Idaho Health Board First in U.S. to Defy CDC and FDA by Removing COVID Vaccines From Clinics
Idaho’s Southwest District Health will no longer offer COVID-19 vaccines after its board voted 4-3 last week to pull the shots from the 30 locations where it provides healthcare services.
“It’s the first health agency in America to do that,” Laura Demaray, a Southwest Idaho resident and nurse who attended the Oct. 22 vote, told The Defender.
Miste Karlfeldt, executive director of Health Freedom Idaho, agreed that the board’s vote is historic. “It’s thrilling,” she told The Defender.
The board’s vote came after it received about 300 public comments urging the district, which encompasses six counties, to stop promoting the shots.

Musk is part of the only good elite faction that has a chance to take power in the coming ‘elections’. Democracy is a fantasy. Even in its ideal form with honest elections, it cannot work in a world with so many uninformed and stupid people. Maybe after a few generations of digital babies when IQs have soared, something like democracy will work. But not today. Ergo, all we have are choices between elite factions. Musk is in the Trump, RFK, Ramaswamy, Patel, Carlson faction. These guys are much better than the cloak-and-dagger Obummer faction. Musk is a member of the elite because he is rich. How he got there only he knows. Clearly, he at least did not piss off the wrong people and probably was aided by the right people, whoever they are. That said, he does seem to be good at running companies and honestly care about USA core civilizational values, laws, and traditions. He is much better than Gates or Zuckerberg. FED. JUDGE SAYS NY’S PRIVATE PROPERTY CARRY RESTRICTION IS UNCONSTITUTIONAL
BELLEVUE, WA – A federal district court judge in New York has ruled that the state’s restriction against concealed carry on private property open to the public is unconstitutional, handing a victory to the Second Amendment Foundation in a case known as Christian v. James.
U.S. District Judge John L. Sinatra, Jr. issued a 43-page decision in which he observed, “The Nation’s historical traditions have not countenanced such a curtailment of the right to keep and bear arms. Indeed, the right to self-defense is equally important—and equally recognized—on then vast swaths of private property open to the public across New York State.”
“We are delighted with Judge Sinatra’s ruling,” said SAF founder and Executive Vice President Alan M. Gottlieb. “Once again, Empire State anti-gunners have been held in check by a judge who understands the Second Amendment is not a second-class right. The State tried to perpetuate its virtual ban on legal carry by prohibiting firearms on all private property open to the public for whatever reason, and the judge correctly said this restriction does not pass constitutional muster.”
Effects of not using IQ tests for hiring
If an employer isn’t legally permitted to use the most reliable measure of mental ability that exists (IQ tests) when hiring employees for cognitively-demanding positions, it will be limited to less reliable proxy indicators of intelligence like the quality of colleges attended and GPA. This encourages credentialism and boosts the value of a college degree, thereby increasing the demand for undergraduate and graduate-level education, which gives colleges an opportunity to raise tuition costs faster than the overall inflation rate. The extra dollars brought in with increased tuition get increasingly pushed into peripheral administrative activities (like DEI) unrelated to the essential function of a university, and into boutique and heavily-ideological areas of studies.

Colorado Judge Matthew Barrett, a Democrat appointee, sentenced 69-year-old former Mesa County clerk Tina Peters to 9 years in prison.
What was her crime?
Tina Peters took a screen-shot of the election tabulation source code.

This is the source code Tina Peters was allowed to archive and access as an election record under Colorado law.
But Tina Peters got bad advice, and she didn’t jump through the right hoops.
So Democrat Colorado Secretary of State Jena Griswold, a partisan slob who also unconstitutionally removed Trump from the Colorado ballot, destroyed Tina Peters’ life.
Truly a grotesque miscarriage of justice today in Colorado.

MASSACHUSETTES: Ballot Question 4 on ‘natural psychedelic therapy’
Question 4 is a citizen-led ballot question supported by military veterans, doctors, caregivers, and others who are affected by our mental health crisis. The measure will create a carefully regulated therapeutic program for adults to access natural psychedelic medicines that show promise for treating serious mental health conditions.
Under Question 4, natural psychedelic medicine therapy will be administered under the supervision and guidance of a trained, licensed professional at regulated therapy centers. Retail sales of psychedelic medicines will not be permitted.
Voting Yes on Question 4 will give veterans, patients with end-of-life distress, and people who are suffering access to this life-saving mental health tool.
I support this and do not believe it violates the Fifth Precept. Moreover, psychedelics can valuably be used for more than just ‘serious mental health conditions’. They can also be life-enhancing for people who may not be aware there is more to the mind than the drudgery of being ‘normal’. It is not the job of government to tell citizens which plants they can grow and use. Laws against them are counterproductive due to denying citizens valuable experiences while also exposing them to dangerous substances fraudulently sold as natural psychedelics. For Buddhists, soma and psychedelics were widely available in the Buddha’s day and he never said a word against them. ABN
