Following the Ukrainian Armed Forces’ successful attacks on major strategic bomber facilities across Russia on June 1 under Operation Spider’s Web, questions regarding the extent of the damage to the Russian Aerospace Forces’ fleet have widely been raised, with the growing availability of satellite and drone footage providing some indications. The attack saw sizeable fleets of short range single use rotary wing drones launched from trucks deep within Russian territory, and engage targets as deep as 4000 kilometres away from Ukrainian borders. The Security Service of Ukraine, or SBU, which is reported to have played the primary role in organising and carrying out the attack, reported regarding the means by which the attack was launched: “During the operation, modern UAV control technology was used, which combines autonomous artificial intelligence algorithms and manual operator intervention. In particular, some UAVs, due to signal loss, switched to performing the mission using artificial intelligence along a pre-planned route. After approaching and contacting a specifically designated target, the warhead was automatically triggered.”
Destroyed Tu-22M3 Bomber at Belaya Airbase and Multiple Intact Bombers
Ukrainian government sources were quick to claim the attack neutralised 41 Russian aircraft, the vast majority of them strategic bombers and A-50 airborne early warning and control (AEW&C) systems. With sources from the country having frequently made highly dubious or outright false claims regarding Ukrainian military successes since the outbreak of full scale hostilities in February 2022, however, it was long expected that the actual losses, although highly detrimental to the Russian fleet’s capabilities, would be much more conservative. The estimate given by Andriy Kovalenko, an official on Ukraine’s National Security and Defence Council, that “at least 13 Russian aircraft were destroyed,” was considered far more credible.
Looking to satellite footage, the most impressive of all the SBU’s attacks was that launched against Belaya Airbase in Russia’s Irkutsk region near the Mongolian border, which permanently hosts Tu-22M3 medium range bombers. Satellite imagery has confirmed the destruction of four of the aircraft. In addition, three Tu-95MS intercontinental range strategic bombers which were temporarily stationed at the facility were also destroyed. Drone footage confirmed that the Tu-95 bombers were already loaded with Kh-101 cruise missiles when targeted, likely in preparation for further sorties against Ukrainian targets. The impact of the drones appears to have detonated the missiles, ensuing the complete destruction of the aircraft. The strike on Belaya Airbase was also confirmed by satellite footage to have destroyed at least two Tu-22M3 bombers.
Karp must be asked in public many times if he is a Jewish Supremist and/or if he completely disavows Jewish Supremacy. The personal information on all Americans he will have stewardship over at Palantir is crucial to our liberty and must not fall into the hands of a Jewish Supremist. The glib nonchalance he displays in the clip above must not transfer to mind-control programs in USA, or anywhere on earth. Jewish Supremacy is a dangerous and violent cult with zero moral boundaries. No journalist who refuses to ask Karp these questions can be trusted. The term ‘far right’ in Europe, which Karp uses off-handedly, is a slur used to pejoratively describe center-right conservatives with a modicum of national awareness. Karp, I bet, supports a much further ‘far right’ in Israel and should be asked about that as well. With high office comes high responsibility. It is Karp’s duty to honestly disavow Jewish Supremacy on his own, whether he is asked or not. ABN
On a visit to Gotland late last month, Sweden’s Chief of Defence Staff and Vice Supreme Commander Carl-Johan Edström said his vision for Gotland as a future NATO hub and first line of defence against Russian aggression.
He also warned that the transatlantic security alliance ‘cannot take its eyes off Russia for the next 15 years’ and said that Gotland must be ready to ‘take a hit’ from Moscow’s forces and keep fighting.
The importance of Gotland’s position is hard to overstate.
It sits just 120 miles from the Baltic states of Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania – all NATO members – and only 230 miles from Russia’s heavily militarised Kaliningrad exclave.
With Sweden now part of the transatlantic security alliance, Gotland offers allied nations an ideal base from which to surveil and deter Russian air and naval threats over the Baltic Sea, and – in wartime – provide air cover for NATO troops engaged in Europe while striking Russian-held positions.
University of Michigan postdoctoral fellow Yunqing Jian, 33, has been charged alongside Zunyong Liu, 34, for the sinister plot allegedly tied to the Chinese Communist Party.
Liu arrived in the United States from China in July 2024 carrying four small baggies of Fusarium graminearum – a product responsible for causing billions of dollars worth of damage to livestock, wheat, barley, maize and rice globally each year.
University of Michigan postdoctoral fellow Yunqing Jian (pictured), 33, has been charged alongside Zunyong Liu, 34, for the sinister plot
The duo have been charged with conspiracy, smuggling, making false statements and visa fraud.
