How to reform the FBI

You want to reform the FBI?

Cool.

Try this.

#1) Send out an email to every field office, agent, division and contractor within the FBI asking every participant in Crossfire Hurricane or the Mueller investigation to report to the auditorium in DC on XXX date.

#2) Have big buffet and coffee set up. Now, with all of them seated in the audience, take their cell phones, laptops and electronic devices away, and give each of them a piece of paper and ask them to write down the names of every single person they interacted with during their investigative duty.  Give them one hour to complete the task.

#3) Retrieve their notes.  Send them to lunch (provided), as you review the lists.  [Cell phones, laptops and electronic devices remain on side of the room where they placed them.]

#4) When they return, tell them all to stand up as you read the names from the lists.  As their name is called, they can sit down.

#5) At the conclusion of reading the list, almost everyone should be seated, correct?  Those who remain standing are unknown to the FBI investigators in the room.  Tell those standing people to leave and assembled in an adjacent room, under watch.

#6) After the small group departs (if any), ask these questions:

A) If you were aware, or if you suspected, you were participating in a fraudulent investigation motivated by politics, please stand up.

=> Announce those people are fired for cause.  Fired for violating their oath of office.

Escort them out.

Turn back to those remain seated.

A) If you *DID NOT KNOW* you were participating in a fraudulent FBI investigation, motivated by politics, please stand up.

=>  Announce those people are fired for cause.  Fired for not being smart enough to carry out their oath of office.

Escort them out.

The room should be empty.

#7) Now,… Final Detail.  Perhaps you have an adjacent room with a few people that no one in the FBI knows who they are or what they were doing there.  These were not named on any list created by the FBI employees who conducted “Crossfire Hurricane” or the “Mueller probe.”

That’s the CIA plant(s) in the room.

Talking about the Jewish people without talking about their very large proportion of Jewish Supremists is deliberately dishonest and misleading. Jewish Supremacy harms the Jewish people as much as anyone else. In many other respects, I have come to like Rubio. I used to think he was a weasel and a liar. In this case, he may only be kowtowing to JS because there simply is no other way forward for him or USA. I am a pragmatist and do understand this POV. I am a pragmatist and also understand this POV is eroding significantly. Rubio should be asked by every honest journalist if he disavows Jewish Supremacy. All prominent politicians, influencers, and Jews should be asked this question. ABN

Free speech is among the most cherished rights we enjoy as Americans. This right, legally enshrined in our constitution, has set us apart as a beacon of freedom around the world.  Even as we take action to reject censorship at home, we see troubling instances of foreign governments and foreign officials picking up the slack.  In some instances, foreign officials have taken flagrant censorship actions against U.S. tech companies and U.S. citizens and residents when they have no authority to do so.

Today, I am announcing a new visa restriction policy that will apply to foreign nationals who are responsible for censorship of protected expression in the United States.  It is unacceptable for foreign officials to issue or threaten arrest warrants on U.S. citizens or U.S. residents for social media posts on American platforms while physically present on U.S. soil.  It is similarly unacceptable for foreign officials to demand that American tech platforms adopt global content moderation policies or engage in censorship activity that reaches beyond their authority and into the United States.  We will not tolerate encroachments upon American sovereignty, especially when such encroachments undermine the exercise of our fundamental right to free speech.

This visa restriction policy is pursuant to Section 212(a)(3)(C) of the Immigration and Nationality Act, which authorizes the Secretary of State to render inadmissible any alien whose entry into the Unites States “would have potentially serious adverse foreign policy consequences for the United States.”  Certain family members may also be covered by these restrictions.

Jussie Smollett pays $50K to charity to settle with Chicago six years after ‘hate crime’ hoax

Jussie Smollett has reached a settlement with the city of Chicago over the 2019 ‘hate crime‘ hoax lawsuit. 

Smollett was convicted in December 2021 for lying to police about an alleged episode in Chicago two years before, where he claimed two men beat him, yelled homophobic slurs and placed a noose around his neck while wearing MAGA hats. 

The city of Chicago’s Law Department filed a civil lawsuit against him in 2019 to recover over $130,000 in costs incurred investigating his allegedly staged attack, after he failed to meet a city-imposed payment deadline.

