UPDATE: I watched this and did not find it all that mind-blowing or necessarily even true. It looks like the guy was shot first, then put in a Tesla which drove to the hotel and blew off a small bomb, hurting no one. The people who shot the guy (if that really was Livelsberger), are more suspect than Livelsberger, unless he is still alive, which is possible. SR appears to be an information dissemination outlet operated by we know not whom. I do hope and believe there are good guys in the elite crowd that controls the West and I hope SR is one of them, or a mouthpiece for one faction of them. How low would a good elite faction go? It could very well include a Shawn Ryan. How high does he go? No way to know. UPDATE: I have watched two hours and forty-three minutes of this discussion. I rarely watch podcasts for this long. I found this one weirdly spell-binding because, though all of the speakers are very articulate, this ‘discussion’ is a remarkable example of how badly real people really talk. The entire content can be summarized in a few words. Jack wants to ban the vax on Trump Day One. Calley wants to go more slowly, be politic about it. Mary agrees with Jack but can see Calley’s POV. Danny is unable to boil it down so it goes on and on. It’s worth watching because the psycholinguistics are so simple and also so tangled it becomes a work of disaster art or disperformance art. ABN
Dr. Louis Jolyon West (1924 -1999) was a lifelong researcher of dissociation, amnesia, coercive persuasion, hypnosis and hallucinogenic drugs. His parents were Russian Jewish immigrants.
Google and YouTube are thoroughly scrubbed of much of the controversial background on this character, but we do know this: His primary professional positions were director of the Neurophyschiatric Institute and chairman of the Department of Psychiatry at the University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA) from 1969 to 1989.
Between 1974 and 1989, Dr. West received from the federal government at least $5,110,099 in grants channeled through the National Institute of Mental Health (NIMH), a major funding conduit for CIA programs. Millions more poured into the UCLA Neuropsychiatric Institute headed by Dr. West, including more than $14 million in federal funds in one fiscal year before he stepped down.
…Dr. West devoted four decades to study, writing and experimentation on dissociation, hypnosis, Communist mind control, hallucinogens, sensory deprivation and methods of social influence. He concluded that the methods used by destructive cults result in the creation of new identities and dissociative states. The proposal submitted by Dr. West was titled “Psychophysiological Studies of Hypnosis and Suggestability,” with an accompanying document titled “Studies of Dissociative States.”
He participated in a mysterious house of unspecified functions in Haight Ashbury at the height of the hippie scene. He was a consultant of some undetermined type in the Charles Manson Helter Skelter murders. There are those that theorize that Manson and Dr. West met.
After the burning of the SLA headquarters, Dr. West and fellow CIA-funded psychiatrists Martin Orne and Robert Jay Lifton provided psychological pre-trial examinations of Patty Hearst.
Many lives were ruined by this SOB. Many people now living were affected directly or indirectly by him. Additionally, he belonged to a group of people like him who wreaked havoc across USA with poison, drugs, psychosurgery, sensory damage, and more. What little we know about those people and the programs they worked in like MKULTRA are but tiny insights into a world of mind-control that is still very actively ongoing today. Jolyon West and his ilk were and are researching weapons to be used against entire populations as well as individuals within those populations. Not all weapons kill or are designed to kill. Across study phases 1, 2, and 3a combined, 90% of injected participants experienced adverse events, with 74.5% reporting systemic reactions and 15.2% requiring medical attention after the first dose. Notably, many of the study authors are full-time employees of Arcturus Therapeutics, raising concerns about bias in their conclusions.
