In more than a few ways this decision is even more crazy than District Judge Beryl Howell’s prior rulings.
Judge Howell (pictured below) issued a temporary restraining order, blocking President Trump from barring the law firm of Perkins Coie from representing federal contractors.
There are a few outlines of the hearing HERE and HERE that essentially tell the story. Consider this quote:
“When you say that if the president, in his view, takes the position that an individual or an organization or a company is operating a way that is not in the nation’s interests, he can issue an executive order like this and take steps to bar that individual, that entity, that company from doing any business with the government, terminate whatever contracts they’ve got, bar them from federal buildings,” Howell said. “I mean, that’s a pretty extraordinary power for the president to exercise.”
Yes, and that’s called the power of the presidency. Apparently Judge Howell has never heard of ‘executive power’ that allows the elected President of the United States to determine what is in our nation’s best interests. Approving his ability to make these decisions, is what that whole voting thing is all about.
We can and should blame them, but they are actually puppets. Everything will be blamed on them and their ilk, while the real invaders and destroyers of Europe and the West will remain hidden in shadows. ABN
Yesterday, at the hospital, we had a meeting about how the situation here and the other Munich hospitals are unsustainable. Clinics cannot handle the number of migrant medical emergencies, so they are starting to send everything to the main hospitals. Many Muslims are refusing treatment by female staff, and we women are now refusing to go among those migrants. Relations between the staff and migrants are going from bad to worse. Recall that under Biden, Mayorkas and Harris kept claiming ‘Congress has to act. We can’t do anything without them’. The situation is the same in Germany, UK, Europe. These policies obviously are acts of war against the UK and most of Europe. Western governments are doing it. The question is why. Just as Western societies are being infiltrated by people who often hate the West, so it must be that Western governments have been infiltrated by people who hate the West even more; who have planned this invasion and support it today with censorship and arrests for merely talking about it. In USA, this problem is at its worst with Jewish Supremacism. To even mention it is to be excoriated by unreasoning loudmouths or lectured by compromised politicians who surely know better. Politics is fundamentally a set of social relationships, and is policed by the same social relationships. To we the plebs, it is obvious how skewed our leadership is. At the very least, Benz should be asked by interviewers if he is a Jewish Supremist. And he should be asked to disavow Jewish Supremacy if he says no. People like Benz who appear to be working both sides of the street, should be asked if they are Jewish Supremists and/or if they disavow Jewish Supremacy.
