SCOTUS swings way left — BLOCKS migrant deportations

The Supreme Court has temporarily blocked Donald Trump from deporting alleged Venezuelan gangsters being held in Texas.

In a brief order made in the early hours of Saturday, the court directed the Trump administration not to remove the Venezuelans held in the Bluebonnet Detention Center ‘until further order of this court.’ 

Two conservative justices, Clarence Thomas and Samuel Alito, dissented.

The high court acted in an emergency appeal from the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) contending that immigration authorities appeared to be moving to restart removals under the Alien Enemies Act of 1798.

The Supreme Court said earlier this month that deportations could proceed only if those about to be removed had a chance to argue their case in court and were given ‘a reasonable time’ to contest their pending removals.

Disabuse yourself of theoretical niceties and consider: the left illegitimately under Biden used tax money to entice and pay for tens of millions of illegal migrants to enter USA. Trump, a center right president, tries to correct the Biden administration’s treasonous crime and deport a small number of the now tens of millions of illegal aliens residing in USA (and often being paid to stay here with taxpayer funds). What does SCOTUS do? It requires each potential deportee ‘about to be removed to have a chance to argue their case in court and be given “a reasonable time” to contest their pending removals’.

This ruling violates all proportion (crime versus remedy) and all pragmatics. I want neither the left nor the right but the right is almost always a reaction to leftist excesses and is almost always much milder than the left. Being milder is one reason the right often loses. The pragmatic and proportional consequences of court decisions that stall reasonable legal deportations at the individual level while allowing illegal importations in the tens of millions is glaringly obvious.

The punishment must fit the crime: Many in the Biden admin should be prosecuted for treason. The legal remedy must fit the crime: The people they illegally trafficked into USA must be sent home promptly. Correct and proper legal rulings are always based on pragmatics like this.

The words left and right have been mind-controlled into near meaninglessness. By right, I mean governments like Singapore, Taiwan, Japan, Russia, Israel. What Trump is doing is far less ‘rightist’ than anything any of those governments would do. And this shows our court system, like everything else in USA, is infested with leftist parasites who are bent on destroying not only USA but the entire West. Any country or civilization so weak and paralyzed by disproportionate legalism is doomed to failure OR a much stronger rightist response. Neither of those choices is good, but the right is still better. SCOTUS is clearly compromised by fear, blackmail, bribery or ideological stupidity. It is a tell. The tell is the top perp is a top parasite who has taught the art of parasitism to many others to conceal its own role while also using others to help it reach its goal — total annihilation of Western civilization. My sense is the absolute cause of this is sexual jealousy, followed by all other kinds of envy and jealousy. Alongside that are the other raging traits of all parasitic cultures — hatred of the host, glee in destroying the host and feeding on their wealth, in humiliating them, in killing and torturing them, in fucking their women. I am not going to say I am certain Jewish Supremists are the core of this attack and its leaders, nor am I going to say Carlson is suggesting they are the core, but who is it if not them? The royal families of Europe are sometimes mentioned as suspects, but it’s a weak case. Other ethnic and woke parasites who are running rampant with the core parasites have similar motives as the core group, including root sexual jealousy, but no history or ability to organize on their own. China is an exception and they do appear to have partnered with any anti-Western parasite who will take them, including Mexican cartels, but this is fairly recent history. China is formidable and deeply involved, but its ties to US parasites point mainly to the same core group or groups. ABN

I know for a fact that many Chinese fantasize a nuclear war between Russia and USA that wipes out both countries as well as Europe, leaving control of the world to China. Why would Zelensky want this? Gabbard is all but saying what I have been saying — Zelensky is a Jewish Supremist and his tribe wants this for the same reason many Chinese do. The difference between their objectives may be only that Chinese fantasizers want USA, Europe and Russia obliterated while Jewish Supremists only want them very badly hurt. The Chinese fantasizers want everything for themselves, while Jewish Supremists want a weak host remaining, which they can continue to parasitize. ABN

This is great and worth a listen. Posted by Musk. What I hope is next they will do the forensics that will discover who all the parasites are and how they are connected. And, even more importantly, who their secret poisoners are, their clandestine lobotomists, their evil doctors and teachers. This can be done. I am quite sure there have to be people somewhere in the US IC who know of these activities and know how to trace them and are not compromised by them. Bust those fuckers and I will see a very good side to the total surveillance state. If Musk goes there it will be even much bigger than clawing back massive amounts of tax money. USA and the entire West is infested with a violent parasitic network numbering in the millions of people with threads leading all over the place. Figure their connections out and bust them. A surveillance state that does that and can ensure a parasitic network can never be built again would be a very good thing. I do recognize, it could all go the other way and be even worse. But right now, it’s already about as worse as it can get. If Musk brings in some money and catches a few pussies in Congress, all well and good. Bust the parasitic net of death and annihilation infesting Western culture, tear it out, tear it asunder, never to return, and you have really done something of global historical massive importance. Assange on Jewish Supremacism

