Attorney General Pam Bondi on Wednesday ordered a freeze on federal funding to sanctuary cities after being sworn in to office the same day.
While on campaign, President Donald Trump had vowed to pull funding from cities that refused to cooperate with federal immigration authorities. Since taking office, he has pursued deportation efforts across the nation, including in sanctuary cities such as Chicago.
Bondi’s funding freeze came amid a series of day one orders for the new attorney general, which also included a directive to clamp down on political weaponization within the agency, Fox News reported.
“Thank you, President Trump. I’ve known you for many, many years, and I will not let you down,” she said at her swearing in. “I am truly honored, honored that you have asked me to take on this role, and I will make you proud, and I will make this country proud.”

None of the Vindmans received a pardon from Biden, causing me to wonder if Biden cut a deal with Trump. Give us the Vindmans and we will leave you and your family alone. Seriously, the arrogance, hubris and sentiment of being above all accountability is just too thick. You just cannot make this stuff up.
It is a basic Buddhist moral tenet that you must be aware of whom you are helping and why. It is not right to just give to anyone who claims they need help. I am sure many Christians or Christian-influenced peoples in the West have made this mistake of unwise giving personally, as well as collectively through government misguided largess. Throwing away $250 million on a Somali clan scam ironically named ‘Feeding Our Future’ is a perfect example of unwise giving, as is allowing criminally inclined clans free access to our country where they can engage in this sort of behavior, often with impunity. Every honest American should learn as much as possible about basic anthropology. How clans are formed and how they shape both group and individual psychology. How clans influence religious understanding and behavior. Why clans hold their own values above all others, including the laws of USA. In this context, it might be good to point out that Ashkenazi Jews are essentially a huge clan which evolved from some 300 Jewish men breeding with a similar number of non-Jewish Caucasian women around 800 AD in what is now northern Italy. They call themselves a ‘tribe’, which is a more accurate term but the intragroup dynamics are much the same. Ashkenazim have been acting like a separate tribe within the West ever since. Their population exploded in Poland-Lithuania under the Arenda System. That population explosion was the largest in recorded history and is a certain sign that they were doing extremely well exploiting the labor and helplessness of Eastern European peasants. Ultimate blame lies also with the Polish so-called ‘nobles’ who enabled the Arenda System. I think it is obvious that period was when Jews cemented their parasitic attitudes and methods towards their host nations in the West. Jews flocked to Eastern Europe in those days not just because they were being kicked out of Western Europe but also because the money was so damn good. In the closing weeks of the 2020 Presidential campaign, at least 51 former intelligence officials coordinated with the Biden campaign to issue a letter discrediting the reporting that President Joseph R. Biden’s son had abandoned his laptop at a computer repair business. Signatories of the letter falsely suggested that the news story was part of a Russian disinformation campaign.
Before being issued, the letter was sent to the CIA Prepublication Classification Review Board, the body typically assigned to formally evaluate the sensitive nature of documents prior to publication. Senior CIA officials were made aware of the contents of the letter, and multiple signatories held clearances at the time and maintained ongoing contractual relationships with the CIA.
Federal policymakers must be able to rely on analysis conducted by the Intelligence Community and be confident that it is accurate, crafted with professionalism, and free from politically motivated engineering to affect political outcomes in the United States. The signatories willfully weaponized the gravitas of the Intelligence Community to manipulate the political process and undermine our democratic institutions. This fabrication of the imprimatur of the Intelligence Community to suppress information essential to the American people during a Presidential election is an egregious breach of trust reminiscent of a third world country. And now the faith of Americans in all other patriotic intelligence professionals who are sworn to protect the Nation has been imperiled.
There’s no sympathy for Bob Menendez at all; however, all things considered, he was convicted of doing the same thing that every Senator on the Senate Foreign Relations Committee does, and the same thing that Joe Biden did for decades… Sell the influence of their office to foreign countries. Border czar Tom Homan says he is not satisfied with the pace of migrant deportations – despite ICE’s ‘unprecedented’ number of arrests – and claims the US needs to ‘open the aperture up’ and carry out ‘more deportations’.
MULTAN, Pakistan (AP) — A Pakistani court Saturday sentenced four people to death for blasphemy, allegedly because they posted sacrilegious material on social media about Islamic religious figures and the Quran. Their lawyer said appeal preparations are underway.
Under the country’s blasphemy laws, anyone found guilty of insulting Islam or its religious figures can be sentenced to death. Authorities have yet to carry out such a penalty, although the accusation of blasphemy and opposition to the law can incite mob violence or reprisals.
Judge Tariq Ayub in the city of Rawalpindi declared that blasphemy, disrespect to holy figures, and desecration of the Quran were unforgivable offenses and left no room for leniency.
Along with the death sentences, the judge imposed collective fines of 4.6 million rupees (around $16,500) and handed down jail terms to each of the four should a higher court overturn their death sentences.
