Professor Michael Mann took an enormous hammering in court over the deficiencies in his Hockey Stick analysis. He is suing Mark Steyn (and Rand Simberg) for defamation after they called his graph a fraud. Just listen to Simberg’s lawyer Victoria Weatherford demolish him:
Mann said he did not gather the data for the Hockey Stick. He handled the statistics that showed flat temps for 1000 years and a sudden recent warming and tried desperately to avoid admitting he was not qualified in statistics.

And then Mann tried to deny, not very convincingly, that he failed to consult a professional statistician when constructing the Hockey Stick graph – possibly the most influential graph of the 20th century.
Yet another example of how bad ‘The Science’ is. Wherever you look our usurpers get it wrong, apparently deliberately, and then use that to steal and oppress. Mann is another silver tongue who maybe does not think so clearly.
Leaving Mann aside, I believe self-deception is a trait with both genetic and cultural roots. A person who can self-deceive will always be better at deceiving others and/or getting their way than a person who is resolutely honest and never self-deceives and never tries to deceive others. Nice guys finish last (unless they become monks). Deception and self-deception are major factors in who controls the world, who speaks for the controllers, and who wants to speak for them. In today’s world, there are trillions of dollars at stake. So we should expect to see most, if not all, prominent speakers adept at self- and other-deception. Historically, parasitic cultures and subcultures have not just used self- and other-deception, they have also trained themselves and their children in this devious art. The European Union appears undeterred by years of calamitous climate policies, with EU Commission Chief Ursula von der Leyen demanding new taxes and other schemes to take green agenda investment into the “trillions”.
Leaders from around the world descended (many of whom on private jets) upon the oil-rich Arabian nation of Dubai for the 28th instalment of the United Nation’s top annual climate summit, in which politicians demand that ordinary citizens bankroll their lofty visions of a so-called green future.
Despite people suffering across Europe under an energy crisis as a result of the war in Ukraine and the years of dumping money into dubious ‘renewable’ energy sources, EU Chief Ursula von der Leyen’s takeaway was to double down on the very same policies that precipitated Europe’s precarious energy situation.
“More is needed,” the German politician urged, proclaiming: “We have to move from billions to trillions.”
The EU leader admitted that to accomplish such a goal, Brussels will need to “find new sources of revenue”. To do so, von der Leyen said that she “fully supports” the plan proposed by Kenyan President William Ruto and French President Emmanuel Macron to impose a global green tax targeting financial transactions to “raise more money for climate action.”
When you fly, you never see a controller. Controllers never see you. But they must reflect, understand, and relate.
The racism detectors found what they were looking for. White people – and Asians – were scoring too high on the controller aptitude test, called the AT-SAT. And they were getting better! “More troubling, there is evidence that the percentage of people scoring 85 or higher on the AT-SAT in certain RNO classifications – that means “race and national origin” – has been steadily increasing over the last three years at a higher rate than others.”
White people were pulling ahead!
Here is proof of racism: the percentages of various groups that scored 85 or better out of 100 on the AT-SAT. The previous three years had been grim.
Look at those pesky whites. In 2009, 68 percent scored 85 or better, and in the next years it was 74 percent and then 78 percent. And look at blacks: poking along at 37 percent, 36 percent, and 38 percent. Asians were another disaster; in the previous two years, they had the audacity to score as high as whites.
And, uh oh, women, in red, scored worse than men, in orange. So the AT-SAT was racist and sexist.
Spurred from several recent conversations, it becomes entirely necessary for this specific audience to understand a reality that is never discussed.
If you are reading this, wherever you are reading this, by self-association you are in a select group of high information people with a much larger understanding of the issues than your network. That means you know, comprehend, understand and have a level of insight and discernment that is far above average. Now, let me be brutally honest.
Factually speaking, all of the people within the mechanisms of DC; the people you associate with being key allies to fight back against the visible corruption; the people you assign hope toward; are not as smart as you.
Re-read that as needed.
One of the biggest shifts of thinking needed to change the dynamic of our abusive relationship with government is to realize these people you consider important are just not that smart. They are not wiser; they are not more strategic; they are not as well versed in the details at the heart of the crisis; they are not as well informed; they do not have special access to information that makes them more capable; they do not understand the issues better than you.