In a horrifying twist, the criminal complaint reveals that Jian may have been successful in smuggling pathogens into the United States years earlier.
We will probably see similar attacks in USA. There will be many to blame, but open borders under Mayorkas and Harris will be the main reason we have become so vulnerable. ABN
Zelensky said just hours before Ukrainian and Russian delegates meet for negotiations in Turkey’s capital Istanbul today, the attack on Vladimir Putin’s irreplaceable nuclear bombers ‘will undoubtedly be in [the] history books’.
The attack was carried out exactly 29 years to the day after Ukraine handed over dozens of the same strategic bombers to Russia, along with up to 2,000 strategic nuclear warheads and 176 ICBMs in exchange for a promise not to be attacked, under the Budapest Memorandum.
In their most daring attack of the war to date, Ukrainian special forces first smuggled 117 first-person view (FPV) kamikaze drones – which allow pilots to control them remotely through a live feed – into Russia.
Then came mobile wooden cabins, whose roofs had hidden compartments into which the small flying weapons were stashed.
They were loaded on to civilian trucks heading into enemy territory, their hired local drivers seemingly unaware of what they were carrying.
Finally, yesterday afternoon, with all the lorries within range of five airfields stretching from northern Russia down to Siberia – a safe 2,500 miles from Ukraine – they struck.
The roofs of the wooden cabins were opened remotely and the FPV drones took to the skies.
There are several major reasons for the downfall of the West and one of them is white people are prone to becoming extremely angry at each other. This attack may end peace negotiations. But it does appear to have been a brilliant military move, carried out with cunning and precision. I can admire that, even as I hope for peace and reproachment between these two very similar Slavic peoples with many centuries of shared history, and all of Europe. ABN
The latest Rasmussen Reports national telephone and online survey finds that 51% of American Adults believe it’s likely that the COVID-19 vaccine has caused inflammation in the hearts of many vaccinated Americans, including 29% who think it is Very Likely. Twenty-eight percent (28%) don’t consider it likely that COVID-19 vaccine caused many cases of heart inflammation, and 21% are not sure. (To see survey question wording, click here.)
Earlier this month, the FDA ordered makers of COVID-19 vaccines to expand their warnings about the risk of the heart side effects — which doctors call myocarditis (an inflammation of the heart muscle) and pericarditis (inflammation of the membrane surrounding the heart). Sixty-nine percent (69%) of Republicans, 39% of Democrats and 49% of those not affiliated with either major party believe it’s at least somewhat likely that many have suffered heart inflammation caused by COVID-19 vaccine.
The problem has always been it takes the public too long to figure stuff out. The psychopaths running the show can do whatever they want and it takes years for a majority to even marginally understand what has happened to them, even when you force them to take a vax that clearly from day one was never Safe & Effective. How in the world could an untested vax possibly be declared Safe & Effective and why does the public not see something so obvious? I wonder if there is a way AI can speed up the pace of understanding. Probably it will only slow it. All we have left is interpersonal dialog in person or online. That is the only thing which can stand against the looming totalitarian state. Many of us have seen what is coming and also know there is little we can do but raise awareness, a near hopeless task. FWIW, I am not totally black-pilled and even feel pretty good about the new tech revolution. A major thing to hope for is the elite will become bored with their greed and sadism. Humans become wonderful when they have time to think and are not greedy or mean-spirited. ABN
I do not buy this. There may be some truth in it but it works more as a cover up than an explanation of the demise of USA and the collective West. What really has been happening is a gradual, many decades-long poisoning of Western civilization not just in the ways Fitts says but also covertly in huge numbers. The purpose has been and still is to completely destroy Western civilization. See other posts and comments on this site for who is responsible, why and how. See also Military thought experiment Part 1 for a strategic understanding of how it was and is being done. ABN
The escalation of war in Ukraine to a period of full scale hostilities in February 2022 quickly saw ballistic and cruise missile strike capabilities gain central importance to the war efforts of both Moscow and Kiev, with Russian Iskander-M missile systems gaining particular prominence for the wide range of roles in which they have been used.
From early 2024 the Russian Armed Forces have been able to launch ballistic missile strikes at significantly higher rates, primarily due to both the procurement of significant quantities of KN-23 ballistic systems from North Korea, and successes in expanding production of the Iskander-M’s 9K720 missiles domestically. Lacking sufficient Iskander-M missiles in the preceding 22 months of hostilities, however, the Russian Armed Forces were able to compensate by bringing recently retired Soviet OTR-21 Tochka-U ballistic missile systems back into service.
