THCA meets legal definition of hemp, operators say – but not everyone agrees

America is getting high on hemp and people are starting to take notice!

Congress members may have unwittingly legalized marijuana, unbeknownst to themselves or customers. This does not include derivatives such as delta-8 THC or hexahydrocannabinol (HHC), which are made from CBD oil taken from federally authorized hemp plants and subsequently converted into psychotropic substances. Despite many states prohibiting hemp-derived THC, these cannabinoids remain federally legal due to a 2018 U.S. Farm Bill loophole.

However, the focus here is on licensed, state-compliant intoxicating cannabis transformed into consumer goods and marketed under the guise of THCA. THCA, a naturally occurring cannabinoid, is nonintoxicating but converts to psychoactive THC when heated, serving as a precursor. Marketed as THCA flower, these products supposedly adhere to the Farm Bill’s 0.3% delta-9 THC limit, thus meeting federal hemp standards.

I do not want to encourage the use of intoxicants but also realize CBD and probably other components of cannabis can be very helpful for pain, inflammation, poor sleep and other ailments. Another point worth making is intoxicating cannabis can be responsibly used as ‘harm reduction’ in place of worse drugs like alcohol or fentanyl. In this vein, I should add that the Fifth Precept of Buddhist lay ethics only mentions alcohol and only advises avoiding irresponsible use of it, which may lead to ‘heedlessness’. Swedish politician regrets ‘refugees welcome’ policy: ‘We were fundamentally wrong on the immigration issue’

Louise Meijer, an MP for Sweden’s centrist Moderate party, apologised to voters for her previous position on open borders. She regrets “making mistakes” by “pleading for openness and refugees [being] welcome”, she says.

Meijer says she “changed her mind” over her views, in an opinion piece for Expressen this week.

“Now, instead, I am advocating an even stricter migration policy than the one I opposed at the time,” she says.

Political sentiments around migration have shifted swiftly in Sweden, with now even leaders of the Social Democrats saying they favour more strict migration policies.

Sweden today is a “completely different country than it was at the end of the 20th century”. Per capita, it has “received the most immigrants in the Western world” in modern times, Meijer writes.

Today, “more than a third of Sweden’s population has a foreign background. In 1987, the corresponding figure was 11 per cent.”

She should be forgiven her mistake because she has admitted it and wants to make amends. We need much more of this in Western politics, particularly in USA. ABN

I conclude from this and many other signs that the cabal running Russia is better than the cabal running USA & the West. I am resigned to all societies having an elite or cabal and I am fine with that as long as they do a good job. As long as they don’t steal everything, don’t destroy the culture, follow the laws at least most of the time, love the people they govern. Our cabal either hates us (they do) or (to pretend I don’t know) acts like they hate us. They definitely are not doing a good job for anyone but themselves. …In New York, and in the prominent Orthodox communities of Israel and London, allegations of child molestation and rape have been rampant. The alleged abusers are schoolteachers, rabbis, fathers, uncles—figures of male authority. The victims, like those of Catholic priests, are mostly boys. Rabbi Rosenberg believes around half of young males in Brooklyn’s Hasidic community—the largest in the United States and one of the largest in the world—have been victims of sexual assault perpetrated by their elders. Ben Hirsch, director of Survivors for Justice, a Brooklyn organization that advocates for Orthodox sex abuse victims, thinks the real number is higher. “From anecdotal evidence, we’re looking at over 50 percent. It has almost become a rite of passage.”

Ultra-Orthodox Jews who speak out about these abuses are ruined and condemned to exile by their own community. Dr. Amy Neustein, a nonfundamentalist Orthodox Jewish sociologist and editor of Tempest in the Temple: Jewish Communities and Child Sex Scandals, told me the story of a series of Hasidic mothers in Brooklyn she got to know who complained that their children were being preyed on by their husbands.

In these cases, the accused men “very quickly and effectively engage the rabbis, the Orthodox politicians, and powerful Orthodox rabbis who donate handsomely to political clubs.” The goal, she told me, is “to excise the mother from the child’s life.” Rabbinical courts cast the mothers aside, and the effects are permanent. The mother is “amputated.” One woman befriended by Dr. Neustein, a music student at a college outside New York, lost contact with all six of her children, including an infant she was breastfeeding at the time of their separation.

Maine State Medical Board exhibits total lack of brains or ethics — Dr Meryl Nass railroaded again

The doctor-patient relationship is the heart and soul of rational medicine and the legal foundation of American medicine. Apparently the Maine board—which has grossly overstepped its bounds—wants patients to be as ignorant as they are and do no research and make no effort to arrive at a reasonable decision in consultation with their physician. I hope Nass sues them into oblivion, not for the money but to annihilate this nonsense. ABN

You may recall that, when he interviewed me earlier this year, he showed no interest whatsoever in my assertion that, based on over 30 years experience of “rational drug design” rules, I was certain they had been designed intentionally to harm, kill and reduce fertility.

Instead of pushing back on this strong assertion, he tried to pick a fight with me about PCR tests, which I waved away as all but irrelevant given where we now were.

As the call closed, I put a line through yet another name.

Based on my own experience, you cannot be a freedom fighter AND retain an account with 100K+ followers on any social media platform and yet be genuine. The perpetrators can silence you with a click, if they want to.

For this and several other reasons, there’s no point in me attempting to set up an account on Twitter in my own name.

I usually avoid this kind of material but when it comes from Mike Yeadon, I make an exception. Whether Mike is right about Steve or not, it’s important to know what he is thinking. Also, I too suspect anyone with a meteoric large following. It’s so easy for the Deep State to raise anyone up or take anyone down, there has to be an unsavory reason for not being interfered with. The 10/07 MIHOP was a sort of litmus test in my mind. Those who avoided any mention of something so obvious and/or are screaming about antisemitism in USA as Gazans are being slaughtered in huge numbers is compromised at least in that area if not others as well. Like many other parts of Europe, Ireland was itself colonized and need feel no moral compunction (no one else should either) about not wanting unassimilable immigrants, some of whom are deranged & violent. Almost all humans are tribal. Modern Westerners have been tricked into believing their tribe is ideological and based on silly morality. From Gaza, to Israel, to Ireland, to Minneapolis, we can see with our own eyes while using our own brains that ideological morality is stupid and brings more harm by far than good.
