Coordination Between J6 Committee and Politically Motivated DOJ is Intended to Break Attorney-Client Firewalls in Trump Targeting Effort
The long-term motives and plans of the J6 committee and their coordination with the DOJ are starting to come into increased clarity as the mid-term elections draw near.
A key indicator of the strategy from within the J6/DOJ effort surfaced when the quasi-constitutional “committee” sent a subpoena to former President Trump legal counsel Pat Cipollone, then leaked the subpoena, then leaked the testimony, then shaped, edited and broadcast the testimony during their prime-time broadcast. After the J6 broadcast, attorney Cipollene was then subpoenaed by the DOJ and recent reports indicate he is being called to testify before a grand jury.
The legal strategy, hereafter called by what it is, a Lawfare strategy, is now clear.

DeSantis Sends Cops To Physically Remove Suspended ‘Soros-Backed’ State Attorney
Update: DeSantis sent state police to physically remove Warren from his office, “with access only to retrieve his personal belongings, and (ii) to ensure that no files, papers, documents, notes, records, computers, or removable storage media are removed from the Office of the State Attorney…”
“The constitution of Florida has vested the veto power in the governor, not in individual state attorneys,” DeSantis said. “so, when you flagrantly violate your oath of office .. when you make yourself above the law, you have violated your duty and you have neglected your duty, and you are displaying a lack of competence to be able to perform those duties,” he continued.

BIG VICTORY for RELIGIOUS FREEDOM: Illinois health care workers win lawsuit against employer who unlawfully denied RELIGIOUS EXEMPTION from covid vaccine MANDATE
Today, Liberty Counsel settled the nation’s first classwide lawsuit for health care workers over a COVID shot mandate, for more than $10.3 million. The class action settlement against NorthShore University HealthSystem is on behalf of more than 500 current and former health care workers who were unlawfully discriminated against and denied religious exemptions from the COVID shot mandate. The agreed upon settlement was filed today in the federal Northern District Court of Illinois.
As a result of the settlement, NorthShore will pay $10,337,500 to compensate these health care employees who were victims of religious discrimination, and who were punished for their religious beliefs against taking an injection associated with aborted fetal cells.
This is a historic, first-of-its-kind class action settlement against a private employer who unlawfully denied hundreds of religious exemption requests to COVID-19 shots.
…As part of the settlement agreement, NorthShore will also change its unlawful “no religious accommodations” policy to make it consistent with the law, and to provide religious accommodations in every position across its numerous facilities. No position in any NorthShore facility will be considered off limits to unvaccinated employees with approved religious exemptions.
In addition, employees who were terminated because of their religious refusal of the COVID shots will be eligible for rehire if they apply within 90 days of final settlement approval by the court, and they will retain their previous seniority level.

Ultimately, religious freedom means freedom to act on your own conscience. This is not just a freedom for established religions or for people who have a note from their priest. It is an unalienable right of all people and no one shall infringe it. All freedom-loving people should be delighted with this decision. I hope we see many more like it. ABN
President Trump warns CNN of lawsuit
President Donald Trump notified CNN of his intention to file a lawsuit against the network for “repeated defamatory statements” in a statement Wednesday.
Ifrah Law, a Washington-based law firm, filed a Notice of Intent ordering the network, under Florida Statute § 770.02, to “publish a full and fair correction, apology, or retraction” in published pieces or broadcasts that allegedly made “false statements” about the former president. The notice warned that failure to issue an apology will result in a lawsuit.
“Failure to publish such a correction, apology, or retraction will result in the filing of a lawsuit and damages being sought against you, CNN,” the document warned.

A federal judge has ordered the Biden administration to hand over communication documents between the federal government and big tech companies
U.S. District Court Judge Terry Doughty, of the Western District of Louisiana, granted the order of discovery sought by Republican Attorneys General Eric Schmitt of Missouri and Jeff Landry of Louisiana.
President Joe Biden, members of his administration, and select social media companies must turn over documents and answer questions within the next 30 days during a discovery phase of a lawsuit alleging collusion to suppress freedom of speech, a court ruled.
The attorneys general of Louisiana and Missouri filed a lawsuit in May alleging Biden and eight high-ranking members of his administration and the government colluded with and/or coerced social media companies Meta, Twitter, and YouTube to suppress “disfavored speakers, viewpoints, and content on social medial platforms.”

Dr Mary Bowden Files $25 Million Defamation Lawsuit Against Houston Methodist Hospital
…“Eight months ago, I received probably one of the most startling text messages I have ever received in my life,” said Bowden during a Monday press conference alongside her consultant Wayne Dolcefino. “And it was a reporter from the Houston Chronicle asking me to confirm: ‘Is it true that your privileges have been suspended from Houston Methodist?’”
Bowden explained that someone from the hospital had gone to the Houston Chronicle to publicize their suspension of her hospital privileges. After receiving the text, she found an email notice from the hospital. That same day, November 12, the hospital’s social media account blasted to 23,000 followers, “Dr. Bowden, who has never admitted a patient at Houston Methodist Hospital, is spreading dangerous misinformation which is not based in science.”

Texas Dr. Mary Talley Bowden, who treats patients with COVID, is filing a $25 million defamation lawsuit against Houston Methodist Hospital and its CEO, Dr. Mark Boom, on Monday in Harris County District Court.
Bowden alleges that the hospital “retaliated” against her after she publically spoke out against vaccine mandates and for treating COVID-19 with the medication Ivermectin.
She claims Methodist posted statements about her on Twitter and to the media that damaged her reputation as a medical professional.
