Federal judge approves Trump’s use of Alien Enemies Act in deporting Tren de Aragua gang members

A judge appointed by Donald Trump ruled the president can use the Alien Enemies Act to deport Venezuelan citizens who are alleged to be members of the Tren de Aragua gang.

The ruling Tuesday from U.S. District Judge Stephanie Haines in Pennsylvania appears to be the first time a federal judge has signed off on Trump’s proclamation calling Tren de Aragua a foreign terrorist organization.

The ruling doesn’t address whether the administration can remove people under other immigration laws, nor does it address whether Trump can invoke the Alien Enemies Act to deport people who simply migrated to the U.S. and who aren’t members of a foreign terrorist organization, Haines wrote.

She also did not weigh in on whether people suspected of being members of other gangs could be removed under the act.

But she did say the Act can be used to remove Venezuelan citizens who are at least 14 years old, who are in the U.S. without legal immigration status, and who are members of Tren de Aragua.

‘Having done its job, the Court now leaves it to the Political Branches of the government, and ultimately to the people who elect those individuals, to decide whether the laws and those executing them continue to reflect their will,’ Haines wrote.

The punishment should fit the crime. And the law should fit the situation. Twenty-one million illegal aliens illegally imported under Biden in four years should by law be removed in less than four years. Best case is existing laws are used to fit the situation, including prosecuting Biden officials for treason. Mass immigration at that scale is an act of war. Biden administration falsely claimed that there was nothing they could do because Congress needed to pass ‘comprehensive immigration laws’. Trump fixed the problem in a matter of days with existing laws. proving what we all already knew — that Biden, Harris and Mayorkas were criminally lying. The public focus on naming Epstein’s clients is appropriate but so also should we focus on naming the traitors who aided and abetted the Biden-approved invasion. ABN

For many years the World has wondered why Prescription Drugs and Pharmaceuticals in the United States States of America were SO MUCH HIGHER IN PRICE THAN THEY WERE IN ANY OTHER NATION, SOMETIMES BEING FIVE TO TEN TIMES MORE EXPENSIVE THAN THE SAME DRUG, MANUFACTURED IN THE EXACT SAME LABORATORY OR PLANT, BY THE SAME COMPANY??? It was always difficult to explain and very embarrassing because, in fact, there was no correct or rightful answer. The Pharmaceutical/Drug Companies would say, for years, that it was Research and Development Costs, and that all of these costs were, and would be, for no reason whatsoever, borne by the “suckers” of America, ALONE. Campaign Contributions can do wonders, but not with me, and not with the Republican Party. We are going to do the right thing, something that the Democrats have fought for many years. Therefore, I am pleased to announce that Tomorrow morning, in the White House, at 9:00 A.M., I will be signing one of the most consequential Executive Orders in our Country’s history. Prescription Drug and Pharmaceutical prices will be REDUCED, almost immediately, by 30% to 80%. Trump Suspending More Maine Funds — This Time Over Discriminatory Quotas

The Trump administration is suspending all U.S. Interior Department grants to Maine, due to discriminatory sex-based quotas from the state’s Department of Inland Fisheries and Wildlife.

The move follows the Trump administration’s decision to freeze other federal dollars in the state over investigations into Democrat Gov. Janet Mills’ refusal to protect girls’ sports, in apparent violation of Title IX rules.

“The MDIFW’s policy discriminates in the composition of hiring panels by requiring a quota based on sex,” a letter from U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Regional Director Paul Souza to MDIFW Commissioner Judy Camuso said, as first reported by The Maine Wire.

The letter, dated Thursday, told Camuso that all federal grant funding to MDIFW will stop by May 15.

Todd Blanche, D John Sauer and Ed Martin are Very Serious People

Deputy U.S Attorney General Todd Blanche, United States Solicitor General D. John Sauer, and Dept of Justice Investigative Lead, Attorney Ed Martin, are very serious people in Main Justice.