The right term is Jewish Supremacism. An honest, moral Jew or Israeli is not included in the danger of Jewish Supremacy. What are the ratios of one to the other? That is a separate question. The ratio is probably high enough that all Jews in power or who seek power should be morally required to disavow Jewish Supremacy in any form. Not sure how this affects the Jewish religion today, which is based on the ‘chosenness’ of ancient Israelites. But this should be discussed and openly addressed by all Jews in the world today insofar as their public actions may be affected by their reasoning on this. With savage irony, it does appear that genetically, modern Palestinians are the world’s closest descendants of ancient Israelites. ABM

Trump signs bombshell executive order to make himself the most powerful president in history as he enacts controversial Constitutional theory

Donald Trump has signed an executive order that could make him the most powerful president in history by using an obscure Constitutional theory to enact his vision of presidential authority. 

The new order seeks to ‘reign in independent agencies’ by seizing various departments that normally act in accordance with Congress and bring them under control of the executive branch in the White House. 

The order also states that the president and attorney general will interpret the law, leaving Trump free from Congressional and judicial oversight.  

Observers suggest that Trump is using unitary executive theory which grants the president a wide swath of authority. 

The conservative theory argues that Article II of the U.S. Constitution, which delineates presidential powers, gives the president sole authority over all the executive branch’s officials and employees. 

The unitary executive theory also claims the president has robust powers to override Congressional oversight on restrictions such as the ability to fire the heads of independent agencies. 

Trump’s new executive order grants him power over various agencies such as The Federal Communications Commission, the Federal Trade Commission and the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Trump’s first term proved the need for something like this. I support a strong presidency as long as Trump is in charge and as long as he does what needs to be done — clean the corruption, treason and woke rot out of the government. The NSA should already have detailed information on the gigantic parasite which has infested our government and nation. Whether Trump eradicates this parasite quietly or openly with fanfare, I do not care. I just want it gone. We live in an age of very rapid technological development. I believe it is best to face it straight on and use technology for the best as defined by American law and Western values. The seven NGOs in the chart below, in my view, represent the Uniparty. Each of these organizations receives substantial financial support from USAID or the Department of State.

Around 2019, the phrase “democracy in danger” began to dominate public discourse, amplified by the media. This was odd—after all, the U.S. is a democracy (or more precisely, a constitutional republic). But as I traced the influence of these NGOs, a pattern emerged: they are controlled by establishment politicians, they play a major role in shaping political narratives worldwide, and their core mission is always framed as “protecting democracy.”

Originally, these NGOs were created to support U.S. democratic efforts abroad—many of them emerging during the Cold War to combat the spread of communism. But with the fall of the Soviet Union, their original purpose faded. Instead of dissolving, they redefined their mission. Now, they have positioned themselves as the guardians of democracy itself.

This shift explains why Trump’s re-election was framed as a “threat to democracy.” To these NGOs, “democracy” means themselves. Their survival depends on maintaining that role, and any challenge to their authority is perceived as a direct attack on democracy itself.

Besides this history of repeated expulsions, another way to understand the ‘Jewish question’ is just look at their culture. It is fundamentally parasitic, not just in behavior but also in religious and moral beliefs, values and teachings. This is very obvious and not at all ‘best for the Jews’ (spiritually or in the long-run) and horrible for host countries. Western civilization itself is now in danger. LA Mayor Karen Bass’ office hit with scandals over hush money, bribes and accusations of ‘legalized corruption’

Los Angeles Mayor Karen Bass got into office promoting diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) and promising to tackle homelessness and pollution — but she never promised to drain the swamp.

Now she stands accused of adding to it, through “legalized corruption” and a number of eye opening scandals which have come to light after renewed scrutiny in the last two weeks following the revelation Bass and her cronies defunded the Los Angeles Fire Department by $17 million, contributing to them being underprepared to tackle the wildfires currently destroying the city.

These include:

  • The deputy mayor raided by the FBI over an alleged bomb threat against City Hall.
  • Endorsing a former councilor investigated over hush money payments for congress.
  • Awarding fat cat salaries of $750k to a pal, double the predecessor’s salary.
  • Council members accused of embezzlement, perjury, racketeering, tax evasion and bribes.