The Tochka system was previously deployed by the Soviet Armed Forces as a shorter ranged counterpart to the Scud and Oka missiles, with the retirement of the Scud due to its age, and the Oka due to pressure from the United States, leaving it as Russia’s only tactical ballistic missile class in service until the Iskander-M began to enter service in the 2006.
This is the right response. Nothing will protect free speech more than all of us ignoring material like this and/or character aspersions used to silence or intimidate a critic. ABN
Russian President Vladimir Putin could turn his attention to Lithuania once he secures his goals in Ukraine, General David Petraeus has warned, as he accused the West of dragging its feet on vital military support. The former CIA Director said Mr Putin’s ultimate aim was not just holding four partially occupied Ukrainian provinces and annexed Crimea — but toppling President Volodymyr Zelensky and seizing control of the entire country.
Speaking during a Policy Exchange webinar on Thursday, he said: “They still want to control not just all four of these provinces and Crimea. They want to topple Volodymr Zelensky and replace him with a Russian puppet so they control all of Ukraine.” And he warned: “Once that’s done, you’re going to see them start to focus toward, I’d say, one of the Baltic States — Lithuania has featured prominently in his speeches — and we should be listening.” The remark was a reference to Mr Putin’s infamous description of the collapse of the USSR as “the greatest geopolitical catastrophe of the 20th century” — a statement General Petraeus – who warned Putin was “planning for a war against Europe” – said had laid bare the Kremlin’s true intentions for years.
I interpret this as warmongering on Petraeus’ part. NATO has behaved belligerently toward Russia since the fall of the Soviet Union. They started out gradually by making false promises of non-encroachment while also feigning they might allow Russia to join NATO. It was all hostile BS and here we are today. NATO/Ukraine tried to kill Putin in a mass drone attack just a few days ago; an attack Trump seems to have been unaware of, and probably was deliberately not informed of by compromisers close to him, who knows? The attack was almost certainly designed to disrupt Putin-Trump peace negotiations, which appeared promising. There is a clear path to peace in Ukraine which requires allowing Russia to get what it deserves historically, culturally, politically and as the spoils of their successful incursion against NATO encroachment in Ukraine. I’m sure some of you have become aware of new COVID-19 (C-19) outbreaks in several Asian countries (Thailand, Taiwan, Singapore, China, Japan). But even in Australia, NB. 1.8.1 is now spreading, and it has already made landfall in the US and several European countries as well. These outbreaks are continuing to rise rapidly and at least Taiwan has been reporting a sustained increase in severe and fatal cases too. While critics are rightfully concerned about the many direct side effects of the C-19 vaccines, few are aware of the threat posed by the large-scale and out-of-control gain-of-function experiment that has been triggered by irrational human intervention in highly C-19 vaccinated populations. After psychotic infection-prevention measures and insane C-19 mass vaccination drove viral escape from anti-SARS-CoV-2 (SC-2) immunity, making the virus more infectious, ongoing vaccine breakthrough infections now appear to be evolving in a way that facilitates immune deficiency against SC-2 altogether, thereby facilitating increased viral virulence of newly emerging, highly transmissible SC-2 lineages. As I always said: This is not going to have a happy ending (in highly C-19 vaccinated populations).
He did say this would happen, though he thought probably much sooner than this. Others say the new virus outbreaks are yet another psyop. Both could be true. Vanden Bossche has always made sense to me on this topic. He has studied and observed what happens to animal herds when vaxxes go wrong, which provided a sound background for his analyses of the covid vaxxes. Worst case is they really are going to kill almost all of us and that’s what this is. ABN
The Polish Army has deployed M142 HIMARS rocket artillery systems to Finland to participate in NATO’s Swift Response 25 military exercises, as part of a broader contribution that includes personnel from both the 1st Rocket Brigade and the 6th Airborne Brigade. The exercise have been spread across the territories of Norway, Sweden, Finland, Latvia, and Lithuania, all of which are in close proximity to Russian forces. The deployment of HIMARS systems to Finland highlights the considerable challenges Russia faces from the effective doubling of NATO’s land border with the country, which occurred when Helsinki acceded to the alliance on April 4, 2023. Each HIMRAS launcher can deploy either six GMLRS rockets with 80 kilometre ranges, or an ATACMS ballistic missile with a range exceeding 300 kilometres. New PrSM rounds are currently under development for the system with a range of over 400 kilometres. The range of these systems, and the vastness of Russia’s territory, places significant further strain on Russian air defences, with the ability of NATO members and Poland in particular to surge rocket artillery deployments in Finland at times of high tensions posing a major new security challenge.