Again, RE-READ that with new eyes to evaluate and understand the challenge.
It doesn’t matter what position they hold, or what access they have, or what groups, interests, networks or information resources are at their disposal. You know more than them, and you understand the material at a much higher level of comprehension than they do. It does not matter what their rank or importance is, YOU know more. Once you realize this, then you begin to change how you look at the challenge and at their functional capability within it.
The informational context you assign to them does not exist. The things you think they know, they don’t. The very specific information you believe they are aware of, does not exist in their mind. The people in Washington DC, those allies who you think might have the skills to fix issues, have no concept of what material you are aware of. You are light years ahead of them in the scale of information you understand, and the context it means.
I am not being hyperbolic.
Here’s the kicker…. They think they are more aware than you.
According to most media presentations of the performance, eight GOP candidates have qualified for the debate though some have not yet signed the required private corporate RNC loyalty pledge.
(1) Must have at least 40,000 unique donors, with at least 200 unique donors from each state. (2) Must reach at least 1% in three national polls that meet the RNC’s requirements or at least 1% in two national polls and in two polls from separate early voting states. (3) Must sign the RNC’s “Beat Biden pledge” – a commitment to back the eventual Republican nominee.
The candidates who have met the first two qualifiers are, Donald Trump, Ron DeSantis, Nikki Haley, Tim Scott, Vivek Ramaswamy, Doug Burgum, Chris Christie and somehow Mike Pence.
Trump, Christie and Pence have not signed the loyalty pledge.
Presumably donor threshold verification is a part of the RNC requirement to share donor information with the corporation in order to be considered a “Republican.” It’s a little funny, in a revealing sense, that collecting donor information is a priority – but ballot harvesting, not-so-much. Go figure.
• The DNC wants power. The RNC wants money. • The DNC uses money to get power. The RNC use power to get money. • The ideology of the DNC drives their corporate donor activity. The ideology of the corporate donors drives the RNC.
This is the essential difference in their corporate business models. Other than that, on a policy perspective -much like the candidates within the corporation- they are the same. One big uniparty club; each subsidiary, DNC or RNC club division, with their own priorities.
Northwestern academics have accused students of ‘fascism’ after they said they identified as ‘Apache attack helicopters’ on a survey about engineering culture.
The researchers claimed the far-right was on the rise across the US after seeing the students’ replies to the questionnaire.
They claimed the responses were ‘malicious’ and a sign of white supremacy, which they then wrote about in a paper titled ‘Attack Helicopters and White Supremacy: Interesting Malicious Responses to an Online Questionnaire about Transgender Undergraduate Engineering and Computer Science Student Experiences’.
The researchers wrote the paper describing their experiences working on the survey about LGBT students in STEM fields.
They said the ‘backlash’ to the project ‘reflects characteristics of contemporary far-right or fascist political movements in the US, such as the synthesis of antisemitism with anti-Black and anti-feminist rhetorics.’
According to a report in the College Fix, about one-quarter of the so-called ‘malicious responses’ to the survey provided some airplane-related response to the gender question, including a handful who specifically identified as an ‘Apache helicopter.’

As of Friday, 225 people who failed the Liberal Arts and Sciences Test used for teacher licensing from 1994 to 2014 had already been notified they’re getting settlements of at least $1 million, according to an analysis of Manhattan federal court records.

Pennsylvania State University officials allegedly pressured a white English professor to grade students according to their race and retaliated against him for filing racial harassment and bias complaints stemming from its enforcement of “antiracism,” prompting him to quit.
The state-related institution was not only “deliberately indifferent to the racially hostile environment” for Zack de Piero, but “actively treated De Piero as the problem, suggesting mental health treatment and disciplining him for bullying when he dared to complain,” according to de Piero’s lawsuit, which alleges violations of Title VI and Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, First Amendment and Pennsylvania Human Relations Act.

Despite announcing an end to the authoritarian Covid-19 government mandates, the Biden White House requires guests to practice social distancing and wear masks during their visit.
The mandates, however, will only target those who are unvaccinated.
“Masking guidance: Fully vaccinated guests are not required to wear a mask on the White House grounds. Guests who are not fully vaccinated must wear a mask at all times and maintain at least six feet distance from others while on the White House grounds,” the email states.
