Trump as Speaker of the House?

Root proposed to Trump running for a House Seat from Florida in 2022, then taking Speaker of the House, and thwarting Biden personally at every turn. Interesting this is getting floated, as if he had the House and Senate, and the election was shown to be a fraud, and Biden and Harris were impeached and removed, Trump would be next in line for the office, and would take over. This was being rumored as part of the plan months back.
