Is Racial Discrimination Illegal or Not?

…I’m glad the government has been ordered to stop discriminating against people like me. It’s about time. Government should treat people equally. However, individuals and private companies should have the right to discriminate — on any grounds. That Civil Rights Act of 1964 deprived Americans of the ancient and fundamental right to choose their associates. At present, it is tempting to applaud when Donald Trump says he is going to stop racial discrimination in the private sector, because most of that discrimination is against whites.

But ultimately, I want complete freedom of association, and that means the right of private citizens to discriminate in all areas of their lives — for good reasons, bad reasons, or no reason at all.

I agree with this because no matter what the law says powerful groups and parasitic ethno-gangs are doing it anyway, all the time. The biggest mistake in the US Constitution is the failure of the First Amendment to make ‘freedom of association’ an inalienable right. ABN

University of Maine to comply with Trump’s policy of keeping men out of women’s sports

WASHINGTON, March 19, 2025 – After the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) initiated a Title IX compliance review regarding federal funding, the University of Maine System (UMaine) has clearly communicated its compliance with Title IX’s requirement to protect equal opportunities for women and girls to compete in safe and fair sports, as articulated in President Donald J. Trump’s Executive Order. Any false claim by the UMaine can, and will, result in onerous and even potentially criminal financial liability.

UMaine’s decision to side with sanity is a win for women and girls in Maine.

USDA provides substantial federal funding to recipients in Maine, including the University of Maine System and its components. Last month, USDA initiated an investigation regarding UMaine policies to assess compliance with Title IX and the President’s Executive Order after concerns arose regarding Maine’s compliance. By February 26, 2025, UMaine responded to USDA’s questions by representing to the government that UMaine does not permit males to participate in women’s sports, and that UMaine does not have males participating in women’s sports. Specifically, UMaine confirmed that they:

  • Do not permit a male student-athlete to identify as a female student-athlete to establish individual eligibility for NCAA-sanctioned women’s sports.
  • Do not permit a male to participate in individual or team contact sports with females.
  • Comply with NCAA regulations and do not permit a male student athlete to participate in NCAA-sanctioned women’s sports.

This flap all but certainly proves there is real division between elite factions in USA. Trump and the activist judges, including Roberts, are not on the same side. What the judges are doing looks amateur. They lack not only a professional sense of public imaging but also good reason to do what they are doing. One can only assume they are desperate to prevent exposure of something even worse than massive corruption throughout the government. They appear to be battling for their elite faction’s hold on power. These rabbit holes are deep and ugly. Almost all of Congress is rolling in ill-gotten gains from (CIA-controlled) USAID NGOs. Now, even SCOTUS has no moral compass. ABN

Once a president is forced by judicial insurrectionists to ignore their diktats and finally realizes the only power they ever had was a common belief they were legitimate, it’s over. And let me tell you: the fuel gauge needle on that legitimacy tank is starting to point at E due to the ongoing insanity of unelected tyrants in robes. Once that tank is dry, it’s over, because no president or Congress would ever again have any reason to defer to the whims of a cabal viewed as lawless and illegitimate by the people of this country.

John Roberts can do the right thing and end this nonsense forthwith, or he can continue to indulge his inner coward and go down in history as the man who killed off the American experiment in democratic rule of law on the eve of its 250th birthday.

Office Of Civil Rights Rules Maine Violated Title IX By Allowing Male In Women’s Sports

The Department of Education launched an investigation into the state of Maine after a trans-identifying male track athlete won a state title in girls’ pole-vaulting last month.

On Monday, the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Office for Civil Rights announced that the Maine Department of Education, the Maine Principals’ Association, and Greely High School are each in violation of Title IX.

“The Maine Department of Education may not shirk its obligations under Federal law by ceding control of its extracurricular activities, programs, and services to the Maine Principals’ Association,” Anthony Archeval, Acting Director of the Office for Civil Rights at HHS, said in a press release. 

“We hope the Maine Department of Education, the Maine Principals’ Association, and Greely High School will work with us to come to an agreement that restores fairness in women’s sports.”

Maine Court Says Doctor Who Injected 5-Year-Old with COVID-19 Vaccine Without Parental Consent Has Immunity

The young Maine child who was given a controversial and experimental Pfizer-BioNTech mRNA injection at a public school without his parents consent may not have immunity from Covid-19. But the doctor who delivered the non-consensual shot and the powerful hospital system that supplied it do. Legal immunity, that is.

The Maine Supreme Judicial Court decided on March 4 in Hogan v. Lincoln Medical Partners that the hospital system and its affiliates are fully immune from legal liability after administering an experimental mRNA injection to a five-year-old child without parental consent.

The ruling, issued March 4, affirms a lower court decision that dismissed the case brought by parents Jeremiah Hogan and Siara Jean Harrington, whose child was injected with the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 shot at a school clinic in November 2021. The couple had sued the healthcare provider, its parent company MaineHealth, and the physician who administered the shot, alleging a litany of offenses, including medical malpractice, battery, false imprisonment, and intentional infliction of emotional distress.

MaineHealth is the largest hospital operator in the state of Maine and employs more than 24,000 workers, including Dora Mills, the sister of Gov. Janet Mills, who serves as the “Chief Health Improvement Officer.”

Though it was clear at the time the vax was not safe, since then it has been proved the vax is dangerous. The state should never have the right to overrule parents or do medical procedure without their consent. This is basic to USA legal rights and freedoms. In retrospect, the Constitution was right and the doctors and the hospitals and the state and federal governments were wrong. Right there is why you do not interfere with parents rights or anyone’s right to refuse medical treatment, nor do you restrict their freedom to speak about what is going on. The conspiracy theorists were way more right about everything covid while the government and the, now dead, legacy media were way more wrong about everything. This is an example none of us who lived through it should ever forget. Covid illustrates from many angles the fundamental, inalienable importance of individual rights as spelled out in the US Constitution. All culture needs some bedrock upon which to found itself. It’s possible Trump went after Massie to highlight how the system works. If so, it becomes more likely Trump himself will use the NSA database to expose the giant parasite, with all of its tendrils, which has infested USA. Trump knows he has only one term and we all know he will take one for team USA. ABN

Censorship as a sign of immorality

Consider the last time you saw something that needed to be censored. I personally cannot think of a single time, ever. If you don’t like something you see or read, do what almost everyone does without even thinking about it — ignore it. Or maybe reply if you feel like it. People who want censorship always have something to hide, they are always the bad guys. They are always trying to control your mind. As the world continues evolving toward larger empires armed with inescapable surveillance technology, freedom of speech will become even more important. It is the most important way we the plebs have of communicating with each other and influencing those who rule over us. A decent ruling elite will always find it easier and smarter to keep the plebs happy. Empires fall when they run afoul of the masses. ABN

UPDATE: Take this to next level game theory. We the plebs must deeply sensitize ourselves against any infringement on freedom of speech. We should go bananas every time anyone tries to censor us. This is our best hope for a good future. ABN
