The bombshell report, written by an alliance of active-duty and retired agents who railed against former president Joe Biden‘s DEI policies, described the FBI as ‘a rudderless ship’ and ‘all f**ked up’ under Patel.
Barely six months into the job, Patel has already been mired in controversy over his use of a government jet to visit his country singer girlfriend, Alexis Wilkins, and his astonishing decision to assign a SWAT team to protect her.
The damaging new dossier, obtained by the New York Post’s Miranda Devine, detailed an embarrassing tantrum Patel allegedly threw after the assassination of conservative commentator Charlie Kirk.
Patel reportedly flew into Provo, Utah, on September 11, the day after the killing, and refused to ‘disembark from the plane without an FBI raid jacket.’
He did not have his own and was so concerned about the optics that he pulled Salt Lake City FBI field agents from the investigation and ordered them to find him medium-sized outerwear.
They eventually tracked down one he could wear but it belonged to a female agent.
Patel was reportedly fuming when he received the jacket and erupted when he noticed ‘two areas on the upper sleeves did not have Velcro patches attached’, and still refused to step off the plane.
Everyone has been noticing his incompetence for this very difficult job.
I hope and expect Trump gets rid of him and probably Bondi and Bongino as well.
I am very slightly hesitant about Bondi because there may be a deep side to her poor performance we do not know about.
It may be that Trump is using some of the Epstein files and other materials to twist some arms in Congress and elsewhere in the government.
May be other reasons as well, like the whole damn DC is screwing little kids and being bribed by MOSSAD or whatever. ABN

When a contract party pays for a service under the presumption of equal access, yet is never informed that a throttling mechanism will be used to meter or diminish that service at the direction of a third, non-governmental entity, the contract is compromised at the outset. This hidden mechanism becomes even more problematic when the third party makes throttling decisions based on a social-conformance profile it has assigned to the buyer.
Under such conditions, users are charged as if they are receiving full, equal participation in a public commodity, while in fact experiencing discriminatory contract fulfillment and selective product impairment triggered by their identity, viewpoints, or classification — criteria determined not by the platform’s stated terms of service, but by an unaccountable external actor.
If the provider degrades or withholds the paid-for service — visibility, advertising utility, algorithmic distribution, or fair access to market by other paying parties who have an interest in the contracted party — not for violations of the terms of service, but because of external preferences, then the behavior becomes analytically indistinguishable from:
– throttling one customer at the behest of another,
– selling an inferior product at a full-price rate, and
– administering a concealed, criteria-dependent class system within the market itself.
The ethically salient question is not whether a platform moderates — as moderation is an operational requirement. The issue is whether the platform:
– covertly delegates moderation power to outside parties,
– without disclosure,
– and without transparent, appealable standards.
This is where the covenant of good faith and fair dealing is breached, and where the transaction shifts from a simple service agreement into a form of inception-level fraud.
Great point, this is the kind of legal reasoning that may eventually protect free speech.
Social media companies may be able to dodge this legal problem by reducing user fees if users are throttled; and/or refunding user payments, with fines added, after the fact if the company is caught.
If that were included in terms of service, not throttling or being milder about throttling would be a big selling point.
X is already working that angle.
It’s bad that advertisers can influence public discourse as much as they do, especially as advertising itself is often a bribe or payoff for doctored information.

GRACE Detection of Transient Mass Redistributions During a Mineral Phase Transition in the Deep Mantle

This study explores how changes in the Earth’s gravity field, measured by the Gravity Recovery and Climate Experiment (GRACE) satellites between 2003 and 2015, can help us better understand the deep interior of our planet. These data may bring innovative information on mass redistributions near the boundary between the core and mantle. We detect an unusual gravity signal over the eastern Atlantic in early 2007 that evolved over several months and years. Around the same time, a distinct geomagnetic jerk was observed in the same region using satellite magnetic data. Our results suggest that this gravity signal originates deep within the Earth, near the base of the mantle. We propose that it may reflect rapid mass redistributions linked to a lower mantle mineral phase transition occurring in a thermally varied area at the base of deep mantle plumes, potentially causing dynamic changes in the core-mantle boundary’s shape over a few years.

This video is self-described as speculative but presents a very notable, and probably telling, coincidence of ‘intelligence-grade activity’.

One possibility is the planes dropping very low were releasing and picking up drones, possibly used in Kirk’s murder.
Drones make sense to me as their technology is surely far beyond what we know publicly.
A shot from a super-fast mini-drone with a small projectile that explodes a micro-second after impact would account for Kirk’s neck wound not acting like an entry, but an exit, wound. ABN

Two days ago I was contacted by a high-ranking employee of the French Government. After determining this person’s position and proximity to the French couple, I have deemed the information they gave me to be credible enough to share publicly in the event that something happens.
In short, this person claims that the Macrons have executed upon and paid for my assassination. Yes, you read that correctly. More specifically, that the green light was given to a small team in National Gendamarie Intervention Group. I am told there is one Israeli that is on this assasination squad and the plans were formalized.
Again, this person provided concrete proof that they are well placed within the French government apparatus. Further to this point, this person claims that Charlie Kirk’s assassin trained with the French legion 13th brigade with multi-state involvement. Journalist Xavier Poussard’s life is also at risk.
This is deadly serious. The head of state of France apparently wants us both dead and has authorized professional units to carry this out. I ask that every person RETWEET and share this.
I do not know who in the American government can be trusted, since this source claims our leaders are aware. But I have more specific information which is definitively verifiable, should they care to reach out to me.
To the brave official in France who did this because they were so moved by the evil of Charlie’s public execution to risk their own life— May God bless you. Truly.

Mr Musk told the US-Saudi Investment Forum in Washington: ‘In ten to 20 years my prediction is that work will be optional. It’ll be like playing sports or a video game or something like that.
‘If you want to work, [it’s] the same way you can go to the store and just buy some vegetables, or you can grow vegetables in your backyard.
‘It’s much harder to grow vegetables in your backyard, and some people still do it because they like growing vegetables. That will be what work is like. Optional.’

And I can tell you guys with absolute certainty that today I learned the Federal government is in a panic about the mention of their joint DHS, FBI, and DEA office at 920 N King. The tip proved absolutely solid and I was informed so.
It is now a fact that a foreign dignitary was picked up after arriving from Provo the morning of Charlie’s assassination on the Egyptian plane, and then transferred to 920 King for some joint operation.
And yes, despite the massive office space, there is NOTHING else in that building except a law firm (and a place to eat).
