The FBI, CIA, ODNI and DOJ declassified the annex to the John Durham investigation of the origin of the Trump-Russia collusion hoax. The declassified annex was released today by Senator Chuck Grassley.
First, the basic outline. The John Durham Annex outlines how the CIA received information in mid-2016 from a “credible foreign source,” talking about Hillary Clinton’s campaign working with the FBI to manufacture a Trump-Russia conspiracy, as an October surprise.
Beginning in 2014 and continuing through 2016, Russian hackers gained access to the email accounts and main accounts of the Soros Foundation/Open Societies Foundation who was working with the DNC and Hillary Clinton campaign.
What the hackers discovered was a trove of information showing how the Clinton Campaign was constructing a smear job against Donald Trump with the manufacturing of a fraudulent Trump-Russia conspiracy. The emails and communication showed the Clinton Campaign was directly working with the FBI to create the smear.
A CIA source gained custody of the Russian analysis of the information. The information was then shared with the CIA, who evaluated the Russian framework as “authentic” and “valid.” The CIA then shared that information with the FBI, who said the information was “unreliable.”
Obviously, the FBI held a conflict of interest because the information received outlined their misconduct. So, the FBI claimed the information gained from the hack was false and likely Russian propaganda. However, the CIA deemed it credible because it was clearly happening in real time.
Additionally, this information was then used in the summer of 2016 by CIA Director John Brennan to brief President Obama on what the Russians knew about the Clinton Campaign working with the FBI to create this false political narrative.
Part of what the Russians knew from their intercepts was that President Obama would not support the Clinton campaign directly, but Obama had instructed Attorney General Loretta Lynch to assist Hillary Clinton’s efforts. Lynch would work with FBI officials to exonerate Hillary Clinton from her email server scandal and then greenlight the FBI to assist with the Trump-Russia smear.
The EPA has crafted a proposal that would undo the government’s “endangerment finding,” a determination that pollutants from burning fossil fuels, such as carbon dioxide and methane, can be regulated under the Clean Air Act.
The finding haslong served as the foundation for a host of policies and rules to address climate change. The EPA’s proposal to revoke the finding is currently under review by the White House Office of Management and Budget.
CIA Director John Ratcliffe appears on Fox News with Maria Bartiromo to discuss the recent releases from his office and from the office of DNI Tulsi Gabbard.
Within the interview Director Ratcliffe references the special counsel John Durham investigation, subsequent 306-page report, and then notes the 48-page classified appendix to the report. According to Ratcliffe he is in the process of declassifying and releasing the 48-page annex. Additionally, there are witness transcripts from Hillary Clinton, John Brennan, James Clapper and possibly Andrew McCabe that could be released.
Remember, James Comey refused to be interviewed by John Durham; however, Andrew McCabe gave under oath testimony to the OIG about Comey and that transcript fingering James Comey is cited on footnote #1207 of page 199 of the Durham report. WATCH:
Special Counsel John Durham clearly showed in his 306-page report with a 48-page classified appendix, that Russia did nothing to interfere in the 2016 election. The entire Russian Interference operation was a Clinton fabrication, later enhanced by a Federal Bureau of Investigation who used the fabrication as a cover-up justification to hide their surveillance of the Trump campaign.
There were no Russian diplomats involved; there was no Russian election interference; there was no Russian hacking of the DNC; it was all a fraud created by the intelligence community (IC), FBI and Main Justice to support Hillary Clinton’s lies and then cover their own targeting tracks.
I have wanted to read that 2019 transcript of FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe’s testimony about James Comey for six years. All indications from John Durham were that McCabe spilled details about Comey’s involvement.
By now, people are familiar with the construct of CIA operations involving Joseph Mifsud, a Maltese professor generally identified as a western intelligence operative who was tasked by the FBI/CIA to run an operation against Trump campaign official George Papadopoulos in both Italy (Rome) and London. {Go Deep} John Durham ignored him.
In a similar fashion, the FBI tasked U.S. intelligence asset Stefan Halper to target another Trump campaign official, Carter Page. Under the auspices of being a Cambridge Professor, Stefan Halper also targeted General Michael Flynn. Additionally, using assistance from a female FBI agent, under the false name Azra Turk, Halper also targeted Papadopoulos. Again, John Durham ignored it.
The initial operations to target Flynn, Papadopoulos and Page were all based overseas. This seemingly makes the CIA exploitation of the assets and the targets legal and much easier. If Durham went into this intelligence rabbit hole, there would be a paper trail that leads back to Robert Mueller. Durham didn’t go there.
The U.S. Supreme Court ruled 6-3 to uphold President Donald Trump’s order ending birthright citizenship for children of undocumented immigrants, blocking lower courts from halting his executive actions. The decision could create varying state citizenship laws and has sparked intense controversy.
This is a very good discussion. Gaetz was a member of Congress at the time and had first-hand experience with Brennan and other key players.
My understanding is this case is going to be much bigger than what has been revealed so far.
Gabbard hints at this by saying, ‘We’re going to continue to investigate… including election integrity’.