The deliberate nature of the trio recently resulted in the Senate division of the weaponized DC system, rejecting the nomination of Ed Martin to lead the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Washington DC.  The need for control is a reaction to fear. Apparently, the DeceptiCons were fraught.

DAG Blanche coordinates and prioritizes the day-to-day USAO office activity around the country.  Blanche is the general in charge of eliminating Lawfare efforts.  Solicitor General Sauer faces the Supreme Court.  Sauer is the general in charge of framing the arguments from Blanche that reach the court.  Meanwhile, DC USAO Martin, now with position changed to Presidential Appointment Martin in charge of investigating weaponized justice efforts, is the lead investigator on all enmeshed corruption within Washington DC.

Blanche, Sauer and Martin are serious and purposefully driven men.

In our discussions and outlines CTH does not trade in hopium, nor do we promote the popular albeit nonsensical and futile anticorruption efforts favored by most high-profile media types.  The reality of the DC silo system is not easily understood, and that is entirely by design.  High profiles may generate headlines, but do not generate adequate results as increasingly evidenced by AG Bondi, Director Patel and Deputy Bongino, all performers.

As the Washington DC USAO, Ed Martin was in position to address the known and documented activity of a variety of former DOJ officials.  There’s a strong argument to be made that’s the reason why the DOJ’s corrupt allies in congress moved to eliminate the threat Martin represented.  However, their collective result didn’t remove him, nor did it change the objective, it just changed Mr Martin’s title.

Whereas Washington DC USAO Ed Martin previously carried the authority of the Attorney General, in the changed dynamic special appointee ADAG Ed Martin now carries the authority of the President of the United States.  A serendipitous outcome.

Weaponization czar Ed Martin quietly probed Russiagate foes for months, teases ‘no limit to the targets’

After a revolt in the GOP-led Senate tanked interim US attorney for DC Ed Martin’s nomination this week, President Trump abruptly named him as his weaponization czar, seemingly as a consolation prize.

But behind the scenes, Martin has spent months leveraging his perch as top federal DC prosecutor and quietly operating as a tip of the spear in the administration’s war against Russiagate villains, Capitol riot prosecutions and lawfare, The Post has learned.

Now that his responsibilities have been sharpened, Martin anticipates there “may be no limit to the targets” the Justice Department’s Weaponization Working Group will pursue under his watch, since there “was no limit to the weaponization.”

“It’s a nationwide and frankly, international docket where the government was used against the citizens, where the government was weaponized,” Martin told The Post about his plans for the weaponization working group.

“Sometimes there’ll be crimes involved, in which case we’ll prosecute. Sometimes there’ll be just the need to make clear this is not how it’s supposed to go.”

Why was this information withheld in the first place? — James O’Keefe on DOJ only yesterday revealing Epstein’s ‘tens of thousands of videos involving little kids’

O’Keefe makes a good point and it does appear that Bondi’s admission on May 7 was prompted by his message to her. She did admit it and it is good that we now officially know the FBI is holding ‘tens of thousands of videos with little kids’ in its ‘Epstein files’. The public must now (or very soon) be told in excruciating detail how these videos were made, who the adults involved were, and how this material was used as blackmail, and if not blackmail what was it used for? Conspiracy theorists have been correctly assuming for years that these videos exist and that they are part of the control mechanism that has turned the face of the US government into a gaggle of cucks, traitors, cowards, and thieves. This is actually what we want to know about. Who was in the videos and who was being blackmailed. I am OK with giving her more time because Trump supports her and the evidence must be voluminous. Most of us, including me, have believed the Epstein tapes have long been destroyed because so many prominent people are implicated. But who knows? Maybe the videos still exist and something will yet come of this. I personally believe Epstein is alive and well, having been squirreled out of prison by Mossad or similar. ABN

It provides a good view of what Trump and his people are doing and why, and how successful they are and expect to be in the future.
