COVID-19 early treatment: real-time analysis of 688 studies
We aim to cover the most promising early treatments for COVID-19. We use pre-specified effect extraction criteria that prioritizes more serious outcomes, for details see methods. For specific outcomes and different treatment stages see the individual pages. Not all treatments are covered here, effectiveness has been reported for many other treatments in studies. Of the 688 studies, 483 present results comparing with a control group, 426 are treatment studies, 57 analyze outcomes based on serum levels, and 45 are meta analyses.

Consider what other science was politicized pertaining to C19: PCR tests were fudged one way to make the pandemic look worse, then fudged the other way to make the “vaccines” look better. Very effective treatments such as ivermectin were and still are banned to justify Emergency Use Authorization for the experimental “vaccines”; EUA requires no therapeutic treatment be available. In addition, masks, lockdowns, school closings, the nursing home murders, stay-inside orders, and more were all based not on epidemiological science but the psychological sciences of mind-control. How else to understand policies designed to instill fear, submission, and slavish conformity?
Rare genome sequencing proves C19 came from lab
COVID-19 has the genome sequencing ‘CGG-CGG’ – one of 36 sequencing patterns. That combination is commonly used by scientists in gain-of-function research, but is otherwise considered extremely ‘rare’. The experts assert that no naturally occurring coronavirus – such as SARS or MERS – has ever had a CGG-CGG combination.
‘The CGG-CGG combination has never been found naturally. That means the common method of viruses picking up new skills, called recombination, cannot operate here,’ they wrote. ‘A virus simply cannot pick up a sequence from another virus if that sequence isn’t present in any other virus.’

The very probable lab-origin of C19 was know well over a year ago. Two big questions are: Why is the worm turning now? And why is Fauci being exposed as a liar at the same time? Is it because the US/Western C19 response is being fully exposed as the ginned up panic it was as well as a total failure? That Fauci is the designated fall guy? In his world of skullduggery that role may be an honor; publicly he will suffer shame while privately being feted as the hero who took one for the team thus fooling the American public once again.
For well over a year I have been most suspicious of China being guilty of starting the pandemic and have provided many reasons and good evidence for this. But the question also arises: Why has the US/West behaved so abysmally in response to C19? Without question, they used the pandemic to seize the White House. Were they just “not wasting” a crisis provided by China or were they in on it as well? It’s hard for me to believe China is innocent. And yet it is also hard to not find as much or more fault with US/West. Could there have been cooperation between elites from these parts of the world? All elite sides getting exactly what they wanted while their populations run around in pandemonium too confused to see they are being grossly abused yet again?
As a side note, I am amazed the following is still not clear to our elites and sub-elites. High-status foreigners in China are treated extremely well. Chinese can be extremely pleasant and they are very good at fooling you, playing your ego and vanity. You will be surrounded by handlers who know everything about you. You will find yourself inside a very pleasant mind-control bubble. It can take years to understand that. From what I can see, many high-status Westerners even after many years are unable to understand what is happening to them. This is why the West has been so susceptible to infiltration and exploitation by China. No other country has been as successful with this technique as China.

Ivermectin potential anti-cancer therapy
Ivermectin has powerful antitumor effects, including the inhibition of proliferation, metastasis, and angiogenic activity, in a variety of cancer cells. This may be related to the regulation of multiple signaling pathways by ivermectin through PAK1 kinase. On the other hand, ivermectin promotes programmed cancer cell death, including apoptosis, autophagy and pyroptosis. Ivermectin induces apoptosis and autophagy is mutually regulated. Interestingly, ivermectin can also inhibit tumor stem cells and reverse multidrug resistance and exerts the optimal effect when used in combination with other chemotherapy drugs.

Indian paper published in January 2020 showing unique and “unconventional evolution” of covid-19
Despite its restrained wording, this study strongly indicated a laboratory origin of covid-19. It came out in January 2020 but was quickly memory-holed by MSM, govt agencies, and mainstream Western science. Taken together with recently released Fauci emails from that time period, we can see that US scientists knew of the probable lab origin of the virus in early 2020 but said nothing publicly. That can mean they knew or suspected several things: either the virus escaped or was deliberately released; either it was released by China, the USA, or someone else. Was Fauci covering his own role in the creation of covid or was he covering for China? I have long tended to believe a deliberate release of covid by China following their loss of the trade war to Trump is the most likely explanation. But after more than a year of very bad US policy on covid, I have gradually begun to consider more seriously that US and/or Western actors played a central, nefarious role in starting the pandemic.
Conclusions
Our analysis of the spike glycoprotein of 2019-nCoV revealed several interesting findings: First, we identified 4 unique inserts in the 2019-nCoV spike glycoprotein that are not present in any other coronavirus reported till date. To our surprise, all the 4 inserts in the 2019-nCoV mapped to short segments of amino acids in the HIV-1 gp120 and Gag among all annotated virus proteins in the NCBI database. This uncanny similarity of novel inserts in the 2019-nCoV spike protein to HIV-1 gp120 and Gag is unlikely to be fortuitous. Further, 3D modelling suggests that atleast 3 of the unique inserts which are non-contiguous in the primary protein sequence of the 2019-nCoV spike glycoprotein converge to constitute the key components of the receptor binding site. Of note, all the 4 inserts have pI values of around 10 that may facilitate virus-host interactions. Taken together, our findings suggest unconventional evolution of 2019-nCoV that warrants further investigation. Our work highlights novel evolutionary aspects of the 2019-nCoV and has implications on the pathogenesis and diagnosis of this virus.

Non-hallucinogenic Psychedelic Analog Rapidly Reverses Effects of Stress on the Brain
A novel compound similar in structure to the psychedelic drug ibogaine, but lacking its toxic and hallucinogenic effects, has been found to rapidly reverse the effects of stress in mice.
Researchers found that a single dose of tabernanthalog (TBG) can correct stress-induced behavioral deficits, including anxiety and cognitive inflexibility, and also promotes the regrowth of neuronal connections and restores neural circuits in the brain that are disrupted by stress. The study was published on May 25, 2021, in Molecular Psychiatry.