There is a high probability Gabbard is building and revealing this ‘treasonous conspiracy’ case in chronological order.
The conspiracy starts with Obama ordering the fraudulent document.
After the immediate coup during Trump’s first presidency and other malfeasances against Trump, the case will move on to the the fraudulent 2020 election; then to the Bidden puppet regime, most likely controlled by Obama and his co-conspirators.
The case involves legacy media to this day and, in truth, almost certainly foreign governments and intelligence services.
By making it a criminal conspiracy case, Bondi will be able to use evidence from ten years ago, since by law it is all admissible in court; it is all connected.

Surrendering our cities and citizens to disorder and fear is neither compassionate to the homeless nor other citizens. My Administration will take a new approach focused on protecting public safety.
Sec. 2. Restoring Civil Commitment. (a) The Attorney General, in consultation with the Secretary of Health and Human Services, shall take appropriate action to:

Official claim that Putin “aspired” to help Trump was based on four pieces of evidence, all bogus, even “ridiculous,” according to long-suppressed report just released by DNI Tulsi Gabbard
The January 6, 2017 Intelligence Community Assessment concluding that Russian President Vladimir Putin “developed a clear preference” for Donald Trump and “aspired to help his chances of victory” is revealed in a report released this morning by Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard to have been based on four pieces of evidence. One was the Steele Dossier. The surprise is that the other three were even less credible, each included over objections of the report’s CIA authors.
The first item was a “scant, unclear, and unverifiable fragment” of one sentence that the report’s five CIA authors read “five ways” and initially left out, only to have Director John Brennan order it back in. The second item was an email with “no date, no identified sender, no clear recipient, and no classification.” The third was supposedly backed by “liaison,” diplomatic, and press reporting, as well as signals intelligence (SIGINT), except the “SIGINT” didn’t mention Trump, the “liaison reporting” didn’t mention Trump and was from 2014, and the “diplomatic and media” reporting was a post-election review by a U.S. Ambassador citing a Russian pundit who said Putin and Trump should “work together like businessmen.” This was “evidence” that Putin “developed a clear preference” for Trump.
All three reports weren’t just unsourced and unreliable, but discarded fictions pulled out of the CIA’s trash heap. “They manipulated the manipulations,” is how ODNI Deputy Chief of Staff Alexa Henning put it.
The Russia Hoax ‘collusion delusion’ was exposed a long time ago, but now is supported by more evidence based on IC documents and the imprimatur of the DNI, Tulsi Gabbard.
This is potentially the biggest case in American political history.
My understanding is this ‘treasonous conspiracy’ does not end with these four pieces of evidence. It is going to extend to the even more serious 2020 election theft and beyond. ABN

Main Justice has announced the formation of a DOJ strike force to assemble and assess the evidence provided by Director of National Intelligence, Tulsi Gabbard, against former intelligence and government officials.
This will require the DOJ to take a new approach, extracting information from multiple silos and then overlaying context to the content therein.
That’s essentially the new approach that DNI Gabbard has taken to break down the silo defenses, and this is the first time since I’ve been outlining how they self-protect that someone (DNI) has actually done the extracting and cross-referencing.
Dept of Justice – WASHINGTON – Today, the Department of Justice announced the formation of a Strike Force to assess the evidence publicized by Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard and investigate potential next legal steps which might stem from DNI Gabbard’s disclosures.
This Department takes alleged weaponization of the intelligence community with the utmost seriousness.
Upon the formation of the Strike Force, Attorney General Pamela Bondi stated:

Don’t underestimate how radical and challenging this type of an approach is going to be.
OIG Michael Horowitz never could attempt it (not authorized), SC John Durham was not permitted to do it (not authorized); the House Select Sub-Committee on Govt Weaponization ran away with hair on fire at even the suggestion of doing it (ask me how I know), and no modern internal investigative unit has ever been allowed to extract national security information from multiple IC institutions, and review it in context.
The DC intel silos are built so their lack of sharing creates a natural defense mechanism; there is no cross-reference capability. DNI Tulsi Gabbard has the unique ability -due to her position- of reaching into each IC silo regardless of their effort to stop her. That’s what has led to this point.
If the DOJ is successful, things could change; but that’s a very big ‘if’.
The entire mechanism of the USIC, led by defenses from the Senate Intel Committee (Cotton), will do everything to stop any internal extraction and review of their silo information. “National security” claims will run rampant. This will be a heavy lift requiring Executive Office support and coordination at every level.
Very serious lines were crossed by the perps. Their actions were treasonous.
At some point lines like these have to be enforced.
The line-crossing was a slippery slope which began before Obama and got worse during his term.
He is the one who turned the Patriot Act against US citizens and his political opponents.
I doubt Obama will be prosecuted for his role in the coup d’état, but punishing lesser actors may send nearly as valuable a message to federal employees if not to the American public.

Some are saying Obama has a ”kill switch’ which he will use if he gets seriously busted. I hope he does have that switch because it will reveal plenty, maybe including who his bosses are. ABN