The case, which had dragged on for six years, was finally put to rest by both sides through a settlement. 

The terms of his settlement require that Smollett pays $50,000 to a charity of his choice, instead of paying the six-figures in restitution for the investigation, as per TMZ.

Supreme Court orders Maine House to restore vote of GOP lawmaker who ID-ed trans teen athlete online

WASHINGTON (AP) — The Supreme Court on Tuesday ordered the Maine legislature to count the votes of a GOP lawmaker who was censured after she identified a transgender teen athlete in a viral social-media post.

The court majority sided with Rep. Laurel Libby, who filed an emergency appeal to restore her ability to vote while her lawsuit over the punishment plays out. There were two noted dissents, Justices Sonia Sotomayor and Ketanji Brown Jackson.

The majority did not explain its reasoning, as is typical on the court’s emergency docket.

It wasn’t his idea to Open the Border, and almost destroy our Country, and cost us Hundreds of Billions of Dollars to get criminals out of our Country, and go through the process we are going through now. It was the people that knew he was cognitively impaired, and that took over the Autopen. They stole the Presidency of the United States, and put us in Great Danger. This is TREASON at the Highest Level! They did it to destroy our Country. The Joe Biden that everybody knew would never allow drug dealers, gang members, and the mentally insane to come into our Country totally unchecked and unvetted. All anyone has to do is look up his record. Something very severe should happen to these Treasonous Thugs that wanted to destroy our Country, but couldn’t, because I came along. It was treason and the people who managed, led, paid for, abetted, and planned the invasion should be named and prosecuted. There is nothing petty or personal or partisan about holding them accountable for their acts of war against USA and USA citizens. Harris, Mayorkas, and Garland should be at or near the top of that list because not only did they do the deed, they also repeatedly lied about it, loudly claiming in public ‘there is nothing we can do. Congress must act’. Most of SCOTUS is not far behind as an injudicious majority of discourteous anti-intellectual bench-warmers have repeatedly ruled in favor of the invasion and in disfavor of ousting the invaders. The disproportionality of their rulings is a blatant insult to reason itself, let alone the grand tradition of American law. ABN

There has been a lot of discussion about who was running the Biden administration against the backdrop of numerous revelations about his cognitive incapacity while in office.  However, one key point keeps being overlooked about the DOJ during his tenure.

Merrick Garland was not selected to be Joe Biden’s Attorney General because the crew in control of the events wanted Merrick Garland as Attorney General.  Garland was removed from his position as DC Circuit Court Justice in order to make room for Ketanji Brown-Jackson to take Garland’s place, get Senate confirmed and then await the resignation of Supreme Court Justice Stephen Bryer. {GO DEEP}

As a standalone Supreme Court nominee, Judge Ketanji Brown-Jackson would have been a radical pick.  Judge Brown-Jackson was a known activist in the DC District Court; however, by removing Garland as chief circuit justice and replacing him with KBJ, who needed Senate confirmation as chief circuit justice, she could get through a later Senate confirmation easier and then sit on the Supreme Court for thirty years.  Garland was removed to make room for KBJ.  It was a strategy.

Garland was a U.S. Attorney General in name only.  The actual lead of the DOJ was from Obama’s crew, Deputy AG Lisa Monaco.

James Comey is escorted from his home as he’s investigated for ‘threat’ against Donald Trump

Former FBI Director James Comey was escorted from his home to be interviewed by the Secret Service about a social media post that Republicans insisted was a call for violence against President Donald Trump.

CNN showed video of Comey, 64, leaving his house in his suburban Virginia and heading to the Secret Service’s Washington field office just before 6pm.

The interview is part of an ongoing Trump administration investigation and is expected to help investigators assess the purpose and intent of the post, and whether Comey intended to communicate a threat to the president, which he flatly denied.

Any decision on whether charges should be filed would be up to Attorney General Pam Bondi, Trump said on Friday, though there’s a high bar in proving that comments or posts amount to direct threats of violence.

The interview is standard for the Secret Service while investigating comments perceived as potentially threatening.

At issue is an Instagram post from Thursday in which Comey wrote ‘cool shell formation on my beach walk’ under a picture of seashells that appeared to form the shapes for ’86 47.’
