, in turn, can lead to wider dissemination of illness, and over-reactive immune responses that cause more severe illness.

Dr Peter McCullough wide-ranging interview on covid treatment and vaccines

“What we have discovered is that the suppression of early treatment was tightly linked to the development of a vaccine, and the entire program—and in a sense, bioterrorism phase one— was rolled out, [and] was really about keeping the population in fear, and in isolation preparing them to accept the vaccine, which appears to be phase two of a bioterrorism operation.”

…“Good doctors are doing unthinkable things like injecting biologically active messenger RNA that produces this pathogenic spike protein into pregnant women. I think when these doctors wake up from their trance, they’re going to be shocked to think what they’ve done to people,” he said, echoing what he, and Dr. Harvey Risch, professor at the Yale School of Public Health, told Fox News host Laura Ingraham during an interview last month. 

…“Without the government really even understanding what was going on, we crushed the epidemic curve of the United States,” McCullough claimed. “Toward the end of December and January, we basically took care of the pandemic with about 500 doctors and telemedicine services, and to this day, we treat about 25 percent of the U.S. COVID-19 population that are actually at high risk, over age 50 with medical problems that present with severe symptoms.”

1/4 I developed sensitivity relationship charts between the fall in U071 MCoD Covid Deaths and the admin of Vaccines by each US State from Dec 12 – Jun 5

Here are 2 states (FL & VA) with strong results. A strong differential relationship between vax and reduction in deaths.

2/4 However, there were states which bore a much weaker relationship between the timing of vax administration and the fall in U071 MCoD Covid Deaths.

These two states had already substantially recovered in large number or pct before the impact of the vaccine program.

3/4 So two questions broach. First, how did each state’s strength in sympathy between vax & death-reduction perform differentially by % of each state’s population with 1 or 2 vax doses.

There should be both a strong vax & strong differential dose relationship. But there is none.

4/4 But perhaps the sympathy rating by state bears noise. So the second question was simpler: Did the raw fall in U071 MCoD Covid Deaths bear any vax or dose-count differential relationship by US state?

Again these should both be strong relationships. But there is none.
